I love shopping Thrive market; it is easy and the products are just what I need. I've been eating the Plant Paradox way and it can be hard to find food that doesn't have a form of sugar or lectins in them. I was able to find some yummy things here.

With COVID-19 and increased demand there are obviously delays, but that is to be expected. I can't possibly expect others to work around the clock while I work comfortably and safely at home.
Communication is clear, honest, transparent and I stand 100% behind the company in their decisions. Plus, try to get Wholefoods or other placed deliver at the moment - it just doesn't happen "the same day". Many people consider themselves lucky to have local deliveries within the week!
What I've always loved about the company is that you can donate a percentage of your savings to people in need or other causes. Makes much more sense than donating overpriced food through school to a food bank!
We live in the US only part time, but it doesn't bother me at all that I can't put my membership on hold for the months we're away. We still save tons, and again, the ethics are unbeatable. So I rather support the company than making sleezeball Jeff Bezos an even richer man (Wholefoods being the most obvious "local" substitute).
Last but not least: You often get free (regular and sample size) items to try. This way I have discovered various things that have become staples in our household.

Product outages and delays have been significant, in the face of the Covid19 emergency, but Thrive has been exceedingly diligent about keeping us informed. That is all that one can expect in such a situation, and we have appreciated it.

I appreciate Thrive and all they stand for. I pay for a membership to have access to the organic vegan goods they can provide in a rural setting which are otherwise hard to get. I enjoy supporting a company with values I align with. And then there's the Thrive reality of stranding people who are depending on them, who have paid in advance for their services and goods while celebrating that customer donations have allowed thrive to add many charity customers in need to the thrive community for COVID relief. I had all my own challenges as my thrive order did not come for a couple weeks past previously advertised delivery times, just having moved in the middle of COVID madness and arriving to my new dwelling with it's empty cupboards and fridge; however I'm not as fragile as some and I figured out how to take care of myself as I spent twice as much on groceries and double ordered and double shopped at a time when everyone is counting their pennies. My real disappointment was that I'd gifted my elderly father with a Thrive membership to support him in eating the organic functional cage-free diet he's supposed to be on after a couple years of health issues, and as his order did not arrive and did not arrive he's made continued trips to the local walmart (the only grocery available to him); and now after still not receiving the shipment, which was eventually cancelled, he will be going to walmart yet again and having another exposure which for him is more risky. I wholly applaud Thrive in their ideal of supporting people in need, and I am by no means promoting a me first attitude, however sometimes it's the people who are your regular customers who are the ones in need of support, and largely in need of those they rely on to just do their job well.

In addition to their focus on social justice, Thrive is also very customer-centric. When we've had issues with an order or a shipper they've been very responsive. We live in a rural area and depend on Thrive a lot.

I've been a happy Thrive customer for over 3 years now! While the shipping times are delayed, the company makes this very clear on their site that they are overwhelmed with orders due to covid-19 and that shipping times are not what they were prior to the pandemic (as are most online stores that sell groceries and essentials). I appreciate the convenience even more of ordering from home, and thank the Thrive team for working so hard to meet the increased demand during this time!

First, we are thankful for how much you do for veterans, teachers and people in the community. Second, my wife orders from this site and she gets so many things she needs with her gluten free/Whole30 lifestyle. We understand the times now are changing (COVID-19) and shipping is delayed, but in general, Thrive ships promptly and our things items are secure and cared for in thier boxes. We had one shipment recently that had been damaged by the carrier and Thrive gave a refund of all the damaged items even though the damage was not Thrive Markets fault. They have excellent customer service.

I have been on peritoneal dialysis for 3-1/2 years and last December analyzed that I had an issue with gluten and dairy. I didn't know where to turn and my dialysis nutritionist recommended Thrive Market. Checked it out, joined and all these months now have thoroughly enjoyed EVERY product I ordered! I have to be soy-free, Non-GMO, high protein, dairy-free and gluten-free and can't forget organic. I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER now that your Company can provide me with all the tools I need to make informed decisions regarding my health. My whole experience in ordering and receiving your products has been amazing. The shipment is so well packed and have never had an issue with any product received. Miss the samples and free items but fully understand in these chaotic days we are living in that it is not possible at this time. Missed your items when we couldn't order but again, understand totally. Thank God I had ordered extras and only ran out of the soup. But, this too shall pass and hopefully soon, we'll be able to receive all our products we love so much. Keep up the good work and God bless all your workers and staff for all they do!

Answer: Membership is $75 annually but it is less for families who qualify and they donate membership for those in extreme need. I don't know what that limit is. Just the fact they do this is amazing.
