Thrive was always hear for me with quickly shipped affordable food I can actually eat. Unfortunately due to the virus and high demand it's hard to get my orders in right now but thrive has been very responsible with sending emails to let me know when I can place orders again. I love Thrive
While I understand that issues arise from the pandemic, I find it unreasonable to charge a fee and close your website at the same time. Compensation to your customers would be the honorable business choice.
Thank you for your feedback! Our top priority is to get delayed orders out the door, and by temporarily closing the store, we're able to make significant progress on our backlog each day. During closed hours, you will not be able to add items to your cart or place orders, however, you can still browse the website. We're facing the same issues as many other retailers right now, and we appreciate your understanding while we do everything possible to get back up to speed.
I am so grateful for thrive. I live in a rural community and don't have access to much of the food I want to eat! Thrive has everything I'm looking for and it is always packaged well using sustainable materials. During this crazy time of Covid19, I do not mind waiting because I feel that ensures Thrive has the right priorities. Thanks for all you do.

Pros:
1. The website is very easy to navigate. I can find gluten and dairy-free ingredients in no time.
2. packaging is excellent! 12 out of 10 I feel comfortable ordering honey, oil bottles etc
3. Most of them are organic.
4. I usually go to multiple stores to find everything I want so Thrive helps.
Cons:
1. I can find all the ingredients at Giant, Martin's, Harris Teeter, Wegmans, and Wholefoods. You may have to look for it first couple of times till you know the store aisles very well.
2. Variety is another issue, let's say if you are looking for blue corn chips or food without Sugar, Stevia or any other sweeteners, (just random examples) you would not find much
3. Not a big price difference! Plus you are paying $56 for the subscription. If Thrive starts the lowest price match system like Wallmart, I would participate.
Thank you for your review and feedback! To address some of your cons, We do list all ingredients on our site, both in the pictures and also listed out on the product page itself. Members can also search for products based on diet to filter their searches for their needs. If we don't have a product, let us know! We'll be happy to pass it along! We also do offer price matching so if you find a brand cheaper elsewhere let us know!

I was a VERY happy Thrive Market customer for a while. But then everything changed when COVID19 hit. I understand the shipping delays and low stock, but every time I go on the website, they are either closed for new orders, and/or everything I order is out of stock. You go on social media, and see they're still advertising their free trial membership. WHY are you accepting new members (who aren't even paying and just cancel the trial anyway) and advertising people to try this service when you cannot even timely fulfill orders for your PAYING members? Instead of closing down ordering, why not close down taking on new memberships? Or only let people who have actually paid the $60 yearly membership fee place orders, not those with free/trial memberships? It gets frustrating. And now seeing that my recent order will be taking 1-2 weeks to even ship, let alone the not-so-quick delivery time.
I was very content with Thrive for a while now. It was easy to filter items by my specific dietary restrictions, instead of going to Whole Foods and reading labels/using Google for every item I see. I liked the free samples and gift items, but that clearly is not even a thing anymore. But it just isn't worth the hassle and I am strongly considering cancelling before my membership period ends. I'd rather not pay $60 a year and pay a bit more in item costs to get comparable products at Whole Foods same day, instead of waiting weeks for an order, if you can even place an order at all.

They carry good brands and products, unfortunately, most of what I needed was out of stock. They insist that my review be longer. This is my first time using this service and I'm not impressed. What good is it if the items are out of stock with no hint of the date estimate of being available.

I almost solely buy eco friendly products and have many brands I like. It was hard to find the brands I wanted and things I know I enjoyed. The prices are comparable to our local co-op with some things costing more and some less. Many mnay things were out of stock so I would have to check repeatedly or still get them from the store. Often it looked like something was in stock but when you clicked it would tell you it wasn't. Lastly at checkout it said something I wanted couldn't be shipped to me. This was totally a waste.

I have been a member for over a year now and never regretted the decision. The customer service has been great. Packaging and shipping is top notch. The products are always of the best quality. The site is easy to navigate and very user friendly.

I have been with Thrive over two years. Their products and prices are comparable to the stores. They take pride in shipping the orders. The way they package. I have never received anything broken or smashed.

I've been a Thrive member for 3 years now. We love that they carry our favorite brands and lower prices on most over retail shopping. I love how they are always introducing new products and include samples or free items with most orders. When we get our orders, most of the time everything is packed and protected really well. My only real complaint is at least %50 of the time the estimated delivery date is off, sometimes way off. Even before the virus most estimated delivery dates are off by 2-5 days.

Just love them. ANY time I have had an issue (very few) they fix it, credit it, do whatever needs to be done. Very happy with their service and the prices are really good. The savings on the vitamins alone pay for our membership.

Thrive Market has helped us to stay at home during the COVID-19 pandemic, offering up many of the items we typically purchase and some we have never heard of before becoming a member. We absolutely understand the reason for extended shipping times, and we try to shop ahead of our needs to make up for that. Thrive Market has been very communicative of delayed shipping times. Answer: Membership is $75 annually but it is less for families who qualify and they donate membership for those in extreme need. I don't know what that limit is. Just the fact they do this is amazing.
