Thrive Market is a great company to do business with. They are upfront and communicate well so you know what to expect. During the pandemic they have worked hard to meet increased needs. I appreciate being able to find many of the organic gluten free and low lectin things I need that I would otherwise have to travel a great distance from my more rural area to find and they might not even be available in today's climate. I have found your house brand products to be a very good quality. Thank you for packaging everything so carefully too. You have always done a great job with that and even items in glass bottles have been fine during shipping.
I haven't ordered from Thrive Market a ton of times but when I have, everything has been up to par with customer service and everything. I was happy to see the price differences and knowing that I was saving money while having access to quality food and things I couldn't find in my local stores. I think a lot of people are trying it out for the first time during a pandemic so inevitably things are going to be different than they would be under normal circumstances. I wouldn't judge it based on this. Shipping is delayed but it's really not too bad. Certain things are out of stock but there are plenty of things still available when it comes to staples and snacks. I think they're doing the best they can under the circumstances.

I was told about this site by a complete stranger on FB as we discussed food shortages due to covid-19. I like the selection of products I see here. I hit a glitch removing things from my cart but an associate over the phone fixed it. She was pleasant, courteous. Other than that, it was a good experience.

I would like for the meat to be able to order in smaller pkg, I don't have a deep freezer or family. Please consider sellling smaller packages of meat so I can order, I would order a few different meat but I can't store $119.00 worth of meat.

Thrive Market has been my go to for household staples for many years. They just keep getting better and better! TM has handled the influx of business during covid days with professionalism and efficiency. While shipping may take a little longer I expect that and appreciate the communication. I can't believe the prices and quality. And under normal circumstances they always include a free sample of something I get to choose from several options. People who are having issues with website or availability of stock have to understand the incredible strain of the pandemic on their staff and inventory. Normally these are NOT an issue. I am a huge fan of their house brand of collagen powder. I add to my coffee daily for my version of "Bulletproof" coffee. Also love their lentils, Smarty Pants gummies for kids w/folate NOT folic acid (folic acid is synthetic and not helpful for people with MTHFR gene issue). Totally appreciate this compay's standards as an alternative to Amazon which doesn't vouch for the quality of anything it sells.

I can't say enough good things about Thrive. They offer hundreds of healthy options which are easy to search based on your particular dietary needs and their team really cares. The 30-day free trial has been a bumpy ride. I put in a small order and came back 30 minutes later. When I returned the wheel had stopped turning but I didn't see any evidence that my order had gone through. When I logged out I saw a notice that the store was closed. Why didn't I see that when I logged in? I would not have wasted my time. When the order arrived the box was bashed in, the contents were spilling out, and 4 cans were dented. I will not be signing up for this service.
