I have a very strict diet of being gluten free and dairy free. It is hard at times to not just find food products in one place to cook but also snacks. Now i can make a order for me and just sit back and wait. I get all my vitamins that i need in one place for my family and get it auto shipped so we always on top. For my health and comfort without thrive i would not know how much time and struggle it would've taken me to be healthy and happy.

When I started eating paleo I had a hard time finding products until I discovered Thrive. I continue ordering from them because of the great customer service. And even with the yearly membership fee I save money when comparing it to surpermarket prices.

Thrive Market is worth the annual membership to me. Under normal circumstances their packing and shipping is carried out quickly and efficiently. I love the occasional free items they have. I find the benefit is mostly limited to processed food and dry goods including oils and some grains. We try to eat food that is highly perishable because we believe that that best food to put in our bodies. Thrive is not well suited for that kind of food. So, we find ourselves buying more snack type food and some pantry stuff. I also find their cancelation information and policy lacking integrity. It's difficult to find information on how to cancel (I found it in the FAQ section, but should be clearly stated in the "membership" section) and even the language was a page of self-praise with information on canceling in the last line. To cancel, a member is placed in a queue to talk with an associate, which can be a process of waiting for someone to join the chat. Hey Thrive - you should make canceling as easy as joining. That's how you make members feel respected and supported. Leave us feeling good about the cancelation experience. We may be back very soon.

I am new to Thrive Market because I have always been skeptical about ordering groceries from a non-local, online store. However, I decided to give it a try now that we're in a pandemic. I have to say I have been completely pleased with the customer service, prices, and speed of delivery. The prices are comparable, or better than my local food co-operative, and my box arrived 4 days ahead of the anticipated arrival date. I have already placed my second order and I am looking forward to many more.

I am a cancer patient and I was the recipient of a stipend to assist me during this pandemic, so that was the ultimate reason to think most kindly about Thrive. However, the service/delivery time/packaging was what my rating is based on. It was easy to set up my account and I really needed the assistance, but if it had been any extra hassle, i. E. taken a long time to receive my items or they were broken when they arrived, it would have been major stress that my health wouldn't have been able to deal with, but the delivery was extremely timely and everything was packaged better than anything I've received from other online sites. And given the pandemonium that exists this shows Thrive has held up under the existent pressure. It's easier to be good when the road smooth, but the metal of a company is shown when the road is rough. Thrive's efforts are helping people to survive now and I would continue to use them, without their generosity.
