I am a cancer patient and I was the recipient of a stipend to assist me during this pandemic, so that was the ultimate reason to think most kindly about Thrive. However, the service/delivery time/packaging was what my rating is based on. It was easy to set up my account and I really needed the assistance, but if it had been any extra hassle, i. E. taken a long time to receive my items or they were broken when they arrived, it would have been major stress that my health wouldn't have been able to deal with, but the delivery was extremely timely and everything was packaged better than anything I've received from other online sites. And given the pandemonium that exists this shows Thrive has held up under the existent pressure. It's easier to be good when the road smooth, but the metal of a company is shown when the road is rough. Thrive's efforts are helping people to survive now and I would continue to use them, without their generosity.
I love shopping with Thrive, as they have generally good prices and products I need, but have considered canceling my membership because I have had several products arrive damaged and unusable but got no response when contacting them. I continued to order because I felt that the free samples they provided made up for the cost of the goods, but now that they don't do that, I won't renew next year if I can't get good quality control response. There are other healthy grocery options online, some with better selection that don't require a $60 membership.

It's easy to shop, and I don't have to drive and/or waste time going through miles of aisles of products I'm not interested in. Nice to see good quality, organic, ethical, sustainable. The product descriptions and reviews are useful, and the website is easy to use. Thank you.

Lemon bars great. Nice start sweet taste. But. Apple n bacon bars. Not so good. Not nearly as good as other jerky like products you also approve. Hope I can return them..
I've been a member since they started. The prices on high-quality items are often better than driving 100 miles round trip to a health food grocer (the closest one near me). I love having the option to help others in need at checkout. I'm glad they are weathering the COVID crisis as best they can and are still operational. I can't get the items I buy at my local store. I especially love the Grab Green Stoneworks laundry pods -- I've eliminated SO MUCH PLASTIC! Now Thrive needs to offer AKAMAI Basics product line with toothpaste in a jar and other earth-friendly and healthy products! Love you guys. Great customer service too! Anne, Benton Harbor, Michigan

Thrive has given me a lot more options since developing nut and soy allergies as an adult. Customer service has been excellent! Website is very user-friendly, though if you could load up your shopping cart during "off" hours when you can't make purchases, it would simpler than creating a "list" and transferring it (I can imagine these extra steps being cumbersome for the less computer-savy). Wish they carried Amrita bars and offered meat in smaller quantities though. Thanks to the Thrive staff for working during this time, stay safe friends!

Not as reliable as they once were and they do not carry the variety of brands they used to as they now have their own Thrive brand! Delivery was starting to become a problem even before COVID! Do not leave items in your cart overnight, if you do not purchase them immediately, they will take them OUT!

I saw a few negative reviews on here when I placed my first order, (about COVID leads and bad customer service,) and it made me super nervous! However... Even with the COVID crisis... my order was packed and shipped within 2 days! I have had no issues and even placed my second order immediately.
Thrive has great ways to really narrow down food/cleaning products/pet products by what matters to me. When shopping for myself, it's important that my food is vegetarian and my house products are cruelty free. That second part is so hard to do when you're in a store actually shopping, but with a click of a button I am only being shown items that meet my standards and that is AMAZING!
I love Thrive. I seriously don't think I'll ever be going to the store again.

I love the simplicity of being able to order my groceries from my home. Unlike going to the grocery store, I never have the frustration of forgetting something at the store. Given that I live in the rural United States, there are many products and brands on this site that I have never seen in stores. The amount of plastic packaging is a little frustrating though. I would be more content to see more eco-friendly packaging.

I have been using Thrive market since the beginning of March. Although this company has struggled to keep up with the sudden and urgent demand caused by Covid-19 and stay at home orders, they have managed it quite well. Their web site is always up to date with their in-stock merchandise and their estimates for delivery have been accurate. As time goes by, they are getting better and better at handling everything. The quality of their products is great. The website is easy to use. I only wish they used less plastic packaging.

Thrive Market has a great selection of fairly fancy foods and other stuff, plus their customer service is *usually good, minus one extremely poor experience with a mean-spirited young hater. However, the reason for the five star rating is the ending, what you get after you click "place order". You get a beautiful grin from the sweetest face that screams kindness and hearty hugs. And, for that, Thrive Market is worth it!

Found some specialty items I like, so will try this online store. Seems odd you have to "Join" just to shop. I took a 1 month membership, so will wait to see how it goes. It is good they carry Organic products.

Realizing things might be a little out of order with the virus, I am left wondering why my ability to add to list is not working on so many items? The message that comes up is telling me the amount ordered is incorrect. I simply clicked the button - for minimum quantity. If you are out of the item, please advise, etc.

Would you like to shop somewhere where the prices are competitive and all of the products are non GMO to start? I was thrilled to find out that Thrive Market is a non GMO source for healthy snacks, non-toxic kitchenware and high quality cleaning products that are eco-friendly and well priced. I was also very pleasantly surprised to find the items in our order neatly packed in mostly paper material. Wow. I just placed my second order and can't wait to receive it!

Thrive Market is an online "store" that carries lots of healthy, eco-conscious products. While you can now find many of the products in stores, the annual membership is worth it because of the discounted prices.
Customer service has always been great.
The only drawback,: I'd like to see less plastic in the shipping packaging. (It is mostly recycled/recyclable paper.)

We now know why Thrive market line is often sold out. They are really great! Love the dishwasher and laundry powder. Hubby loves the squeeze peanut butter. Amazing!

Answer: Membership is $75 annually but it is less for families who qualify and they donate membership for those in extreme need. I don't know what that limit is. Just the fact they do this is amazing.
