I have been ordering from Thrive for over a year now. My packages arrive promptly and nicely wrapped. My membership is well worth the fee as the local prices are a good deal higher--20 - 25%. I am never disappointed.
This is an awesome online market. The only reason I do not give them 5 stars is because most of the time, they are out of stock on my items. PLEASE GET BETTER AT STOCKING ITEMS. IT IS REALLY FRUSTRATING.

Despite Amazon's gargantuan size, Thrive offers some excellent products for significantly less than Amazon. Thrive's coconut milk, organic pumpkin puree, ghee, and coconut oil, and peanut butter are top-rate. Delicious array of frozen animal protein. I am now ordering their paleo meals, they sound great. Thrive's frozen shipments arrive fully frozen. Ethically, Thrive offers a superior alternative to Amazon's inhumane and destructive demands on their employees, including their current delivery service. You can donate a portion of your payment to disadvantaged populations. And Thrive offers 20% off storewide sale days. Excellent use of your money, whether they beat others' prices or not. Fully recommend.

I appreciate the wide selection of items and choices within those items, as well as teh fair pricing. I shop around a lot and often find the best or close fit prices here. I am a very Senior person and the convenience of delivery is important too.

Customer service was very good and very responsive with an issue I had after signing up. The selection of products is good, but it became frustrating when I kept getting errors on items I wanted to buy (I did not reach out to customer service about that). This was my first order and I have not received it yet, so I cannot speak to that. One suggestion, it would be nice to be able to preview your selection before signing up for a membership

Last order body wash leaked 1/3 out of bottle and all over bottom of box. Soap removed label from bottle.

I had looked at joining Thrive for over a year before I actually decided to try it out last summer and I have been pleased ever since. I am writing this in the middle of Covid season so while they have been out of several things lately and shipping was delayed, I still think they do a great job of getting products back as soon as possible and to the customer as quickly as they can. I have never had any issues with broken bottles, or smashed products other than a bag of chips but I just decided that shipping a bag of tortilla chips is probably not the best idea so I buy those else where. Prices are fantastic and better than any other store I shop including Costco, Amazon, Whole Foods and Sprouts. I love knowing about the products I buy as well. I share my love of Thrive with anyone who will listen!

Thrive Gives has been a great aid during the pandemic. I've ordered more during this time than I ever had sine I became a member in 2017. The prices are fair and the customer service is wonderful.

I am loving Thrive Market, so glad I started this subscription! It helps me limit my time spent out in the community while still allowing me to get the staples I need. I have been really impressed with how fast my boxes arrive too. As a person with Celiac disease and food allergies, I was worried that shortages at the store would mean I would not be able to access the items I need. But Thrive Market was the answer for me.

Thrive is a great store particularly if you are trying to eat healthily or have particular dietary restrictions--you get ALL the information you need on what products contain. They have great specials and are starting to resume terrific free gifts that introduce you to new brands. I LOVE thrive!
I love eating organic so this site is great for me and my family, in these hard times it makes it easy not to leave my house.

I really am impressed with not only the service but the quality of the food that is provided by thrive market I really do not like to go into the markets anymore and the only thing that would make it even better is if it had fresh meats and produce that would be the only thing I'd change

Joining the Thrive community during COVID-19, I have expected shortages on products, limited availability, etc and while Thrive does experience said shortages, they are very committed to good service. They will let you know when desired items are available again, they ship as quickly as possible, and their products arrive safely in good packaging. Their prices are also quite good, especially during their offers and savings deals on items. Products are quality.

I have enjoyed being a member at thrive market. In our rural area it is challenging to find any variety in natural, organic and gluten free products. I love the thrive brand products, and Im excited to try the essential oils. I wish shipping was free for smaller orders and lots of popular products seem to be constantly out of stock. Like the coconuat water. My family is Brazilian /American and your Coconut water is the BEST we have had in the US from a box but we can never get it :( Thanks for your quality products and service.

We have been members of Thrive for two years and couldn't be more pleased with their offerings and their responsive customer service. It's a delight dealing with them. The website is very informative and user friendly. We highly recommend them. Oh yes, and they always place liquid items in zip lock bags to protect the dry goods in transport and the shipping is speedy!

Answer: Membership is $75 annually but it is less for families who qualify and they donate membership for those in extreme need. I don't know what that limit is. Just the fact they do this is amazing.

Answer: Contact your bank and challenge the charge. I have shopped with Thrive for almost 4 years. This is a glitch in their system. Any issues I have had have been quickly taken care of. Sorry you didn't have the same experience.
