Been a loyal member for years but their service is so bad and their customer support team are terrible. We had a deal for them to provide mobile coverage to me for two years, but they randomly just suspended their service before the end of the deal. I think that's unfair really.

Three are the worst mobile provider there so slow and useless they never help if you need help with something always get out on hold and then get told my call can't be taken! Rubbish customer service and mobile provider they never helped especially during the pandemic when my data was slow they didn't want to help they just got rude and send they can't help useless and rude I'm so disappointed in them! Don't join with them there rubbish!
