Because i cant give 0 star and because they will cancel your phone contract for no reasons. I do not recommend

Terrible customer service. Will be looking for another company. Need to remember how important it is to service the community.

Just because of my Russian ties and intimidating demeanour my contract was terminated after 2 years against my desperate plea to reconsider. Awful and disgusting service. #ktbffh

Very disappointed in the quality.
After getting no help on multiple requests, I finally switched to Vodafone and very happy thus far.
Flawless WiFi connection.

Been a loyal member for years but their service is so bad and their customer support team are terrible. We had a deal for them to provide mobile coverage to me for two years, but they randomly just suspended their service before the end of the deal. I think that's unfair really.

I have had better experiences with my Telco products in Pakistan than with 3 UK. Absolutely awful service.

Horrible company that'll sleep with your mother. Then leave swiftly into the night. Also v ugly logo.

Terrible service, rubbish deals, rude staff and customer service. Would not recommend this company to anyone!

Want the brands that I am intrested in to be a tad bit loyal and I havnt seen anything if that sort from this organisation!

Not a strong bond and the network disconnected in the middle of the journey would recommend Samsung and Yokohama

Three are the worst mobile provider there so slow and useless they never help if you need help with something always get out on hold and then get told my call can't be taken! Rubbish customer service and mobile provider they never helped especially during the pandemic when my data was slow they didn't want to help they just got rude and send they can't help useless and rude I'm so disappointed in them! Don't join with them there rubbish!

This company leaves as soon as something goes wrong. They have no loyalty what so ever. I highly do not recommend
