Tried to upgrade my contract. Told phone would arrive may 4th it didn't chased them on 18th and 19th to find out it's not coming due to a system error. Then they still wanted to bill me extra 100 pound for phone I haven't received! Speaking to customer service they kept passing me round on the phone. To another clueless operater. Who kept insisting I had to pay bill to get them get a credit note which I wouldn't agree too. They may have cheap contracts. But if you pay penuts you will get monkeys. That is clearly how 3 operate! Abovoidvat all costs

Worst Network!

I've been to 66 countries in the world and Three has to be the worst one I have encountered. Even in darkest Africa the networks are fantastic compared to Three. It worked in London (for the most part), but when we visited Scotland and Ireland, I had to use friends' Hotspots - 90% OF THE TIME! Three was absolutely useless! A total waste of GBP25. Don't use them.

I lost my sim card on holiday and it took the company six weeks to get me a working replacement. My first replacement sim was never sent out, the second didn't work and yet I was told every 2 days just to wait 24-48 hours for it to be unlocked. This went on for a further 2 WEEKS. I then get told that the sim is blocked and I have to wait a further 3 days for a new replacement to be sent out. No compensation was discussed. Terrible experience and the service is awful too, with internet frequently not working

WORST MOBILE SERVICE IN UK

For 6 years I was with EE and never had any issues with connectivity or calls, to save some money I swapped to Three and boy do I regret this decision nearly daily! In busy areas like cities and towns the 4G internet just does not work and I always have 0 bars in my home town and work town! I can't wait to switch back to EE! I would rate 0 out of 5 if I could!

Rubbish network

Liars only. SCAM. AVOID. I didn't have 5g internet at home at all. And they kept promising that next months will be fine, next month, just one more months and so on. And after they wanted me to pay for early termination fee while I wasn't my fault at all. They will promise good internet but they don't have it. Scam AVOID

A simple task of transferring my old Three number, to a new sim has taken 5 phone calls lasting over 2 hours in total; and is still not complete. Staff are rude and incompetent. I would not recommend them under any circumstances.

Insulted me in whispered English because they thought I was foreign. I'm not. They kicked my cat wouldn't recommend

Terrible company. Notwithstanding their pathetic show off loyalty with Chelsea FC the whole network falls through the floor. Fantastic show of support for any Ukrainian refugees arriving in the UK.

Shockingly bad 4g and phone signal, never anything done about it. Call centres not in the UK and English is not understood or spoken very well. No loyalty and cannot wait to leave.

The equipment I got was of low quality and the connection was horrible! Tried to contact the customer service but they're so nonchalant and not helpful at all. I gave up on them and ended up with cancelling my contract with them.

WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!
