Buying clothes for a baby/toddler can get very expensive once the grow out of sizes so quickly! So glad I found this site. I have been able to do all my son's shopping for so much cheaper than the stores. The clothes are in awesome shape, super cute and very reasonable. We will definitely keep using thred up!

This is by far the best app I have ever used to purchase clothes, and for such a great price! The quality is awesome, and I have yet to be disappointed or have to return anything. AND getting $20 off when you recommend someone who buys something is INCREDIBLE! I got my 2 girls 2 winter jackets for $4- and had free shipping!
Ordered twice. Both time order included an item that was a childs size instead of womans size. Customer service did respond but just donated rather than deal with returns, etc.

I was impressed with what I saw online. The clothing appeared to be in excellent quality and the prices were very reasonable. I ordered a few things for myself and my three daughters.
Sadly, some of the items were listed incorrectly. I bought an adult small jacket for my daughter and it was actually a kids small! I bought pants for myself that were listed as a woman's 16 but were actually a juniors 15. So pretty much I wasted money because we could not use any of the items!

I am so delighted to have discovered thredUP. After a trip to India, I recognized how much I waste because by contrast, the Indian people will use something until it is literally unusable. I became very disturbed by our throw away culture and wanted to make changes to do my part. I am also highly interested in fashion and like to dress well, and dislike clothing that isn't well made, but I'm on a budget and also cannot rationalize spending huge amounts on clothing. ThredUP is PERFECT for me, because it allows me luxury simultaneously with saving and recycling! I love the convenience of trying the clothing on at home and being able to return items hassle free should I choose to, also. I've had compliments on the additions to my wardrobe and am pleased with the accuracy of the descriptions online - if an item has an issue, thredUP is upfront and I like that. I have saved hundreds of dollars and now exclusively only purchase pre-owned clothing. I haven't used the option to consign yet, but I am certain I will! Thank you, thredUP!
Quick shipment, and good quality of clothes. Not sure who does the descriptions though, because out of 3 pairs of jeans, two women's jeans were actually capris, and the boys jeans were girls. Would still buy from them again.
All the clothes are very nice. I think one dress I got was a knock off but I only paid 10 for it and it was still lovely, so no big deal, but I could've returned it because they offer free returns on most items. Which is awesome!
