The filter options make it so easy to find exactly what I want. I found just what I needed in a few minutes after I had spent hours in the mall with no luck. The clothes are perfect and I'm already a repeat customer.
I sent in my clothes a month ago. I am still waiting for them to process my bag. After they process my bag, I'll still have to wait another 15 days for payout. Ridiculous.
I really love this website. The clothes I ordered came in perfect shape. I got a couple Lululemon shirts as well as some other casual wear clothes. I sent both of my daughters the link and they are just as thrilled. I would recommend this to anyone!
I purchased a Coach bag for under $100. It was a $400 bag! It is in pristine condition and even came with the dust cover. ThredUp packaged it beautifully in gorgeous tissue paper and a very nice gift box. I am uber excited with my purchase!

I had to fight for weeks to get the "Free $20" promotion, after an item return.
Half the items I've ordered were either dirty, covered in animal hair, or not as described. This caused me to have to return.
Return shipping takes way too long (10-14 days), so refunds are slow.
Prices are not that much cheaper than sales & outlet stores.
Filters are difficult to set up. For example, Anne Klein has 5 different names. To select all options, you have to type Anne Klein in 5 times and check the box.
Viewing items is hard, especially black dresses/shirts. You cannot see details.
Fabric descriptions should be given. Cotton can be knit like a sweater, or like a tshirt, or woven like an dress shirt. Giving the material is good... but a fabric category would help me know if I can wear something to work, or not.
The clothes were new or like new and in excellent condition. Arrived in a timely fashion. I love this website. It makes shopping so easy and affordable
Christmas present for handicapped daughter. Juicy couture hat has J on front which will help her to recognize hat and not lose it. Gloves are nice also. Don't mind that they are used. Excellent condition. Good gift
Ordered baby clothes 12 to 18 months. They fit as expected good quality clothes for less $. And it's a win win $20 give and $20 you get. Who could pass that up. Package comes in your mail box. Love it. I love sharing free product post. And thred up is so worth it.
