I have made several purchases in the past month without a single disappointment.
The worst ever! I checked every single item before requesting their "free"bag. They only paid me for the cheapest ones and didn't "accept" the most expensives, even the ones I sent with the tags on. Nor explanation, or even a receipt to help me with my taxes. Sent e-mails, called, nobody ever answered.
Shipping took longer than expected. Easy returns for items that didn't fit.

I was impressed with the packaging and quality of the clothing was true to word. My only disappointment was that some pictures were misleading.
I now research each piece of clothing that I am going to order. This way I can see the same article of clothing from a different view so to say. It helps me decide if I am going to order that piece or not.

I recently ordered clothing from ThredUp, and found it to be a great experience! To be able to browse all those wonderful items, focusing only on my size and preferences, was just plain fun. Following ThredUp's "Only keep it if you LOVE it" suggestion, I DID love what I kept. Some of the coolest clothes EVER! And returning clothes was easy, with free shipping and a very workable return policy.

I returned some items for "store credit" and when I placed my second order, I was told that the system could not credit my most recent purchase with the credit for the previously returned items. I will not order from thredUP again, and am considering my legal options for reimbursement.

I really like shopping with thredUP. There is always something new to see, and the variety of items is huge! The return policy is fantastic, as well. I have had, on a few occasions, problems with items that I purchased that could have been avoided with a bit more detailed product description. One item I purchased did not indicate that it was a petite size, and another item had open-shoulder sleeves that did not appear in the photographs. I returned both without any hassle other than time. Overall, thredUP is my first source for "new" clothes!
I've ordered four pieces from ThredUp, two blouses and two dresses. I was a little unsure at first because I don't believe I've ever purchased from a thrift store but this was pretty amazing.
