I'm a thrift & consignment store shopping fanatic, so to be able to have the convenience to shop from home has been awesome. All of my finds have been great.
I love being able to shop on here. I've gotten 2 shipments and I love the clothes. The return process was easy for the 2 pieces that didn't fit right.
I loved everything I ordered, so far, and they all fit me perfectly. I'm kinda small so I'm hesitant when it comes to buying pants online because they never fit but the one I got from Thred up fits great and all the clothes are in good condition. Oh, and I love the packaging boxes, the polkadots are cool. I'm sending in a clean out kit in a few days.
It's almost impossible to find clothing in petite sizes. I don't have time to hunt and hunt. I was depending on Coldwater Creek online, but they went out of business and the new folks who took over don't have the same styles at all. ThredUP is a lifesaver! Tons of petites!

The clothing I have purchased from ThredUp has completely exceeded my expectations! They offer adorable clothes for men, women and children that are absolutely adorable and extremely affordable! My favorite find is an adorable fireman raincoat in brand new condition for my 2 year old who loved it so much he refused to take it off for the entire day! This site is definitely now one of my go to sites for purchasing clothing for the entire family and I highly recommend it to all my friends!

This is a great site for me because I am so frugal when it comes to spending money on clothes for myself. My only criticism would be that certain items don't have detailed measurements so it's usually best to go with familiar brands that you know how they fit. I also think there's a little too much contact via promotional emails but that's a personal preference. Overall, site is ready to use and I'm happy I found it.
First of all, I have had a hard time buying clothes from ThredUP that work for me. Sometimes items with 3/4 sleeves are described as long sleeve--I hate that. I hate how you have to do certain things to get a refund back to your credit card for returned items, and how long it takes to process bags. Sending items in is easy! Waiting to be paid for them (when store credit is available) is frustrating.
Very helpful. Also got right back with my answer that same day.
