I like ThredUp and the selection, but the shipping is insanely slow. I'd happily pay a dollar more on each item if it meant I didn't have to wait two weeks for my items to be delivered. Other similar services I've used were able to deliver my order within one week (sometimes less).
I've chosen not to purchase items from ThredUp before simply because of the slow turnaround. If the shipping time could be sped up, I'd order more.
I bought a wallet, which was more like "WORN" rather than "Minor signs of wear" and It came complete with photographs in the zippered side of the wallet. Overpriced, I expected more. Im done with them.

They are easy to work with, the clothing is just as pictured and described, and I love that we can reuse great clothing rather than just throw it out or leave it unused.
I placed an order for 2 pair of jeans. When I received my package, I got one of the pair that I ordered and a pair of black studded capris that were about 20 sizes above what I ordered. I contacted customer service and after 2 days they responded offering me a refund on the pants (minus the cost of shipping) and a shipping label to mail the incorrect pair back. I'm glad they were able to refund me for their mistake but there was no mention of trying to find me the correct pair I ordered or even offering free shipping for a new pair.
It is nice to have a place that I can send my unused or rarely used clothes. Of course I do wish the payout was a little bit more than it is -- then again, it's better to get some money rather than just taking my things to the Salvation Army or Goodwill. Also, thredUP gives you a chance to donate what you make to a worthy cause of your choice. I like that they send you a bag -- all you have to do is put your clothes in there and send it off. The shipping is taken care of on their end. It is very easy and when something sells, they send you an email to tell you! It's fun!
Speedy delivery, products in excellent condition, items that didn't suit were cheerfully accepted for return. Shipping was free.
