I wanted to love ThredUp, but my experience has been average. Their packaging and boxes are gorgeous, and the inside flyer about their company mission is brilliant, however, I sent a package of clothing and was disappointed in the amount I received based upon what they sold the items for and can do better at my local resale shop. My last purchase, shipping has taken a longer time than anticipated. The selections for plus sizes have been marginal.

I ordered two dresses. One fit like a glove and was perfect for an upcoming wedding... the other didn't fit. Returning the item was easy peasy... I've already ordered three more items.

I still have not received an update regarding my return. I have learned that the return process for Thredup is a long one. I would not recommend returning items through this website.

One of suggestions would be to add actual measurements. A size 8 at Ann Taylor is different than a size 8 at H&M. Other than that, a big yes to my purchase. =D
Good experience overall, however I find some of the brands to be not much less than I can find brand new on sale. Lower the prices a bit would make me shop more.
The purse was as expected, and the swimming suit was better. The shipping always seems to take a little longer than I would like other wise the stuff I order is nice.
Found SO many items I wanted for me and my kids. I'm glad I can search by price, though---some of these items are very pricey. There are definitely things for all price ranges, however. My one complaint is that there aren't any men's clothes!

I love shopping and consigning with thredUP. They made it really easy to send in a bag full of clothes, which I then received credit for that I could shop with!

Have really had no issues with anything I ordered. Actually, just one. I ordered a shirt that said it was a 1x and turned out to be a 2x.
But happy with everything else :)
This is the third time I've ordered from thredUP and have been very happy with each purchase. This time was important - a coat for my granddaughter to wear in her mom's outdoor wedding. It was the perfect color, fit and in great condition (I added a fake fur collar to match her mom's new wedding coat). So happy with it!
The shipping was a little slow. The items come nicely packaged. Some items are not as nice as expected. It would cost more to return the item I was not satisfied with. Other items received were like new, I was very pleased.
