The Whiz Cells cell phone sale process could not have been any easier. My phone arrived in their hands within a couple of days, was evaluated immediately and they paid what they promised and in the same day.

I had a very good sale experience selling my older iPhone. The price was fair, shipping easy, and got my payment within a day of delivery.

So far everything is good if the results follow thru I will be happy. My device is as stated as it has always been covered with a case and screen protector.

I dropped the free packaging along with my cell phone at the post office. No more than 4 days later I received an email stating TheWhizCells had already deposited the money in my PayPal account. That is the fastest transaction I've ever experienced.

This was my 2nd experience with Whizz Cells. This time I chose to use my own packaging and receive a pre-paid shipping label. Just as my first experience was amazing, so was the second. I received an email shortly after placing my order providing the shipping label and then on queue I received another email giving me the opportunity to present any questions or issues I might have. I used PayPal for both of my orders and everything went according to their advertised process. I made sure the packaging was proper, charged the devices to 100% just like their process outlined. I am a satisfied long term customer now and will work with Whiz Cells for all of my electronic device needs. Thank you for "Doing exactly what you advertise"!

Bogus damage claims followed by a lowball offer nullified all the reasons I chose Whiz Cells in the first place. Complete scam.

However, that requires a lot more of your time, and a lot can go wrong, which makes The Whiz Cells a better value in my opinion. They sent me a prepaid package to send my device in, so all I had to do was seal and send. Early into the day my package arrived with them, it was already inspected and the payment was sent — that is seriously fast service!

Just like all recyclers online they always suck you in with a large offer price and then get your phone and immediately discover a problem to knock the price down. Oh, we realized your three year old phone is actually three years old. Shocker. -$50.
