The entire process was a good experience. I received confirmation and shipping label right away and mailed in my phone two days later. I received confirmation that the phone arrived and was being assessed. The condition was confirmed and I received the quoted amount for the phone. I chose to receive a virtual credit card
I had an iPhone with a non OEM battery to sell. I emailed asking advice about how that would be priced and was told to list it as "broken." But when I sent it in, they said it should be "other" and reduced the price offer. Not what I was hoping for.

Did my research online before I decided to sell my used phone to Whiz Cell. Mainly because their offered price is better than most other similar services. After placing my order, I received their prepaid return package in a week. I received their confirmation with 24 hours after they received and inspected my phone. In 4 days I received a check in the mail ( my preferred method of payment). Since this was my first time using their service, I had my initial concerns. But the whole process proves they are professional and legit.

I feel they robbed me by saying stuff not true about the phone to not give me the amount they said i would get for the phone
Our website clearly states that in order to qualify for "Good" condition there can be no screen scratches felt by the fingernail. Your phone was heavily scratched & had several dings on the body.

I sent my phone to a different recycler who offered the same price as whizz, only to tell me the phone was damaged and "unlocked". They revised there offer by almost $200 lower. So I sent it to whizz and what an amazing as promised experience. No hassle. Very satisfied

Thank you for the review. You are correct that you were asked to list it as "broken". However when you placed your order, you listed it as "cracked glass". You also did not disclose that the phone gets hotter than normal when charging which indicates further issues with the battery and/or internals.
