These folks make selling your phone super easy! The whole process is SO quick! We have used them twice now and nothing but professional experiences both times! We highly recommend them if they treat everyone as they did us.
Advertised they would give me phone value, and then claimed because I couldn't access icloud that the value of the phone dropped $200, and they can only sell for parts. I think it's bs, so I'll just smash the phone next time. Rather than waste my time for a measly $15 for a brand new working phone.
We advertise that we do not pay for iCloud locked devices as our website clearly states. The site, the confirmation email, & the order instructions all 3 clearly state that any account, including iCloud accounts, must be removed PRIOR to sending the device in to us. The $15 offer was in thanks to you being a returning customer, which you said in your previous review that we were "Very non judgemental".
Very non judgemental which is great in my situation. I found this phone in front of my house around a year ago. I thought a child may have dropped it getting off the school bus. So, I went around the neighborhood trying to find the owner with no luck. Put on our town social media page with no luck. The point being, I truly tried to find the owner. The Whiz allowed me to do it even though it wasn't my phone. I went above and beyond to find the owners.
So far, great! Excellent company. So easy to sell my old phone

My phon was in great shape til I shipped it, I guess the post office dropped it or something or this whiz cell is lying about the shape of my phone.
We can only evaluate devices as they arrive to us. We offer to send photos of devices upon request to prove that we're not lying about the condition. We do not damage devices as that cuts into any profit in reselling the device due to the cost of repairs. If the phone wasn't in this condition when you sent it, this 1 star review belongs to the USPS, not us.

Misleading on your website sent you my phones as they were on your website and you saying you don't buy phones like galaxy A20 or tablets you give me a price of one amount and you tell me that my phone's aren't worth anything bad service

I am sorry that you are unhappy. To clarify, the Galaxy S8 and the Samsung A20 are not on our website. You said you were sending a Galaxy S20. We did not receive an S20. The tablet you sent is a Samsung Tab 4 from 2014. That tablet is not on our site. We pay for what you send in. The A23 was correct and we paid for it. That phone is on our site and is the model you sent. The rest of the devices are not on our site. So we did not give you a price for these devices. Had you emailed us we would have told you we do not purchase those models.
They do what they say, are very prompt and they deal with you fairly.

We have been telling you the process via email & have been in contact with several times regarding your issue but you would not read the entire email. It is no fault of ours that your bank does not accept Instant Bank Transfers. Your situation was remedied in a timely manner & you were paid as agreed upon.
I've used this company 5 or 6 times now I think. Never any issues with payment or disputing of condition, etc. if there is any sort of delay they've contacted me right away to let me know what it is, why it happened, and when I can expect follow up.

There needs to be more choices on the type of phone we are wanting to sell. At first I was going to receive $140 for what I thought was a iPhone 13 plus but it only gave the option of broken screen and it didn't have a broken screen. The screen was loose and didn't power on but yet there was no choice to choose that. So I sent the phone anyway. When I got the email it only offered me $20 for my iPhone 11 plus with no cracks. The screen was loose and didn't power on which i mentioned that. Since it didn't power on there was no way of me know what type of phone it was.
Thank you for the review. Our website clearly states that to qualify for Cracked Glass price, everything but the glass must be in Good condition. Anything else is considered Broken condition.
The company has been extremely efficient with previous orders as well as correcting any mishaps along the way. I wouldn't want to do business with anyone else!

You sent us a device that was not paid off & our requoted offer that you accepted was clear that the requoted offer was for both devices. Also, we have responded to all of your emails. Check your spam folder.
Simple and fast to enter the phone info you want to sell, the label arrived immediately and phone was mailed on a Tuesday. By Thursday afternoon, funds had been deposited into my account. Be honest on the model and condition of your phone and Whiz Cells will honor their original quote with no questions. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

You said my phone was not paid off, when it actually was, years ago. You cut the amount you were willing to pay to almost nothing. Hope this isn't the way you treat all your customers.
