WHY am I receiving this notice AFTER placing my order and expecting this to be delivered Thursday, as stated on the previous page and what I thought I was paying for? Feels very slimy.
Had the best experience! The website was so clean and easy to navigate. The pricing was good and the plant was impeccable! Which was very impressive since the delivery person left it on the door step upside down…
I was mortified to receive a replacement for the plant that I ordered three weeks ago. The first plant arrived damaged. The second plant arrived completely dead with no leaves.
No tracking info was provided so the delivery was a surprise. Tracking would've been ideal to prioritize picking up the package from the mail room and taking it out of the box. Everything else was a good experience.

I was living in a temporary home due to a house fire, the plant arrived healthy, but unfortunately the place I was living in was not suitable for plants and the plant died after a period of time.
Sill sells beautiful quality plants I can count on, but the Shop app doesn't update in a timely manner. I have had this issue with orders besides Sill. I didn't even get a notice this had shipped when it had already been delivered. Given this was a gift and it was in winter, it would have been nice to give the receiver a heads up. And I wasted time following up, constantly tracking, and contacting you. And you wasted time answering. Ditch the Shop app for tracking and send tracking numbers directly - it's useless.
Fast shipping, plant in excellent condition but smaller than described. It measured approximately 2.5 feet. Description says 3-4 feet. Bit disappointing but plant is still beautiful
For the price I paid, the olive tree that came looked almost barren. It clearly had snipped branches so it was more lush before, but when delivered, it looked almost embarrassing to put on display. And the other small plant that I bought - Alocasia Dragon Scale - arrived with yellowing on the leaves though it looked healthy. Within a week the yellowing was spreading and I couldn't save it. I made sure to follow instructions to the T but still, it completely died. I know that it arrived with some sort of defect because of the way it looked upon arrival. The only plant that I loved upon arrival was the jasmine plant. It looked healthy, was full enough to be worth the price paid, etc.

My organization is creating a care package for leaders, and we thought adding a succulent could be a wonderful surprise, but we didn't know how to ship, care for, or really make that happen. By ordering 40 succulents with The Sill, we got all our questions answered and are eagerly preparing boxes to be hand delivered this week. A few plants didn't make it but the customer service team has been easy to work with. Definitely recommend!
The wait time was ridiculous to receive my order. When it arrived the shoes were just jammed into a shipping bag that was too small for them and taped together.The shoes do not fit my foortand I am trying to return them. I am very frustrated with how difficult getting information from the company to do a return.

My previous experience purchasing from The Sill has been great. These are my 5th and 6th plants I've purchased and the ones I purchased are still alive and growing very well except for one due to their love for humidity which I didn't know until after it deteriorated and I couldn't propagate.
But overall everything I have received from The Sill have exceeded my expectations.
My Audrey ficus arrived promptly and in great condition. It was a freezing day, but the plant was well-insulated again the cold and wrapped sturdily so it didn't look damaged at all by the trip. It's happy and healthy and already making my house more cheerful! Will definitely be back for more plants.
I've ordered several different plants from The Sill over the years and all have exceeded my expectations. This time I ordered two prickly pear cacti as gifts and despite the cold weather, arrived very happy and healthy!

The palm I ordered was beautiful. I gave it to my parents for Christmas. Unfortunately, even though I ordered it December 16 it came after Christmas so was more of a New Year's present. The pot I ordered was broken in the box so I will have to deal with that.
