Just as described

I ordered a couple sweaters, a winter hat and blanket scarf and it was just as described. Everything fit so perfectly, so Im not sure why these reviews are so bad when I had no problems. I did pay extra for shipping since I needed the scarf and hat, but it arrived in 2 days like it said it would! I will be getting more things from this store!

Never got my products

I ordered from this boutique a couple weeks ago. Never got a confirmation email but the money was taken out of my bank account right away. Emailed customer service asking for an order number or tracking number to be sure my items were coming. Gave them my billing address and name and they said they could not find my order. A few days later i finally got an email back with a tracking number, but the tracking number does not say my items were ever shipped. Filed a dispute with my credit card for the charge and STILL waiting to hear back on whether i'm getting these items or not. Even called their number every day for a week and it went straight to voicemail every time. Not completely sure this is a real business so I wouldn't waste your time or money.

I ordered a shirt from there online website 3 weeks ago and still have not received it ever time I email them they say it will be shipped soon. Lesson learned never again will I order from this site

Great website

I love the clothes from here, and have not had a problem like most others. I received the wrong product buy emailed them and they were extremely nice about it and said they would be shipping out the correct order right away and sent me with a shipping label so I wouldn't have to pay to send it back.

I found the site online and was excited because they have cute dresses. I had a coupon code for 35% off so I ordered a few dresses. The first dress was super thin material and was way too long for me. The second dress the second I took it out of the bag had a big snag. I was planning to return the items, until I saw on my invoice they were final sale. I went to their website and saw anything over 30% off is final sale. However when I purchased the items there was nothing in the cart that mentioned final sale. So now I'm stuck with two dresses, one of which I spent less than $30 but is currently at the tailor being completely redone and is costing another $30 just so I can wear it. I will never purchase from this site again.

Shrinking...

I have purchased many items from this site, the past few have been super disappointing. The dresses are much shorter then they appear to be, and if you wash them they shrink! It does say cold wash by hand but that's because the material is so cheap it will shrink in the machine

Do not buy anything from this site - I needed to return a bathing suit because the photos were mis leading and it was way too revealing for me. I shipped it back and got an email stating it was a final sale item which was not listed on the site not in the bag that it was sent in. In addition they said they would send it back to me or donate it. Paaaalease. Buy from Lulus better quality better prices better customer service. These people are a joke. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE - did I mention with return shipping hat this bathing suit ended up costing me $80+. Awful customer service couldn't say it enough!

Poor quality

I ordered a patriotic shirt it came in with a dirty mark on the front. It states that it red white and blue. The white is more a winter white or light cream. I would change your description of this top. Very misleading. I ordered once last year and was disappointed. I thought i would give it another try sorry i did. The material is cheap and see thru. I will never order from this company again. I would return this top but there is no returns on patriotic merchandise. So now i have a cheap shirt with a stain on the front.

Went to the retail store today and was looked at by 3 employees but not spoken to or offered assistance by anyone at any time. Clothing selection is boring. Mostly floral and way too many maxi dresses. Who wants to wear a maxi dress when it's 100 degrees? Need more variety, more tops, less dresses, and much better people skills. Thumbs down.

Buyer beware

I purchased several dresses in the hopes of finding at least one that I would love. Not only is the material very cheap, one dress was completely see through and one of them looked absolutely nothing like the picture on the website. The others were just simply, cheaply made out of poor fabric. I realized after receiving my merchandise that there is a NO REFUND policy. I guess it's my mistake from when I made the purchase, always read the fine print! But you would think that as a first time buyer, and being so disappointed in the quality, they would offer a courtesy refund. Not happening! So buyer beware! This merchandise is junk! Now I'm stuck with 5 ugly dresses I can never wear or an online store credit for more junk! BUYER BEWARE

I ordered what I thought was a super cute dress based on the photo on their website. Not only was the dress not true to size, the fabric was some sort of cheap, see-through thin, velvet-like fabric. Even my boyfriend (who could care less about clothes) agreed it looked nothing like the picture and was super cheaply made. They will only return your item for store credit and you have to pay the return shipping. So you get to buy another cheaply made product. Yay!

Their clothing is not true to size.
If something doesn't fit they only give you a credit to purchase from their site again. AND you HAVE to pay to ship the return back.
BIG WASTE of time and hard earned money!

I too have received damaged, unacceptable merchandise. They insist on you sending a picture, and want you to pay to return it. Then you get a store credit... as if I would want anything from them. Not only did I contact them, but I contacted Amazon, who allows them to be a third party seller on their site. This will damage the reputation of Amazon as well in my opinion. I am still waiting for resolution, and will not accept a store credit.

I recently ordered 3 dresses from them totaling $110. I expected boutique quality as the name would suggest. What I received was cheap, garbage! These items look nothing like the pictures and are cheaply made. They refuse to pay return shipping or issue a refund. Do NOT buy from this company.

Site states 2-3 days for items to ship 11 days later still haven't shipped and been lied to that it shipped and still haven't received any items or no response any longer from the company. Don't order!

I have purchased many items from this boutique online and everything is always so cute and is true to size. The customer service is always exceptionally friendly and they always go above and beyond for any request you may have. Shipping is always fast, which is a plus! I'd highly recommend this boutique to anyone, by far my favorite place to shop!

Terrible Customer Service

I have ordered from the boutique for years! Half my closet is from Pink Lilly. Recently I ordered a cardigan, shirt and tank. I received my shirt and tank, I waited about a week thinking they got shipped separately. I emailed their customer service and was told they forgot to ship it., but didn't forget to charge my credit card. About a week later I got my cardigan with a hole and snags. I took pictures and sent it to them. Their response was that they checked it before they shipped it and would send me a return label. They also said it was out of stock so I could get a refund once they received the mecrchandise. I am not looking for a handout, heck I worked in retail for years. What I can tell you is this is terrible customer service. I emailed and asked if they had anything similar and their response was no, i then asked why I needed to go to the crazy post office because of their merchandise. They have cute stuff. But after comparing I believe they are a cheaper version of The Modern Vibtage Boutique. So just a heads up.

Terrible customer service

I never do these reviews but I just want everyone who orders from this site to know how awful they are. I ordered over $200 worth of merchandise on 10/21/16 and my credit card was charged right away. They marked my order as shipped 10/24 and when I checked on it, the post office said it had never been shipped. I called them twice and the number goes straight to a voice mail. I left two messages and then when I didn't hear back from them I emailed them. Their messages back to me were so rude and basically said we're behind and you ordered something that is monogrammed so we will get it to you as soon as we can. That was 11/10. It is now 11/17 and I have heard nothing further from them or received my order. The funniest part is --I keep getting requests to review items in the order! And every time I say I can't review because I have never received the item... I get an email back thanking me for the review. Next week I will file a grievance with my bank. Don't order from this company!

I ordered a top from this company and when it arrived it was made of cheap, scratchy material. I am a Medium and can order from any website and a M always fits. This was too tight in the arms and too baggy at the bottom. Now the kicker... if you want to return OR exchange your item you are screwed at every level. If you choose to return it, you will NOT get your money back you get a store credit. If you want to exchange it, you send it back at YOUR own COST, then REPAY for them to ship it back to you! That is the MOST ridiculous policy I have ever heard of. At least in an exchange you should not have to pay both times sending it back and then paying to have them send it to you! There is absolutely no cost to them whatsoever for shipping... Total ripoff! There is no return label, no phone number to call them, it's all done via email, and they have not responded to any email I have sent. I got a store credit which I gave to my daughter, but it is just wrong on every business level to not refund money on a purchase. It's not related to a time from the order, this is it for every order. I have talked to a few other people who have ordered from them and their complaints were the same as mine. I would never, ever use this company again. Between the cheap products and customer service there are SO many other places to get clothes from. Also, when I wrote a review on the top I ordered, it never appeared on the review list. Evidently they only publish the "good" ones!
