Beware of this store!

Beware of ordering from this store. Ordered A sweatshirt for Christmas on 12-15. Still don't have it as of Jan 1st. Postal office in Indiana is working with me, trying to get a hold of Bowling Green post office to see if they have even picked it up from pink lily warehouse. I have tried to contact them and I keep getting the same generic email back. Pink Lily is not offering much help. Poor customer relations! They don't care about their customer at all! I will NOT ever shop at this store again!

Never again

I ordered two items from this website. They looked nothing like the pictures and come to find out, because they were on sale (for Black Friday, NOT clearance), they refused to let me return them even though they were new items and still in their inventory. I sent an email asking for a store credit and was told no. I shared my disappointment that they don't stand behind their merchandise and I was simply told to "have a good night". I will never shop at this boutique again due to their poor customer service.

I have never experienced an issue ordering from Pink Lily until I ordered a sweater recently. They have lied to me from the moment I ordered. I am being told that it is shipped and on its way to me however USPS has told me they never received the package in order to ship to me. How does Pink Lily know something is going to get to me before the holiday when USPS doesn't even have history of the package existing. Disappointing and fraudulent. DO NOT ORDER THIS IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO RECEIVE IT.

Overpriced Cheap clothes

Obviously this store orders cheap China knockoffs. I ordered several items the one shirt had the under arms sewn in so low you couldn't put it on. The "lined" dress had no lining and was paper thin. The two cardigans were ok kinda funny shaped but wearable. I won't ever order here again. They were friendly and offered me a store credit but the clothes are just too overpriced and cheap.

I keep shopping here for a few reasons. Occasionally I get some really cute finds, but most times they are overpriced for the quality. Also, the return policy is the worst, so when I made a large return (because of quality) I ended up with close to 300 in store credit. Which is fine I can find little things here and there that are worth it.
If you want something quickly, this isn't your place. Every order I have ever made takes WEEKS to receive and the options to upgrade shipping are seriously like 70+ bucks. I've even had a shirt that was specific to a holiday that I received AFTER the holiday and they wouldn't take back for even in store credit.

I ordered a sweater and a shirt. It never arrived and I wont get a refund or the item resent to me. They basically told me "Sorry". Wish I could say great things but I dont even know if their stuff is nice or not.

I have ordered from them a few times. Basic shirts but nothing much. I decided to order 2 bags from them for Xmas presents. When the bags came, they were the worst quality ever and they reeked. I wanted to return both of them. I put the request in immediately and both requests were rejected. Sooooo here their policy... you can return within 21 days from order date, but they also have to approve the request & if they approve you only get store credit. It took them a week to ship, so that's 1/3 of the time. It took them 2 days to reject my return. No reason was given. Just rejected. They weren't final sale items. The quality was horrible. I wrote to customer service and no reply. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Extremely over priced, quality in clothes (okay) AND the shoes I bought I found them on amazon for MUCH cheaper. Amazon has a much better refund policy. I'm extremely unhappy that my leggings I ordered which a small always fits me in leggings, the small was too small and I just didn't think the leggings were worth $36 all for me to have to pay $11 to ship it back to them for me to just get store credit. Ridiculous. Never again. Amazon is all around better.

I bought a shirt from them didn't try it on in store because I was in rush, when I was trying on at home I ripped the ticket off! Didn't like how it looked tried to return it today, & she told me I couldn't because the ticket was off! WASNT WORN OR ANYTHING! Is it that hard to use a gun & put the ticket back! I'm definitely calling my bank & disputing my order but I will gladly bring back the shirt that is so overpriced & found it somewhere else! I use to like this place until today! Seriously stupidest rule in the world!

My experience with a return was terrible. I was willing to send my item back on my dime, for store credit as I thoroughly read their return policy and I expected that. However they wouldn't even allow me to return it to them "because of their hidden sale price" which evidently makes any item on sale, final sale. Also nowhere is the final sale stated on the product page. You have to decode multiple paragraphs from a totally separate page to understand basically anything on sale is non returnable even for store credit.

FYI for customers having issues with their deliveries not being received - because that seems to be a common issue I'm reading about. If they did not request a signature at delivery and you did not get your package, the company has the responsibility to either replace or credit you. If they refuse to replace or credit without a signature at delivery, all you need to do is dispute the charge. The credit card company will always rule in the cardholder favor if the company chose to not add signature required to the package. Don't Listen to their poorly written policy on how they are not responsible - they 100% are and it is common shipping responsibility knowledge that they are trying to pawn off as someone else's responsibility. Don't waste your time with them because their customer service is non existent and clearly uneducated in basic service responsibility; let your credit card take your money back without hassle.

For one, when I placed my first order I did not realize that they do not offer return shipping. Which okay, fine. I'll pay to return my items. But then I learned (after I sent my items back) that they do not offer your money back, they offer store credit. SOOO the reason I sent items back was because they did not fit. If i order again using my store credit, and they do not fit, I have to AGAIN pay for return shipping to get, yes, store credit AGAIN. There are about 1,000 other places I could order cute clothes from that I can return my items for at minimum a refund but sometimes also return shipping (*cough* even Amazon has better clothing and returns than this place). It sucks because the items that fit were over priced but at least what I was looking for. I would rather shop at somewhere like Lulus or Azazie for similar items and better customer service. Would NOT recommend to a friend or anyone for the matter.

I decided to splurge and spend $48 on a few sweaters. Once I received them, I realized how cheap the material is! You feel like you're going to rip the sweater when you put it over your head. Very thin, very cheap material. Also, one of the sweaters I bought sheds like crazy! I was covered in fuzzy pieces of fabric as soon as I tried it on. I went to return the clothes, but wasn't allowed to return half of them because I got a discount. Any accepted returns were only for in store credit. This store does not give you your money back no matter what. I've gotten much better quality sweaters at half the price from h&m and target!

I have ordered from many boutiques over the years. I have to say that pink Lily is the best that I have ever ordered from. I placed my order and it arrived at my house a couple of days later. Shipping was super fast. The cost of the clothes is about average. The quality is excellent. And super cute. I walked into a local boutique today and they went on and on about how cute my top was that I had gotten from pink lily. I am in love and will be a return shopper!

Each piece I received in my most recent order was terrific quality, and all at affordable prices! They have exact measurements on the listings which makes it so easy to find the perfect fit! The clothes look just like the photos on the website which is hard to find sometimes with boutiques. I have been a loyal customer for years and have only seen quality and service improve. Will definitely be shopping with Pink Lily again!
