I have not a single item from them yet have spend over $100 of my money. They deactivated all customer accounts and FAILED to send me a gift card for. They are absolutely horrible and inethical. I have been waiting for responses from them for over 8 months.
I have bought over $300 of products. Most of my products went back to be returned. This company doesn't offer a refund they offer only a store credit. Now it's been over 2 weeks since I send the items back. They never ever pick up the phone. Don't order from this company!
I purchased my daughter a $32 t-shirt that was screen printed to order. When I received the shirt, it had ink smears on it, the lettering was crooked, the fabric was the cheapest stuff possible, and it could have fit an elephant. The size chart is not even close to being accurate. I tried to reach customer service several times with no luck. They bounce you around until you get frustrated and give up. They do not offer refunds, they offer store credit. Given the poor quality of this item, I didn't want to exchange for another poor quality item. This is like those Forever 21 stores that my daughter used to frequent. Another place with horrible customer service and cheaply made items copied from other name brands. I tried to upload a pic but apparently it is too large.
I ordered several pieces last year before Christmas. The quality was absolutely not what I had expected. With their awful return policy, I gave the clothes away to teenagers. It's disappointing bc their website is so cute! But to gamble on "store credit" only returns? Not worth it at this time
The tags in both my tie dye swear shirts that I paid a total of $98 for both say made in CHINA. Maybe the actual tie dye was done in the US, but I really thought I was supporting a product made entirely in the US and that's why I didnt mind paying a lot. Plus hand wash only because the color will bleed? Really? They didnt wash this in cold water so it no longer bleeds? So disappointed.
This store has incredible cheap clothing. They shrink after you hand wash/air dry (even though the instructions tell you to do that). They have HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Pink Lily would not allow me to make a return because my item had "hair" on it. Pink Lily adheres to a return policy, but really accepts/reject returns only when it's convenient to them, regardless if it complies with the policy or not. Do not waste your time or money. I really hope they go out of business, the world would be better off without this boutique and their unfair selling tactics.
Merchandise does not look as depicted. You better be sure you're going to like it because they make it virtually impossible to return. Please refer to their policy on their website. I found similar merchandise on Amazon for considerably less and with easy returns. Very unhappy with my experience
I bought two items that were totally $80. I figured I would splurge a little and buy something I normally wouldn't (for the price). I really liked the items I had picked. The items took forever to arrive and I never got a response back on shipment details. When I finally got my items one of the items did not fit. I returned and found out that you can only get store credit back and they deducted $6 from total if you use there shipping label to ship back. They also don't credit back the $5.99 shipping amount that you originally paid. I spend over $75 on my total order and they were advertising free shipping with orders over $75 when I made my purchase. I will not be ordering her again. Before you look at ordering something read the return policy, which has a lot of stipulation! An online company should know that returns are highly likely to happen and should give a full refund.
This boutique is not what it makes it out to be. I have ordered a total of 4 things from them and they were all terrible quality. They also do not post reviews on their website that is less than 4 stars. They had a flash sale of $20 rompers so I bought 3, and then when I returned the 2, I only got half my money back AND it was store credit. Do not buy from them! Save your money! WAY overpriced! They also edit their pictures so the colors look much prettier online.
2 out of the 3 dresses are ok - but after reading the reviews and only reviewing store credit, I guess I'll keep all 3. I'm very disappointed in the quality of these dresses. The one I was most excited about was supposed to be a very light yellow and ended up being bright sunny yellow. I feel like If the product isn't what was advertised they should provide full refunds, but it is my own fault for reading all the terrible reviews AFTER ordering these dresses. Ivy & Leo has much better for the same amount of $ I'd advise spending your money elsewhere.
This company has by far the worst customer Service I've ever dealt with in my life. They take DAYS to respond to anything, and then when they do it's half $#*! excuses. Most of the clothing I've bought from there has been paper thin, horrible material, and extremely over priced. When you return something they charge $6 for shipping, which is standard I gusss. Then you don't even get your money back, you get STORE CREDIT! You have to go through the entire unfortunate process of dealing with their slow shipping. Don't even bother getting something personalized because you will be waiting A WHILE. I'm currently waiting on a shirt I ordered 3 weeks ago.
My most recent experience is with the returns though, they have had my return for 3 days and have yet to process it. I still have yet to get my "store credit." It's pathetic, and when I got the shirt I returned, I wanted to get on and write a review on how I didn't like the shirt. It was paper thin, see through, very flowy. I, like most People, decide if I want to buy a shirt based on reviews. Well they don't allow bad reviews at all. They immediately delete any bad reviews on the website, and immediately delete negative comments on their social media platforms. After I use my dreaded store credit I will NEVER shop at this sad excuse for a business again. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND HEADACHE!
This boutique has gone to like Asian sizes they lost my package in the mail they cannot give me a return I have lost my money. I have bought from them many many times in all their clothes is are too small and I am smaller than the model and I am sizing up they are a bad store! Don't Recommend!
Customer Service was prompt, polite and were eager to make it right. I buy from this site all of the time for myself and most often as gifts for new brides, babies, and house warming gifts and have never had (minus this one garment) or heard of a complaint from any friends. I believe my issue with my most recent item was a one off and will not deter me from continuing to be a repeat customer.
This is a pathetic excuse for a "boutique." I'm learning not to buy from any of the ads you see on Instagram. The photos look great, and the styles are cute, but it is so overpriced for what you get. See through dresses from cheap fabric, messy hems, loose threads. And don't bother trying to return anything. They dont let you, even if you ordered your appropriate size and it doesn't fit well at all. There are better brands/stores out there that are truly boutique.
I bought six items for my wife in two separate orders. I tried to return one item from each order for store credit but was rejected both times because Pink Lily classified one of the items as "promotional" and the other as "clearance" because it was marked down by 35%. Pink Lily lists their items for more than they are worth, and only these items are returnable for store credit. Anything 30% off cannot be returned for any reason. I left a one-star review of one dress as my wife said it was poor quality and hated it, but it could not be returned. Pink Lily deleted my review within 1 hour. Try to find a one or two-star review on Pink Lily. I noted that many of the 5-star reviews have similar words, grammar, and style, making it highly suspicious that the company pays someone to make up multiple reviews of their products. Not an honest company.
They wouldn't refund or even do a credit/exchange. I would have been totally fine without getting a refund but would have expected at least a credit or exchange. Bought 2 dresses that were not tts and were too small. After their terrible customer service and return policy, left a comment stating the same on one of their fb posts which was removed and now I can no longer comment. Before my purchase, I read reviews because I was skeptical about ordering from them but the reviews were good. Don't trust the reviews because they obviously filter out anything negative. Stuck with 2 dresses that cant be worn. Total waste of money.
I shop mostly boutiques for holidays and special occasions and The Pink Lily is the most ridiculous place I have ever dealt with. This place is not even willing to exchange something for a different size when they have it available. They will send your merchandise back to you or graciously give it too charity Will not ever deal with this boutique again. I encourage others not too. Their are to many boutiques out there that are much better to deal with and have just as good of merchandise but are not difficult to deal with. Example: I had to return a sweater at a boutique I shop at and couldn't find receipt and they accepted from where I had the purchase on my cc on my phone. Gave me store credit which was just fine. That's a business that wants to keep customers.
I received a pullover for Christmas from my sister. She ordered a Medium and what arrived would have fit an NFL defensive linebacker. A Medium ladies pull over should be comfortable for a 5'5" girl like myself. I could have housed a family with this thing. That isn't the bad part. When I called to complain the rep was rude and would not exchange the item. Buyer beware, Do not buy from the Pink Lilly. Go to a local retailer and try on what you want. Or at least buy from a business with a return policy. Total ripoff!
Answer: You have to send it back at your own cost. If you choose not to exchange it, you only get a store credit. If you choose to exchange it, you STILL have to pay to send it back and PAY for the shipping back to you. A total rip off. Don't expect any communication from their either, they don't respond.
Answer: You get store credit only and you pay to ship the clothes back to them
Answer: You have to pay yourself when you return their items back to them!
