I've ordered from Pink Lily numerous times and have always had excellent customer service and the quality of the fabrics were amazing. I made a mistake on my shipping address and contacted them via live chat on their website and they were able to fix it immediately. I've ordered items that didn't fit and contacted Pink Lily and they gave me thorough instructions to get them sent back and I received my credit within a week of the return being delivered to them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
The shipping took forever - apparently the screen print tees are "made to order" which is the small fine print that no one sees until you contact them to inquire where your order is. The sizing is WAY off which is super frustrating because you can't return anything for a refund, you get "credit"... I have a stack of clothes now that I will just have to donate because they don't fit and there's no point to getting a "credit" from a place I don't want to buy from again.
The clothing is also incredibly over priced for what it is - a lot of the clothing you can find at other stores for half the price. Literally the exact same thing.
PinkLily has cheap quality clothing for an expensive price. Their reviews on their website are dishonest - beware. How is it possible that every item has a positive rating?!?! Red flag number one. They also have a terrible return policy. As a matter of fact there isn't one because you can't even return an item. They're customer service team are incompetent and rude and only care about stealing your money. I'm never giving this company my money ever again. I would rather shop at forever 21 for all this (which I don't, but you know what at least forever 21 is cheap and accepts returns and refunds).
I am on my second order with the Pink Lily Boutique and they are the worst! I ordered 3 rompers at $150, material was super thin and cheap, the clothing was really small. I usually wear a medium/large so i went up and ordered a large. Way to short in the torso which is bad for us women. Then I had to pay to ship my clothes back, so I then ordered dresses. Again, cheap material, the fit is very odd and it was super short in the back to where you could see my behind. Very unflattering clothes. DO NOT ORDER! Not worth it!
Terrible company, I am surprised that they are still in business. Cheap clothes! In this modern day and age who would have a policy that you can't return or exchange clothes. Threw my outfit right in the trash. They like taking peoples hard earned money.
I so wish I had taken the time to read reviews of this company instead of just looking at all the cute clothes their influencers wear on Instagram. They clearly give clothes that actually fit right and that photograph not cheaply to these people and if I'd read reviews, it would have saved me losing $90 to this company. One Romper I ordered was so short you could see the entire bottom of my butt and I am barely 5ft 4in. The jumpsuit I ordered was made of such cheap material that in the two minutes I was trying it on, there were impressions in the legs from my knees when I walked. I was going out of town the next day (why I ordered these items) so I didn't get around to returning them. When I came back from my trip and finally got back around looking at these clothes I see you only have 14 days to return them and you can't even get your money back. It's for a store credit. Why would I want to spend my own money to ship these clothes back if I only get a store credit for a place where I don't even want the cheap clothes? But that is exactly why they have their return policy the way they do. Cause they know most people will forget within 14 days or won't bother since it's only for store credit and so they can pump out terrible, cheap clothes.
Did not receive one of the items I ordered. Emailed this crappy company and never got a response. What a SCAM. Would never order from them again.
I'm always skeptical about ordering from online boutiques, but I have this one a shot. Too be honest I didn't read the many poor reviews beforehand otherwise it may have scared me off. But I can say today, the service was great. I had a credit on my account from a previous return and so when placing a new order, I wanted to use it. The total showed correct on the screen but when I opted to use AfterPay, it canceled out the credit and went through with original total. The online customer service chat girl was able to go in and apply my credit and adjust my AfterPay payments with me having to do anything! Then after that I realized my shipping address was incorrect as well. It was going to my billing address instead. The chat girl was able to fix that right away too. I was so happy they didn't give me a hard time. Maybe they are pushing to step up their customer service.
I ordered a ton of clothes... had to send some back as they didn't fit. I sent them back on March 23rd. It's now April 9th and still NO REFUND. I have sent 3 emails over the last 2 weeks, no response. I will not purchase from them again.
I ordered from this site a while back and then didn't forever and I now I remember why, the clothes are overpriced for the low quality and the return process sucks. They don't offer refunds, and they don't offer any return assistance so the return process is super expensive and the time between sending the package and getting your STORE CREDIT not refund takes forever. Now I have $400 locked up in this dump and it's probably going to take me 6 months and $100's of dollars in return fees to go back and forth and spend this worthless credit.
DO NOT BOTHER! There are so many great online stores that offer free shipping, easy and free returns and refunds.
I placed an order with the Pink Lily on 3/5/19, on 3/11/19 USPS stated the order was delivered and "left with an individual" at the location, which it was not. On 3/12/19 I emailed customer support and was provided with the following instructions - "... you would need to call your post office and have them open a case on the package. With this, they are able to pull up the exact location the mail carrier took the order to. If they find they did deliver it to you, you would file a theft report with your local police station, because that means it was stolen. If they find that they delivered it incorrectly, they will attempt to retrieve it back or we will file a claim." They never offered to help resolve the issue, or contact the post office as well, and they NEVER followed up to see if I was able to resolve the issue. So I contacted the post office, opened a case and have been dealing with them (USPS) since 3/12 to try and get a resolution on where my shipment is. On 4/8/19 my order was *randomly* delivered, but the earrings were not inside the shipment. I contacted Pink Lily customer service immediately on 4/8/19 and have yet to get a response. I also commented on a picture on their Instagram feed detailing my issue, Pink Lily responded and told me to call their office, and other people chimed in with their customer service frustrations. All the negative comments were eventually deleted by Pink Lily. This company is shady and has a TERRIBLE customer service policy. I would advise anyone to spend the extra money and order from a reputable brand where your customer service issues are handled respectfully and timely.
Today I called to confirm making a return on a pair of white jeans I had purchased. The customer service I spoke with was SO helpful and gave me all the information I needed to make the process easy. It saddens me to read so many bad reviews about Pink Lily after MY experience was so flawless. Yes, the return policy is different than most. But in my opinion, an exceptional Customer Service experience like I had is just priceless.
I HATED the dresses i purchased from Pink Lily and you can only get a store credit no matter how quickly you return the items. Terrible customer service. Beware!
As a follow up from my prior review, when I reported this business to the BBB they provided me a refund. But that's what it took.
This company boasts thousands of 5 star reviews on its site, but it has 24 BBB complaints (including the one I just filed) and 47 complaints here. And there is no way to leave a review on its site. That's problem one. Next, the boots I ordered arrived so badly packaged the shoe box was gouged and one of the boots was damaged. Also, the color was entirely different than the color pictured on the site. So I began a return. Nope. 1) can't return anything you used a discount code towards, 2) no responsibility for items damaged in shipping or different colors than pictured, 3) any return must be double boxed, and 4) any return allowed is for store credit only. I give up. I'll keep the boots - will wear with other colors, and the distress finish makes the gouge less obvious. But I'll never shop there again and I feel the responsibility to warn others.
Don't be fooled
I ordered the "Chasing forever vest" which described it as having a pretty blue colored fur along with tan and another color. I got the vest and there was NO BLUE anywhere on it. I went to the site to see if there were two color options... there was not. I had been tricked. The vest I had received was an ugly brown and grey. When I emailed customer service they said the picture of the girl wearing the vest was taken outside so the colors look brighter. YOU MEAN TO TELL ME THE SUN TURNS GREY INTO BLUE? At that point I was super aggravated and asked for a refund... which I had to fight for. Then I asked for a refund on shipping since they sent a vest that was not the one I ordered. They refused. DO NOT BUY!
Have bought items again and again based on reviews... always 5 or 4 star reviews, after recently trying to post a 2 star review of an item I realized they don't post the negative or low rating reviews! I have tried 3 times to post the same review, even get an email verification from them and no review is ever posted! I know I can be the only one who think items are not 5 stars! One item was nothing more then a Gildan brand sweatshirt for $30! Another item had the elbow patch on the wrong side of the sleeve and they don't let you review honestly! Not an honest business
I've bought many things from Pink Lily. Bought a sweater and haven't even worn it a full two days yet and it has a huge rip in the seam. I haven't washed it in the washing machine at all. Customer service won't give me a refund or store credit or exchange it for a new one. I haven't done anything to cause it to rip! It's poor quality! They just lost a customer because they wouldn't even consider working with me on fixing the problem.
The quality in multiple items I bought ($200 worth) were by far, the worst I have ever seen. So bad that I don't know how they get away with charging people. The material is stuff I've never felt before, just pure trash. This review sounds crazy because of how harsh I'm being, but if you have ever received an item from them you know exactly what I'm talking about. I was too late to return my items, so they offered store credit. I don't want store credit, I want my money back.
I ordered an item on the 7th of December. Today, December 28th, I still don't have my item and haven't had any updates since I ordered it. I tried contacting them with no luck. I also tried leaving a 1 star review on their website and it magically disappeared and all I could see were all their 5 star reviews.
Do not buy from this site! I'm not sure how they're getting away with being an "online boutique" and not allowing customers to try clothes on when they receive an item. If you use a discount code over 25% off, you cannot return the item. The leggings I ordered were crap... I could've bought nicer leggings at Walmart. And their customer service was AWFUL. They sent the wrong item and it took 4 days for them to get back to me after I initially contacted them. Stay away!
Answer: You have to send it back at your own cost. If you choose not to exchange it, you only get a store credit. If you choose to exchange it, you STILL have to pay to send it back and PAY for the shipping back to you. A total rip off. Don't expect any communication from their either, they don't respond.
