Don't waste your money

I love buying from small boutiques but this is terrible. I bought a sweater and when I received it... it was HUGE! I called to return it and was told sorry but I couldn't. I'll order from other boutiques from now on.

Found this boutique through Instagram - and it looked so cute so I bought a few pieces. The one I was most excited about was this cute graphic tee. However, when it got here, instead of white letters, they were a faded gray color - attached was an instruction paper on how to wash so that the gray will turn to the white color it was supposed to be. LOL. (assuming they have had this problem a lot) Washed it according to the extremely specific instructions and absolutely no improvement. Overpriced and terrible quality. Will never be purchasing from here again and would absolutely not recommend.

I usually ALWAYS go around bragging about Pink Lily but I could not be more disappointed with their customer service. Go into the store?... sweetest employees ever. Buy online?... they don't do anything to help. Yes, I purchase something "on sale" but it was NOT a clearance item. It was the Labor Day sale and NOWHERE did they mention EVERYTHING was final sale. I had it "pick up in store option" and tried it on IN the store and it didn't fit but yet I can't make a return or even get store credit! What a joke. Never again will I purchase online and I'm hinestly heartbroken with the poor service that I doubt I'd go back into the store.
IF YOU ARE A TALL PERSON, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM WITHOUT TRYING IT ON.

Ive purchased several items shirts are awesome. However I purchased a romper on sale that I couldnt return because it was in sale?! Warning they dont clearly state any sale item cannot be returned. I spent an additional 30.00 altering a romper with a small inseam. If your above 54 be careful. There stuff is short! The last dress I bought looked adorable on the 54 model but Im 57 and its basically a shirt on me!

First if you want to return anything it is a store credit only. I had to pay shipping on return. I used the store credit & bought something at the same price however, I had to pay for shipping. So I definitely would NOT recommend purchasing anything from this place!

This is the worst website that you could purchase clothes from! STAY AWAY! YOU CAN'T GET YOUR MONEY BACK! The clothes are horrible, horrible quality! I ordered 5 dresses which looked pretty good in the pictures, but when I received them, they were of the poorest quality ever! I was so disappointed! I SPEND 200 $ AND THEY DON'T WANT TO GET MY MONEY BACK! They issued me a store credit... Their clothes are awful! And now THEY ARE HOLDING MY MONEY, I WANT MY MONEY BACK! YOUR CRAPPY MERCHANDISE IS NOT WORTH IT... Ladies, PLEASE STAY AWAY! OR YOU WILL HAVE TO BUY UGLY CLOTHES WITH AWFUL QUALITY!

Very cheap

Ordered a dress from here and it was so cheaply made. So disappointed in my order. And I thought it was kind of pricey before I received it. Now I definitely think it wasnt worth it. Waste of time and money in my opinion

Ive ordered a few things from the pink lily and this is what I have discovered. Do not refer to an item listing because whoever post the items must be different than who writes the item discriptions for they do not match up. I bought a pink shirt and it arrived 100 % cotton and neon pink/orange. I thought I was getting a pink shirt that had a mixed combination of fabrics making it softer than 100% cotton. I ordered a grey sweater that arrived thin like really cheap sheets, and the threading was a multiple of colors (so strange). You have to pay to ship damaged items back and what appears to be China clothing. I have also received a tee that had black burnt marks on it from the machine that puts the wording on the graphic tees. Im not that upset because this is small and Im thankful for all I have, but yeah I would shop somewhere else.

I have never dealt with a company with such poor customer service! I agree with so many that said sizing charts are off. You can't return clothing if it's on sale, so you're screwed!

I have bought a lot of clothes from this site. The sizing charts are all over the place and things I have bought that supposedly have all the same measurements in reality are not the same size. Customer service doesn't care about customers.

Well I ordered a a extra large women's. When I opened the jeans up the extra large women's fit the size 2 lady I work with. The Shirts fit perfect, but I also try to call and email them to return my leggings and I never could get in touch with anyone, so I gave up. I think sellers should included return instruction with the items when you purchase. The figure it out on you own mentality/ lets make it hard to return items makes for bad service.

I have ordered form this site three times and third time is a charm from the customer service department here, her name was Nikki, absultely did nothing to help me with my issues THREE TIMES! Dont even try to make a return, you'll pay for shipping - even if you paid $20 extra for shipping. :)

Awful customer service

I received a dress from this company as a gift. I kept it in the package until I planned to wear it (about 2.5 months after it was ordered). When I took it out of the package I noticed the inseam that attached the sleeve to the body of the dress was ripped. I immediately contacted the company and they informed me they have a three-day policy from the time you place the order to let them know if something is wrong and offered me no solutions to their problem. I will never order clothing from them again and would not recommend it to anyone.

False advertisement

I ordered a dress from Pink Lily Boutique and it was really cute in the picture. When I received it in the mail, it was made cheap and the colors were not the same color as in the picture online. Totally different colors. I called customer service about it and the lady on the phone didnt seem to care. Told me that returns are store credit only. I can understand if it was the same as what they show in the picture but it wasnt. So that isnt my fault and Im not going to wear some NEON color ugly dress. So now I have to order something else and Im sure its not what it is going to be in the picture. Very disappointed in this company. I do not recommend this company and I will never buy from them again.

I have ordered a ton of clothes off this site, most of my closet is their clothes and i have never had a problem. But I recently ordered a pair of black boots from the Pink Lilly Boutique, and when i received them the bottom of the heel was broken (but of course i didn't notice until i was in the car). I emailed customer service, and they were wonderful. I sent them pictures of the part that was missing, and they sent me an apology email and a return label. By the time I even sent the boots back (which was today), i have already received a new pair. I will definitely be a returning customer and i greatly appreciate how fast they delivered a new pair. Thank you Pink Lilly!

The website is constantly saying the checkout is unavailable! They claimed they've fixed the issue and I reset my browser and completely have to start over and pick out my items. The don't have a toll free number and the only way to order would cost me to call! Throughout all the email interactions with customer service, there is no apology! I believe they could call a customer if they really cared! After seeing these reviews, I will not be ordering from this site!

Awesome customer service!

I was worried to order anything off this website because of the reviews. I decided to call the store and talk to them. I left a message and got a call back first thing this morning. I was so impressed. Most people only write bad reviews. This company is located in Kentucky and not over seas, this company posts a size chart next to the clothing which most people don't read and if you are having anything monogramed it will take longer to ship. I will order from this company and feel confident in the clothing. If you want other reviews, look on the Facebook page. Excellent reviews!
