Frustrating that my password would not be accepted after multiple attempts to reset it. Also had to call Customer Service to find pad recommendations. Otherwise, was quite satisfied products (samples)and service received.

Everything was perfect except that it took 2 weeks by USPS first-class mail for he sample I had requested to travel from California to Connecticut!. Not your fault.
