I recently ordered an unusually long runner, and a round rug 4 1/2 ft... They are both PERFECT! I'm thrilled, with both the rugs and the padding I purchased- truly "the perfect rug!"
I had an unfounded concern/question between the time I ordered and prior to the completion of my order.
I emailed/spoke with two different people at theperfectrug.com and both people addressed my concern/question in a very professional, very nice and very responsive manner. As it turned out, I didn't need to be concerned at all and the product I received was absolutely perfect. Also, the rug dimensions were exactly what I ordered and fit perfectly into the measured space.

I was skeptical at first because the site was so easy to use and it took me less than 15 mins to select everything that I wanted. I ordered samples to make sure the colors online were true to the real thing. Everything was perfect. I could not have asked for a better experience. My only complaint is that the rug was a little pricey, BUT I needed a custom size, and the quality is spectacular. I will definitely recommend theperfectrug.com to family and friends!
