Let the buyer be aware. It seems The Outnet has moved from its European base with Net a Porter in London to Italy and is no longer offering free returns. Since the quality of the website is now so poor with no measurements and no indication of fabric makeup ordering is now something of a lottery unless you have seen an item previously or are familiar with a brand's sizing. Don't hit buy unless you are really sure.
I ordered some Kenneth Jay Lane earrings from The Outnet. The box arrived but it was EMPTY. This was 6 weeks ago and since then I've called, I've emailed, I've threatened. Nothing works. I just got an email from them saying the case is closed. Still no earrings. BEWARE: THEY ENGAGE IN FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOR.
I was very nervous about ordering from The Outnet as there were a lot of bad reviews online but the price was so good that I decided to try my luck. The ordering process was super easy and although I had some trouble trying to source the authorisation code they required for payment, once I got through that, it was smooth sailing. The customer service was fantastic, replying to my emails within a few hours of sending and addressing all of my questions. The expected shipping to Australia was 3-6 business days and today was the 6th business day and my package arrived. It was beautifully wrapped and presented in a box and the quality and fit of the dress was perfect. I could not be happier with my purchase and not recommend The Outnet enough. High quality product, quick delivery and great customer service. I will definitely be buying again - thank you!

Actually I did read the reviews of this website before I placed my order here, but the price looks really nice, so I still decide to give them a try, but I MUST say that is a totally wrong decision, first of all, they don't put the right information of the product, I saw an Alexander Wang backpack, usually the other website will tell you it is Marti or mini Marti, but here isn't any information about it, the original price looks like it is Marti though, as soon as I received it, I found it is a mini Marti, this is totally cheating, and I requested a return right away, turns out they charged me return fee without any notice and they didn't put the return fee in there website anywhere, never ever use this website, it is totally a nightmare!
During the winter sale, I have ordered to goods. I have recieved the confirmation email and money were blocked on my account. Till today nothing has arrived. After contacting the support, I was told there was a mistake in the system. Just this. Yoox, for example, send to all their clients the discount code for delivery postponed goods. Here, nothing. Not even we are sorry.
I have repeatedly complained about this dreadful website and whilst they say they are fixing they just don't. The customer service reps provide lip service and become very rude if you try to advise them that repeated complaints have gone unnoticed... don't bother try another more professional website/company
I want to know where my goods are that were ordered on the 30.11.2017? Keep getting the call center who take my details, but no one calls me back- very frustrated. I am first time customer, and this will be the last!
Why don't they return phone calls pertaining to orders placed and then canceled by outnet saying not available after payment was rec'd then refunded
I placed my order on 27 Nov. Until today, the status is still in transit. This is my first time buying from them, and will be my last time. I have never encountered such a bad bad customer service, i wrote them the first email, they ignored me and only answered me on my second email. But the parcel still dont know where. I shopped at shopbop, match fashion. They are the best definitely.
I ordered a dress for a holiday party that's out of state. Paid for express shipping so I would get it in time. I get an email days later saying there was a glitch with the website and that they cancelled my order. The dress was still available on the website but they didn't even offer to place another order for me and/or overnight it so I would get it on time. They only offered me free shipping on my next order. Even if I were to reorder the dress I would be paying way more because there's no additional 60% off anymore. This is the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. Never shopping here again.
Bought a garment 27/11 and it has left Italy but still in transit to Hong Kong. Still no email about delivery date and postage $20. A bit steep for something that would fit in a really small post bag
This site TWICE cancelled my orders without telling me (and for no legitimate reason) and the second time it was despite their "customer service" assurances that they would process and see my order through. They charged my credit card as well so that amounts to FRAUD (taking a customer's money, telling them--in print--it was being processed, and then canceling the order). DO NOT shop here, they are terrible. And when you call their customer service they say someone will call you back and they never do.
Do not even try to use their website in peak sale times or clearance! Inventory is not updated in real time so something will say available even when its not. To top it off, staff are not helpful even when they make mistakes. Avoid and shop on sites that know how to monitor their inventory!
I am really shocked with the service. I bought boots and noticed after 5 min that I may have ordered the wrong size ( as the confirmation email does not state the sizing...) and I called and asked that they change the size and they said it is too late, not possible! After 5 minutes... seriously...
Hence, i will have to return the boots once received, and i am looking the shipping fee in there. I told the customer service person I would chargeback, and she says I can... Chargeback is very costly for companies but no one cares anyhow... this is so unflexible... and makes me think that nothing is better than a real shop... and of course, no one caring about my request... or the follow up email i sent them. I will never buy with them again
Horrible customer service. I ordered a romper, nothing of remarkably high value, and they required a signature upon delivery. I was never home when they tried to deliver it and now I have to chase down my package and wait on various customer help lines with the delivery service. Outnet customer service should have taken care of it. It's ridiculous that it's this difficult to get a piece of clothing...
I have shopped with the outnet for years. Recently, they have changed their website, and it's much worse than it was before. The items don't load, I can't find any of my wish list items, I can no longer look at my previous orders, or check my items bought over the years.
I thought the point of changing a website, was to improve it for your customers. They need to go back to the previous format, it was much better.
The website fails to display the correct information about some products. I purchased a $600 dollar bag, and then realized the item was was too small and asked for it to be recalled while on its way to being delivered. After nearly twenty to thirty calls and emails, I got a response that I would be getting a refund in 10 days, after they check it for damage! THIS FOR A BAG I NEVER EVEN SAW!
Have been using the website for years and I was very happy, but things have changed. They became very irresponsive. Had an issue and had to send several emails before they even replied.
Been a regular customer for several years spending a fair amount on dresses and tops each season and referring numerous women to their site. A shipment was sent to my summer home-my mistake. Discovered the error 2 months later (past the 28 day return limit) and their Customer Service would not grant an exception, not even for store credit. I totally understand that policy for a new customer but not for a regular customer that has never had any return issues. I am so done with this company.
Answer: Yes. U cannot sell used, none branded products and advertise u are a registered dealer and all items are shipped in original designer packaging when they are not. It's called bait and switch and it is FRAUD!
Answer: Idk. They come without the correct packaging and several comments suggest manufacturer defects that lessen the product value upon inspection. I am not a product authenticator.
Answer: They could be authentic but not properly packaged. I suggest the others who comment that it is authentic have not had them checked for defect or other by an authentication expert. I would say buyer beware. The Jimmy Choo boots I received were obviously previously wore so not brand new and did not come with the Choo box, packaging, or tags. Just a pair of boots tossed in a plain white box with a piece of tissue paper.

Answer: I cannot answer for all of their handbags, but the one I ordered was definitely authentic.
