Display is utterly dreadful. It is as if they want to put you off buying. Too few options to refine your search. And items are not grouped by colour so you think that you are looking at a jumble sale. Puts me off buying big time.

As a matter of fact, a remained happy with their service and i am deffenetly going to use their service agian, even though 2 out of 4 items did not fit me and i was not able to compilate the returns form on line, coz they had some site issues. But i used the green line, and everything was solved in 2 minutes. Positive experience, trustfull and recommended site.

My dresses arrive with marks/stains on the front. Customer service on the phone was a NIGHTMARE. The only good thing that happened was getting my money back. I will never shop with this company again.

I bought a bag from theoutnet only to have them call me and tell me that, too bad for me, they didn't have the bag. They offered no compensation or apology for their mistake. I shop a lot online and it is rare to encounter customer service that is so difficult. I will not be shopping there in the future. One of the most disturbing things about shopping online is the idea that you don't know if you will get the item.

I really love outnet it is my go to site. I will check outnet first to compare prices and while they are good they must be watched for the lowest prices. I order with little issue, fast shipping and great customer service. Have never been sent items I did not order. Outnet always gets my orders correct so I suggest outnet for couture shopping. I have mixed feeling about this website. True, you get some cheaper designer clothing and bags, shoes. I like flash sales and give aways(does anyone actually won something?). The delivery takes ages! I cannot believe how can it be that they ship my item all over Europe before it reaches my home (dhl tracking). Really, outnet should speed up and take a good example from net a porter.
