I took time to check out this site, is this a joke? Even with 70% off the one dress was still, $788.00
There's a good deal here or there if you keep scanning weekly like I do. Just be wary that things aren't final sale otherwise they won't let you return!
I am very disappointed in the US Outnet.com. I used their European branch for several years in the UK. Customer service from US Outnet however has been extremely shoddy. My main criticism is their non-refundable policy on sale items. Most of their sale items still run into the hundreds (or thousands!) of dollars. How they can expect their customers to spend these amounts on the basis of a thumbnail photograph without the right to return is beyond comprehension. In cases where they do allow customers to return items, they charge high amounts for this privilege... I have now unsubscribed so I am no longer tempted by their "extra 30% off"!
Bought an organza dress from Tory Burch. Absolutely fake. Bad seems. Stiff and awfull. Do not think this is all real designer outlet. Copy from China is what I got!
I just love theoutnet i just found it like 6 months ago. I need a new place o do my online shopping and it fit exactly what I was looking for. If you are looking for designer clothing at a great price and doesn't look or feel cheap at all check them out!
I have been very happy with this service in the past but recently had a very sour experience. I bought a pair of shoes on clearance, which I understood as final sale, but was sure they would fit since they had my size (US women's 9.5). But, when I received the product, the box was clearly labelled as US women's size 9, and of course they do not fit.
Since I had thoroughly checked the size charts and labels The Outnet provided before ordering, which all said this product is size 9.5, I feel like I should be able to return the item since I was misled to believe I was ordering the correct size. But their customer service team has since refused to let me return the shoes. Where is the sense in that?
Normally, I would not complain about getting the wrong size when ordering online, and it's not even about the money since these were on clearance. But it's a matter of principle: they clearly made a mistake and I think they should recognize that by letting me return the item.
Have ordered a couple of times since my last review and once again fantastic service, so easy to order and return goods all within a couple of days will be ordering again as some fab bargains to be had on the outnet!
I had have only but good experiences with The OutNet. I have ordered twice only but both times I have been very satisfied with my products. The service has been phenomenal. They even upgrade me to comp. Express shipment (without me asking) when my order got delayed. So far they have been great.
I've been using them for a while now, though I've never had a situation as other people here
The advertised further 30% discount at checkout to the value of €131 did not appear at checkout and payment time, but I was assured by email from customer care that it would be refunded to my account. Despite constant communication and a further promise on 10th March, that the refund would appear within 10 days, probably in response to my experience being published on Site Jabber, the refund has still not been made to my account. So BEWARE, the Outnet is a v. good shopping site but don't do anything besides the standard purchase and return because Customer Care - DON'T CARE.
I ordered a tory burch clutch. Am very happy with the service and quality of a product.
Dreadful experience! I'm still waiting for my refund! I send back the jeans that were received on jan 16 and nothing has happened till now.
I have spent a fortune in the outnet and net a porter over the years. Not on big ticket items admittedly but I was a regular customer. Like a lot of people I think their delivery service is absolutely brilliant and while paying postage to return items seems unfair - I took it on the chin because I've bought some great clothes from this site over the years. However I have a a really awful experience with their customer service. I bought a pair of slouchy, boyfriend jeans and after what I would consider a normal amount of wear over three months - a hole appeared in the crotch. I should mention that the jeans had been chemically distressed and the denim was very thin and worn in places. Because they were slouchy and not tight at the crotch, I figured that the hole had appeared due to the movement when I walked. I think most people would agree that being able to walk in a pair of trousers is not an unreasonable demand. So I duly sent them back and was told that the hole had been caused by general wear and tear and they wouldn't give me back my money. I then got another email from a different person in their customer service dept offering to repair the jeans for me. I agreed to this - and now two months later, they have contacted me to say they are not repairing them because they feel that the hole was due to wear and tear. Can I just say that I have owned jeans for years and they have never degraded like this - so getting three months use out of a pair of designer jeans feels pretty bad value. In addition - getting an email (in the eyes of the law a binding document) saying they will repair them and then months later reneging on this commitment - feels like a total lack of respect towards a loyal customer. How much would it take to fix the jeans? I know this site will have many devoted fans, I used to be one - but my experience is that their after sales care is shoddy and unprofessional.
Since posting my outnet complaint, I was contacted by an outnet rep apologizing & promising the shipping refund in ten days. They were also so happy tohave helped me. They never helped me. It took phone calls, emails and finally jabber to help me
Outnet has no customer credibility with me if this what it takes to resolve such a small issue
Thank you jabber

Bought many items in the past but have decided to stop as I think they sell inferior goods. They are items made under licence and made ini fervour factories compared to those items bought in stores. I know this because I bought a rag and bone top in major store in London then bought the sane one from this website in the same size and it was enormous and totally I inferior quality. Won't be buying from them again and have spent a fortune on this site in the past.
I READ BAD REVIEWS ABOUT THIS SITE GLAD I DIDNT LISTEN TO THE OTHER PEOPLE I LOVE MY SNEAKERS WILL BE ORDERING MORE THANK YOU DO MUCH FAST SHIPPING GOT MY SNEAKERS IN 2 DAYS
I never received my goods and customer service is not responding. I have received an automated email saying that they had to cancel my order (pretty annoyed as this was a Christmas present). And they have refunded the money, but they did not refund the shipping cost even though I never got the item. So in the end I ended up paying around $9 for nothing and customer service is still ignoring me :(
Truly awful service. Paid £8 for Nominated Day delivery and item did not arrive. When it did finally appear via DHL, there was no Returns proforma included in the order (I decided to return as it was needed for an event but did not arrive in time). Called Customer Service and was told it had to be sent by DHL. I said that was not possible due to work commitments and that I would have to send by Royal Mail Recorded instead, very arrogant adviser then stated that was my own risk. When I mentioned no returns form was included, adviser was very rude and made it seem like I was being a huge inconvenience. First time ordering from this company and will never do again. Awful. Why is it that this is a so called luxury site, and its the cheaper ones that provide a simple, straightforward and friendly service? They really need to evaluate their delivery and returns policies.
Im beginning to worry!
Up until now I've had no problems, even on exchanges.
However on Dec 24, I placed a order for a dress
The " sale" price $165U.S. With exchange rate from U.S.A.to Canadian
Dollars about $195Canadian. Plus delivery(25$) total:$220.00
Here's the catch when i go to final" checkout "
It shows a different ( higher) sale price now showing
$224.00 from 195, thats a 29$ increase
On what? Please double triple check your
Bill esp when converting to other currency
I have filed a request and await there response.
Answer: Yes. U cannot sell used, none branded products and advertise u are a registered dealer and all items are shipped in original designer packaging when they are not. It's called bait and switch and it is FRAUD!
Answer: Idk. They come without the correct packaging and several comments suggest manufacturer defects that lessen the product value upon inspection. I am not a product authenticator.
Answer: They could be authentic but not properly packaged. I suggest the others who comment that it is authentic have not had them checked for defect or other by an authentication expert. I would say buyer beware. The Jimmy Choo boots I received were obviously previously wore so not brand new and did not come with the Choo box, packaging, or tags. Just a pair of boots tossed in a plain white box with a piece of tissue paper.
Answer: NOT POSSIBLE TO RETURN AND EVEN IF YOU SUCCEED YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE A REFUND
Answer: I cannot answer for all of their handbags, but the one I ordered was definitely authentic.
Answer: My dress from Tory Burch was not. For sure!
