I wish I could rate 0 stars. I placed an order on November 30 and wrote an email that day making sure it would get to me for Christmas because it was supposed to be a gift. "Emily" wrote to me and said it would get to me before the holiday. Also, I'm moving on the 31st and wanted to make sure I'd receive it. I still have gotten nothing. I wrote an email on 12/24 and again today to express my disappointment and anger. No response- shocker. I'm very pissed and want my money back. From reading these reviews, it seems as though I'll get neither.

I ordered 3 necklaces from this company on 11/27, I got a confirmation the order went through. Than another one 3 days later saying its being sent, but with NO tracking number, I emailed the company and Emily emailed me back 2 days later with the tracking numbers. I looked them up and they were in customs in China. I than emailed Emily again and her response was " I don't have an exact date on when it will arrive in the US. Usually that's what that large gap in the tracking number is about." It's been almost a month and only got 2 out of 3 necklaces. Best part is the tracking numbers were messed up so the necklace I really needed which was said its been ship from China wasn't the 1 I revived! This company is a joke and I will never be ordering from them again! Their website just now has a banner at the top of the page that says "Order now and to get by Christmas"!

I have been trying to receive my package that they tell me was shipped weeks ago. The USPS tracking number they gave me was told to me by the post office doesn't exist which can only mean it aS never shipped. You notice they don't put their phone number so that you can contact them. I did a reverse search and found their address if you want it 1441 Main St, Springfield, MA *******. I want my money back and I am informing Facebook about this Company that advertises on their sight. I hate to even give it one star but you have to click something.

Ordered 2 items on Nov. 25th, sent two email and finally heard from Emily today 12/21 who then provided me with tracking numbers. Tracked packages one had just cleared customs and the other had not. No way will either one be here for Christmas. Both were shipped from China. Look if you CAN"T STOCK the items you want to sell in country. Then DON"T SELL THEM... giving out a 5-15 day shipping period when it's more like a month plus. So buyer beware this is not a company to do business with.

Ordered a necklace as a holiday gift for my mother on 11/23. The order was not marked as shipped until 12/1, and now with only a few days left before the holiday, the necklace has still not arrived. The website states that simply PLACING an order by 12/2 would ensure holiday arrival, but if it took as long just to ship as my order, there is no way this could be true. I eventually contacted customer service to request tracking information (none of this was initially provided). To make matters worse, I then discovered AFTER receiving the tracking info that the orders ship directly from China. I am certain that the gift won't arrive in time for the holiday (if ever), and I am having doubts about its quality when it does.

Shop around, spend the extra money on quality jewelry from a more reputable company. You'll be glad you did.

Finally received my necklace today. It has to be the cheapest thing I have ever seen. Bought one of the camera lens necklaces for my daughter who is a photographer. It looks like they took a bad cheap paper picture and put it inside a plastic necklace. The chain looks like it came from a gumball machine.

Oh by the way they can say they are in the USA, but they are not.

Like others, I did not dig deep enough for reviews of this so-called company until it was too late. Placed an order on 12/3. At the time, the website said all orders would ship within 2-3 days. There was also NO BANNER saying you had to order by 12/2 for Christmas delivery. I've checked their website every day and emailed repeatedly. Took forever for a reply and then it was unacceptable with no useful information. Now they have removed the 'ship within 2-3 days' and added the banner saying orders had to be placed by 12/2... and guess what... I get an email after that saying it's my fault I won't have this shipment for Christmas because I didn't place a day earlier. She also said they have finally shipped my order today, 12/18. I have asked again why it took them 15 days to ship an order that was promised to ship in 2-3 days initially. One day late should not have warranted that length of time to get the order out. Also, I asked for a tracking number which she should have if she in fact did ship the package and she said she couldn't give it to me yet. This place is the worst I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. One more thing - this was paid for immediately upon order so they have your money well before they actually make any effort to fill the order. Shame on them and their false advertising. Stay away at all costs! Never ever again!

Additionally, if I could have given NO STARS, I definitely would have. Customer service is non-existent. This is beyond ridiculous!

Unfortunately, at this point, I have nothing positive to say about this company. I placed an order on November 20th hoping to have it by Christmas and still have not received my product. I emailed once and did receive a reply and emailed a second and third time and never heard anything. It appears that all the responses from [Emily] the company are stating they never received the emails. Very poor customer service. The company needs to expedite and refill all these orders so people have them for gifts, as ordered. This needs to be done on the company's expense. To say my order in STUCK in transit it a poor excuse.

I bought 2 necklaces in November. They sent a shipping email almost 2 weeks later. I complained on this site and then got an email saying that they shipped one of necklaces TODAY 12/17 from China! How am I supposed to get this for Christmas?!?! Thank God it was short money but I had to give my daughter's ballet teacher and IOU and I'm avoiding a friend because the other is for her. This is sickening! The owner with her story on the site and its just a front for another China based company. HORRIBLE!
