SCAM

I ordered a bracelet with 3 charms like the picture shows and got the wire bracket but NO charms, I send Ricky a email, got a response back from him with his apologies saying that perhaps I got the wrong order that he will resend again but I had to email him in a few days to ask him for a tracking # wish I did and receive a tracking # more that a month later I received another wire bracket with again "NO" charms LOL

Don't order from The Needed Necklace. This company is a scam. They will take your money, send you a bogus tracking number, and you will never receive your product. Good luck getting your money back. RIP OFF SCAM ARTIST.

I ordered a necklace for my fiancés mother a month and a half ago. I received bad shipping information and it wasn't until last week they responded with a tracking number saying it is enroute. Guess what... still NO necklace. Never again would I buy from this company.

Fraud!

Ordered a ring in early October'16, it is now January 10th, 2017 and still no ring and no refund!
They keep telling me it's on it's way and give me bad tracking numbers. If there is a lawsuit count me in!

My wife sent me this via FB as a hint hint sort of deal. So naturally I went ahead and ordered it immediately, ie November 15,2016. Then when I read the email I realized it would be 20 days before I would get it. OK, it wasn't on Amazon Prime, but still its been 25+ days and the USPS link they sent me still shows it to be in process via China which means it has yet to ship from China. WTF?!?!?!?

I hope the guy in previous post really has a lawyer going after them. Seems like a long shot seeing it was a $25 necklace but hey if it gets me my necklace or $25 back, cool.

I ended up buying a similar necklace out of a local store when she wasn't looking so I was saved.

Lawsuit.

I have a lawyer involved. They have the exact location of the person behind this and they will take care of or pay back every customer they have dealt with that didn't receive their product. If not, they will go to prison for a really long time. If this is a scam, whoever is in charge. I'm not worried about you. I WILL get my necklace reguardless. Weather it's from you personally or from you paying me back. You better get it together before you get locked up do a really long time. :) the lawyer and police should be contacting you shortly if I do not get an email back within 2 hours.

I ordered in nov, got tracking number and page it come up with says not correct carrier so now I have to go buy more gifts for my daughters if I don't get oder I will demand Facebook to shut their solicitation on face book down wish I would have looked at reviews first but thought being they running on fb what the heck if I don't receive items in a few days or a email from them today I will be very upset and will take action and better get my money returned...

Ordered my necklace on 11/16/16 got a tracking number from China, which I wouldn't have ordered if I'd known it wasn't already in the USA! Tracking hasn't budged and have emailed twice demanding my money with no response. Tacking this to m6 Bank tomorrow and notifying that this fraudulent company stole money. This is ridiculous, but glad to see I'm not the only one who got scammed!

I ordered on 11-22-16 and here it is 12-16-16. I am getting tracking messages and my necklaces have went to Chicago and then to M. O. and i live in North Carolina. Just wondering if they are on a world tour. I am about to call the Bbb. And I will dispute these charges b if I do not recieve my order soon. They wont answer my e mails either

Cheap quality

Ordered from them on Nov 18/16 and just received my necklace today Dec 15/16. The quality of it is very poor and I paid $81 for it. It looks like something I could have picked up for $10. I've emailed for a refund. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

Scam

I ordered and paid for a necklace on 11/11/16; received a shipping confirmation on 11/16/16 that said it had been processed in Shanghai, China. I have not yet received anything and the shipping confirmation remains the same... today is December 15,2016. I've emailed several times and have asked for my money back, but no one responds/replies. There is no phone number that I can find.

Do not order from this place! It's a rip-off!

I placed an order on 11/25/2016, I cancelled the same order a few minutes later on 11/25/2016 after I read all of the complaints filed against them with the BBB. I sent them more than one email on 11/25 requesting they cancel the order and refund all of my money. I received an email from them on 11/26 at 2:35 am stating:
Hi Marja,
I apologize I cannot cancel anymore your order for your order was already processed and now ready for ship out anytime.:)

This order was canceled within minutes of being placed, same day. You are not only refusing to cancel the order but claim it was already processed. I cancelled the order right after I placed it and sent you more than one email asking you to cancel the order.
Again, cancel the order Invoice Number: #******* and do not charge my account. I already contacted my credit card company and will filed a dispute as soon as the charge comes thru. I also files a complaint with the BBB. You have been opened barely a year and already have so many complaints filed against you. This is not a way to run any business. Refund my money and cancelled this order.

Worst company BEWARE SCAM!

I am not one to be scammed but I was "Hazel" was the name of the woman I spoke with about not receiving a necklace I ordered 3 months ago now. I was told it was lost in transit and that I would be getting another one. 3 weeks later nothing. I asked for a refund and simply was told "if I can I'll refund your money." I have NOT received anything from the bogus rip off company. SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Ordered several items, the items I did recieve are very poor quality and tarnished within a day on both myself and my gift recipients (not a good look for me!). I order everything at the same time only to receive the items in bits and pieces weeks apart. I have been waiting 4 months from the rest of my order. Have heard nothing from the company to rectify my missing items! I was led to believe the items were coming from a US company, not a shoddy backyard Shanghai warehouse DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Not to be trusted

My co worker, soon to be a nurse, was very excited about the nice necklaces she ordered, from this so called company, for her trainees, only to be ripped off. They wasted no time taking the money from her credit card but she never did receive her shipment. These people should be ashamed of themselves. 1 star is far too good for people like this. I hope Karma kicks in.

Received shipping notification on 1/1/16 that my order would be delivered in 5 - 15 days.

Still waiting!

Finally received the package from China 1/29/16. Very small and cheap looking. Valuable lesson learned. Will stay with known companies!
