It wouldn't be fair to the company to not update my earlier review to note that the necklace I ordered finally arrived three days before Christmas. It was as advertised, though we'e still trying to figure out how it goes together.
Ordered a necklace on 11/23/17. Was told it would arrive within 7-14 business days. After 14 business days I sent an e-mail inquiry and received a response that it had been shipped by USPS, with a tracking number. Have checked with USPS every day for a week, and they say it hasn't even been sent to them. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the billing. Recommend everyone else do the same. Also, reported this company as a fraud to Facebook.
I purchased three different necklaces on three different orders and was guaranteed delivery by Christmas. The next day I tried to cancel my order and was told it was too far along to cancel. I received an email several weeks ago stating I should of received my order. It is now 12/27/17 and I still haven't received it. There is not a phone number listed to contact anyone in person, Has to be done by email,.
Got the needed necklace the one with the stethescope and heat-the heart falls right through and the necklace falls off. Not happy
I ordered two necklaces and a ring on 12/7/2017. Delivery was promised for 7-10 business days. My order arrived 12/21/2017 and the jewelry is very nice for the price paid. I read all the bad reviews for this place and wanted to share my good experience with this company.
They take your money quick. Problem is they will not answer emails, it's been past time for the item to arrive and now their website has no record of my order. Run Away, Runaway NOW! Do not give your hard earned money to these people!
I ordered an item 3 weeks ago and have not received it or any kind of follow up to my email inquiries. It was an inexpensive ring so my expectations for quality reflected that but we'll never know since this company has obviously stolen the 20 bucks they charged me. Word to the wise this is not a legitimate business.
My complaint is the same as others. Order a granddaughter bracelet, got a bogus tracking number, wrote about 10 emails all to no avail. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, but in reading their information, it seems they don't even respond to that. What a scam. Not sure how these people sleep at night.
I purchased a ring early November. The tracking number email I received still shows this ring in China. I then received an email last week saying "how do you like your ring, please send a selfie with your ring to receive a free item of 19.99 value" I then replied to the email simply stating I have not yet received this. I've since then sent 2 more emails, one through the website page and another via email response. NO RESPONSE! I want my money back! I've never had such poor customer service! And after reading these reviews, sounds like the Jewelry is cheap anyways!
After seeing the adds for rings on Instagram, I took a chance. The description of the rings said they were rhodium coated, to prevent tarnishing. I can't wear a lot of metals, but rhodium is part of the platinum family, so I figure it was safe.
After a month, I received 2 of my rings direct from China. That raised the hair on the back of my neck. They fit fine and I decided to wear them. However, my hands started to hurt after a couple hours wearing them.
Suspecting the metal content, I put mine under the electron beam of my scanning electron microscope at work, and looking at the elemental analysis (electron dispersion spectroscopy for those who want to know) and seeing tin, copper and a small amount of zinc. This is the composition of white brass. There was no rhodium peak at all.
The 3rd ring arrived two weeks after I sent an inquiry email, again from China.
Seeing that these rings are of poor quality and clearly aren't as advertised, along with where they are coming from, I have to ask: is this business a front? It might be worth having authorities look into this company.
Stay away from this company. Go find a local jeweler instead!
I ordered the black opal ring and when it first arrived, I was very happy with its appearance and received lots of compliments. I then ordered the same ring for my sister in a size 7. I received the ring and it was marked as a size 7, but it was actually a size 5. I decided to keep it and give it to someone else for a gift. I re-ordered the ring in a 7 again and once again received it and this time it was a size 6. So now I have two wrong sizes. Then I looked at my own ring today up close and noticed that ALL of the purple stones that surround the "Opal" have fallen out. Only response from customer service it basically "tough luck - you're beyond the 30 day guarantee period." Also ordered another necklace from them and it looks like something you would win at a carnival.
I ordered my item a month and a half ago and I still have not received it. I told them I wanted a refund since it has not come in a timely manner and they refused and said they couldn't do it. This is the worst customer experience I've had. I'm not sure if I will ever get it and I don't even want it at this point. Ridiculous.
I saw their ad on Facebook and wanted the dragonfly ring. I've never had an issue with ordering from a business on Facebook. I placed my order on 10/12/2017 and waited. No email confirmation they received my order, when it will ship, nothing. I've emailed them from their website, messaged them on Facebook messenger, and posted on their Facebook page. Still no answer. I want either the ring or my money back. That's all.

THEY KEEP SENDING ME EMAILS ON HOW I LIKE MY NECKLACE. I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT! I HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING! THEY CONTINUE WITH THE EMAILS THAT I WILL RECEIVE SOON, SEND ME TRACKING SHOWING IT HAS NOT EVEN LEFT YET. I REQUESTED A REFUND STILL NOTHING!
Hi Allison,
I would love to help you resolve your issue.
Would you mind me asking your order number, please?
Thanks!
My wife ordered 2 necklaces. They sent the wrong necklaces, and they were cheap junk! When they allegedly sent replacements, they were sent to an address that does not exist. I asked for a refund, they say I refused delivery. The Post Office doesn't know why or how it could be refused, if they returned it because of no such number. Not worth taking the chance.
Hi Russell,
Please keep in mind that we have provided a resolution to your issue and provided a full refund of your order.

Only positive thing was how cute the Mountain Range ring looked on the website.
Loved it and ordered it. Received an email saying my order was received. Two days later another email saying the order had been shipped. Two days later another email saying the order will be shipping soon. That was already a little odd. The next day another email saying order should be arriving soon. A few days later I started getting emails asking how much I loved my new jewelry and to send a selfie for (more) free jewelry. I replied that I had not received anything yet and a few days later I got 2 identical emails with a tracking number... Now about 2 weeks from the original purchase date I received a small bubble envelope with the ring inside it. My excitement was quickly replaced with disappointment: ring was more than one size too big and plastic! Also, the package came DIRECTLY from China and the declared value was a whopping 20 cents. I spent over $20 for it and got something you get out of a quarter gumball machine. Can't say I will be posting any selfies to get more - even for free. Really really bummed!
Hi Jane,
We do apologize for the inconvenience caused.
However, if we put the correct price in the package you should expect tariff will be charged. In most online store, tariff and taxes are shouldered by the receiver/consignee.
Besides, you can always reach us for a refund should you have considered earlier.
Thanks!
I ordered the Vintage Gold Sapphire ring. It is plastic and looks nothing like the ring in the picture. I have asked for my money to be returned and I get no response from the company. They don't deserve a rating of 1 even.
I am very frequent shopper on eBay. I ordered a ring from them and it arrived as expected within a reasonable amount of time. The ring was as advertised and my wife really likes it. I also understand people are always fast to write bad reviews and rarely write good reviews as they are pleased with the transaction and move on. Thank you for a good transaction. A suggestion for improvement: Interactive Shipping and tracking for customers is a must these days - that is lacking here.
I ordered this ring through a link on Facebook. And then I read the reviews online and really regretted I hadn't looked before we spent the cash... figured I was kissing $30 goodbye. Anyway, placed the order on 8/4, received the ring on 8/10... and it's beautiful.
I order a brecelet in Jenuary 2017. Is march now an I haven't received anything yet not even a tracking number. Never trust company like this one bounch of thieves thas what they are. Hopefully somebody get this company and do something about it..
Ordered January 3rd and to date have not received. Stated would receive aroun 15 business days. Also to contact anyone for help is ridiculous. You go to the site it tells you to go and it takes you back to the same site (contact page) so therefore I can not get help to inquiry about my ordered that has been paid for. Not a happy customer at this point.
