First of all, the picture of the ring I ordered made it look beautiful! Very unique. A real conversation starter!
Second of all, the price was too good to be true... so I should have known.
The company is advertised to be based out of Chicago, IL. But, when I received the ring, it came in an envelope postmarked from CHINA!
The ring itself was a mess! The opal, which looked beautiful and sparkly in the pics was a cheap, plastic replica glued off-center on the ring base. It looked FAKE! Really FAKE! I own a lot of costume jewelry. The cheap-o rings my great aunt gave me when I was a kid looked better than this! The fact that the "opal" was off-center, hanging WAY OFF one end of the ring base is unforgivable!
I will never again purchase from them and I urge you to keep your money in your pocket and go elsewhere. A ring out of the 25-cent gumball machine just inside the Wal-mart will look better than this!
I un-glued the opal and re-glued it centered on the base. It looks better, but still looks FAKE! But, that's what I get for (1) not reading reviews before I purchase, and (2) ordering something from an ad off Facebook! Buyer beware!
I didn't have any experience with "customer service" because the company had the audacity of sending me a message, asking me to "take a picture of me wearing the ring and posting a 'happy customer' story on their website." No, that will not be happening any time soon.
Do NOT purchase from them. Terrible customer service. I have literally never encountered something like this before, ever and I'm 52! I should have known better to read reviews first! Without too much detail, after I ordered a ring, they sent an auto message saying it would take about 6-8 weeks to get the ring. I tried to cancel that very same day and no response. I tried 7 more times and no response until finally, got 2 more auto responses that had nothing to do with my issue. I may as well have thrown 25.00 into the toilet. This company SUCKS! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! You'll be sorry you did!
I am very upset that I still have not received my ring. It has been almost a month. I found these reviews and it seems I am not alone. Why oh why, did I not read these first. Never again. DO YOU HEAR ME NEEDED NECKLACE?
These rings are made for big hands, the metal is hard so they hurt your finger. Ive sent several email trying to return. Finally got a response so I mail both rings back in the regular package UPS. This was 3 weeks ago still no refund & again no return email!
I ordered the crystal sunflower ring on March 16. When I finally got it about 3 weeks later, it had been shipped from China. It looks like a cheap imitation of the picture on the website. For only $20, I didn't expect really high quality jewelry, but come on! This looks like a little girl's toy set or something from a cereal box. I have emailed them my complaint, and they did get back to me after a week, but all they said was "can you give more details?" I did and we will see what happens from here.
The most horrible, ugliest set of rings I have every seen. Will never purchase anything again. The picture was very deceiving
After a month I received my ring. I was surprised it came from China. The sizing was fine. I was just disappointed in the time it took to receive.
I Placed my order on 3/12/18. Received email on 3/23/18 that my order has shipped.
Okay, When I tracked it - status = " March 24,2018 acceptance, CHINA.
Okay, now I'm confused and very dissapointed.
** I sent email to Needed Necklace. (why such long delay for processessing my order? And Why website says MASSACHUSETTS, Why acceptance CHINA?)
** Needed Necklace reply "I apologize for that but please do allow more days for this to become updated. Please note the item you ordered is prduce her in US, however, they are fast moving items. So when our fulfillment runs out of inventory, restocking takes a min. Of 4 weeks. That being said, we sourced these itmes directly from our state-of-the-art factory overseas... you can be assured of highest qualtiy standard in materials and production process. This allow us to be sompetitive and we offer qualtity product without high price."...
OKAY, if the product is produce here in US why do they source from overseas?
Today I tracked my order again, no update same "March 24,2018 acceptance, CHINA"
My 10-14 business days will be 4/11/2018 (ship date 3/23/18)
Per there site items are to ship in 7-10 days from purchase and can take 10-14 days to receive.
Its been 35 days total and I have recieved nothing but a bogus tracking # from China.
But shopping site states its coming from US, I think not!
Save your self stress and your money and DINE ORDER FROM THEM!
I am highly disappointed with this order. I ordered the November birthstone. I was as supposed to receive the black gold November heart birthstone and its suppsed to look like rainbow colors in the center. What I recieved was a purple stone. I ordered a size 8. They are cut small! My ring size is 8. It took a whole month before my ring came. There is no contact number for this company and they dont respond to emails. I will never order from this company again.
I ordered a ring on Feb 16th, still have not received it. They gave me a tracking # that just shows "delayed". They will not respond to any emails. Stay away from this company!
What are you doing a month ago and still havent received it. The tracking information says that the ring was out for delivery last week but it also says the delivery is delayed. Almost a two hour wait to call the Postal Service and getting no satisfaction from the needed necklace. The emails asking for an order number, however there is no order number in any email that I received. Going to wait another week and and then start a complaint through PayPal. Will never order anything from this company again. I have a feeling Ive been taken.
I have a feeling this is a drop ship business. She says located in USA. Yet items are shipped from China. That is why so many are not getting their items. Then there is the items which say "gold filled" with sterling wings. NOT. The weight of this ring if were "gold filled" would be many times the $25 dollar asking price. This ring has NO markings of "GF" or 925. If you describe and the specs say so then LEGALLY these have to be marked accordingly and sold as the real material. This is junk jewelry, and that CZ in the middle is either the worst grade of CZ or some cut glass probably the latter. I have been selling sterling since 1999 and I know the rules. Beware and review reviews before you buy. I wish my son-in-law would have consulted me before he purchased this for my daughter.
I ordered the March vine ring on February 10th. I have yet to see it. They keep sending me emails to order more... WHY? I have already paid for a ring I have yet to receive... In my emails back to them they tell me it was my post off
Ice fault for not giving them a tracking number... shouldn't that be the other way around. Shouldn't the company being sending me a tracking number... then I'm told because of high volume... Then I just received another email with a FAKE tracking number as I enter the tracking number that I was given... it shows not existing... WOW! SCAM ALERT! Or JUST A HORRIBLE BUSINESS! I'm turning this one into the BBB... Money out the window!
I just received my order today after 2 long months of waiting only to be disappointed. I ordered a size 10 and this ring just fits my pinky finger. It is NO WAY a size 10 that I ordered. I am very unhappy and dissatisfied with THIS company
Ordered their March flower ring on Feb 10. They said it would be here in 7-10 days. It's Feb 21 and still no ring, but I keep getting emails from them offering discounts on other jewelry. Why would I order more stuff from them when I haven't received my first order? Not impressed. Will not order anything more from them. That was $25 down the drain. Lesson learned.
All items that I ordered from Needed Necklace were cheaply made, ugly, and they arrived over a week late. I do not recommend ordering jewelry from them. The cheap prices reflect the crappy products.
I ordered the stethoscope necklace on December 2,2017 for my daughter for Christmas. After several emails questioning when I would received my item, I finally received it on December 22 just in time for Christmas. On January 17 my daughter went to put the necklace on, only to find the clasp as melted together. I promptly emailed customer service with no reply. I emailed them again requesting a refund or a replacement necklace on January 21. The next day I receive a response telling me I was out of the 30 day return period but they attached a 50% coupon for another item. I emailed back letting them know I would never purchase another item from then so they could keep the coupon and I wanted a replacement necklace for the damaged one they sent! How embarrassing is it to give your daughter a damaged item for Christmas! Further more I WANT A NEW NECKLACE NOT A DARN COUPON! I told them I would report them to the better business bureau if I did not receive a reply back letting me know a replacement was on its way. To this day, January 30, I haven't received such response. Thank you for taking your time to read this Review! This company is horrible, poor quality in merchandised, damaged merchandise, and do not stand behind their products. I'm very disappointed!
I ordered a dainty silver dragonfly ring. It took 4 weeks to even get the shipment notification. The notice stated to allow 14 business days. Within 2 days of receiving the notice, I was bombarded with emails for a "selfie promotion", where I was given 48 hrs to send them a selfie with my new ring in exchange for any piece of jewelry under $24.99. I would only have to pay for shipping. I replied to each email explaining that I have not received the ring, and that getting a bunch of emails for a 48 hr promotion only 2 days after my ring shipped was not professional. They eventually replied saying to send them a selfie when I get it and I'll get the promotional deal. 20 business days after the shipment notice (so roughly 7 1/2 weeks after placing my order), the ring arrived. I sent the selfie and they gave me the promotional code. I ordered & paid the shipping another ring, this time rose gold plated. I placed the order on 10/30/17 and got the shipment notice in one week. I was impressed, hoping the first order delay was a fluke. This was even worse! Suffice it to say, by the middle of December, the tracking info said it was still awaiting shipment over in CHINA! Customer service actually stopped emailing me responses when I continued to ask for my money back! Literally STOPPED replying to me! Yesterday (1/18/18), the ring arrived. It was silver (I ordered rose gold).
