I needed to replace the whole seat on the bench that we have on the boat pier. Went to a couple local places for the foam to replace the cushion with not much luck, so I started looking on the internet. Came across a couple of sites that looked promising, but thefoamfactory.com site was by far the most informative about the different types of foam and how to measure your sizes for different shapes. I only needed a relatively small about of foam, (probably considered a"drop off" piece from most places), but I was able to order the exact size I needed, and the prices were the best I found. The website was easy to navigate and place the order. Everything was handled through e-mails, order confirmation, tracking info... etc. Package arrived within a week, no problems and a follow-up e-mail was sent to make sure the package arrived okay. After having our Love Seats for 28 years, we decided to have them recovered. When we got them back I still felt that the foam cushions (28 yrs old) were too soft. I looked online and found The Foam Factory and bought 4 new cushions to replace the original ones. Now our Love Seats feel like they did when we bought them 28 yrs ago. The four cushions came well packed and when they expanded, they were a perfect fit. This website explains how to measure & what size to buy, making it so easy to get the right fit. I have told many of my friends about the service & quality of the foam. Today's furniture have the softest foam and they do not hold up very long, so instead of buying a new sofa or chair, just buy a better grade of foam from The Foam Factory... you will Not be sorry.

Thought I bought a good deal on the 5lb memory foam 4" memory foam mattress, their highest quality mattress supposedly longest lasting. 15 year warranty the website states for defects in materials or workmanship, AND any permanent body impressions more than 1.5" deep. I had the mattress for only a year and half, when I noticed a very soft spot where my hip (side sleeper) usually rests. I took the cover off (first time the cover had ever been off since I received the mattress) and found a torn spot in the mattress over 3" deep and 5" long. There was also a cut in the mattress, looked like a knife cut, about 3 inches long perpendicular and to the side of this torn spot. Like I said this cover had never been removed from the mattress, so the cut had to be made before it left the factory. There was also dirt and dirty footprints on the mattress, that had to have been made at the factory. I thought it would be a simple matter of getting the defects remedied under warranty, but Eddy said no, only impressions over half the mattress thickness would be covered by warranty, and that this was normal wear and tear. I sent pictures to him and it is obvious it is not normal. And mentioned the website said defects were covered AND impressions more than 1.5". Eddy came back and said ONLY impressions more than 1.5" were covered, and nothing else, that what I had was normal wear and tear. Normal? If this is normal, warning to all, do not buy this stuff that falls apart in a little over a year. The way I interpret his statement, the mattress could wear and tear into a hundred pieces in a year's time, and as long as there is no body impression over 1.5" the mattress is good, no defects. I asked about repair and he could only suggest a certain glue that I should use to glue the tear to keep it from growing. $500 I spent for King size bed and it's junk. I've gotten three mattresses from the Foam Factory. The first I made my own Tempurpedic comparable bed and it is awesome for less than 1/4 of the cost of the name brand. I will never by foam anywhere else. It comes as you order it and if you get the mattress cover, they even put it on the mattress. Can't beat that with a stick! A word of caution though, if you don't know anything about foam or you're just another $#*!ed consumer... Go to the Matrless factory and pay 10 times as much.
