I ordered two couch cushions from the foam factory. They were the most reasonably priced that I found online. The cushions are just what I wanted and they were delivered in a little over a week. These are better cushions than what came with the couch. I will order from the Foam Factory again. Probably sooner than I would like since I have a puppy who insists my couch cushions are giant chew toys. At least I know exactly where to go for replacements.

I ordered foam for a mattress I needed for guests coming in for the holidays. I was assured that it would be no problem to get it on time. I received an email confirming the order, then nothing more. I called again when it should have shipped and they said they checked the warehouse and it would ship that day or the next. They confirmed with another email saying I should watch out for the tracking number they'd send. Then nothing. I called shortly before it was to have arrived and they couldn't find my order by the order number I'd received. Eventually they found my order through my name and address but there was no information on if or when it had been shipped or even put together. I said I might have to cancel and they said they'd print out my order, check with shipping and call me back. They did, but only could say it would "be on the truck today." They had no tracking number, and I couldn't expect it until the day before Christmas and then I'd have to let it air out for at least one day. That's a week after it was supposed to have arrived. The nice lady said I could cancel the order. I did. We'll see if they make a refund in a timely manner. Guess I'll be sleeping on a camping pad. Ho, ho, ho, Merry Christmas!

I bought my mattress here and it really has been excellent. It was about 40% cheaper than anything I could find locally.

I just received my huge couch cushion, and I was more than pleased with how it fit on my couch. Perfection! I will also say that I had to call them the day after I had ordered the cushion because of a change in measurements. Ashley was very courteous and helpful in assisting me with the change. If she was helpful, obviously, the others were also. The cushion came all rolled up in a compressed fashion, securely wrapped in shrink wrap, and tied. When tie was cut, the cushion expanded to proper size. Also was very clean. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AND PURCHASE! If I need custom foam again, The Foam Factory will be my go to.

Ordered two foam body wedges with covers from the foam factory. Order *******

I mistakenly ordered them with non removable covers that I paid for because there was only two ordering options; one with and one without a cover. I had already read that the non- removable covers were included so thought I was paying for a removable cover. I called the same day to change the order because the website stated the order would take two days to ship. I was told that the order already shipped. I was willing to pay for the zippered washable covers at the price I would have been charged if I had ordered them with the wedges to begin with. Customer service told me that they clearly read that a zippered cover was a different cost. Customer service would not allow it and told me they would charge me shipping both ways if I sent it back. To me this displays poor service and lack of understanding of a deceptive web site. If I was misled others will be too. Don't buy from these people. Their customer service is very poor. They blame customers, and are deceptive

Just received my mattress today based on weight it should have been a tad bit more weight but the density comes out to 2.55 lbs instead of 2.8 of both luxhd and hd36hq. Much like everyone else. I went with 6 in of lux and 4 of hd36 no topper needed. I wad going to go with a topper after I determined harder of softer top but I decided not to. Hd36 is comfy plus super soft foam was rated bad by people. Lux has zero off gassing for some reason but the hd36 had some but not bad at all. I am a side sleeper back sleeper and stomach so tonight will be the final test. But I am very happy with my purchase especially at 415.98 total for 10 in of mattress.

I ordered 10 days ago and they still have not shipped my items. I called customer service, and they told me it could take 10 days for me to receive it. But it's been 10 days and it hasn't even shipped yet! They debited the money from my account on the day I ordered, so they've been holding onto my money for 10 days and still has not shipped it. I ordered very standard, in stock items, not requiring any cutting or custom work, but with no explanation, they haven't bothered to send out my order.

All they have to do is take the foam off the shelf, put them in a box and give it to UPS. To take more than 10 days to do this is a bit unbelievable! If they're going to take this long, at least wait until it's shipped to charge my card, not 10 days before!

Foam Factory has a very good site and good phone customer service.

I ordered some foam to pack a camera.

They informed that they are moving to a new facility and because of that there could be a delay in processing. I was prepared for a reasonable delay, which I would define as 3 to 5 days.

It's 11 days later and the order has still not even shipped.

I don't care if they moved to the moon... a customer's patience and good will can only extend so far.
