Just leave it to itunes to fix your issue...if that doesn't work, go to an apple representative at an apple store...don't fall for these third party software that act exactly the same way...it's a scam

They have been treating me with some of the best customer service I have ever seen. They really do deserve the 5 star rating

Please do not waste your money. Tenorshare all softwares are waste of money and they do not work.even i emailed them to refund me my money they said its not possible.

I bought the software to unlock my vivo where I forget my password. It Didnt work and now it says I used for 2 device/5, I used Only for the only 1 device I gave VIVO

I will now be a loyal customer for life. Because I bought the the Android unlock toolkit and I must have forgotten that I've already put it on more than one of my computer's not realizing that I contacted support and I told him what the situation was and without having me pay more money they took care of the situation for me and allow me to put it on my new computer that saved me a bunch of money that's an awesome team

We our a local IT company in CO.We purchased a "4uKey" from TenorShare" for a client.The Software did not work, saying "it does not support our version of IPAD." We emailed "TenorShare" explaining our issue."TenorShare" response, was a prompt apology and an effort to Blackmail us into writing them a 5 Star review, saying that if we were to go on to "Sitejabber" and give them a 5 star review, they would offer us a different software "4MeKey" that would work, for free, as they would not REFUND us the money. So we lost our money and they lost more.
Can you believe the nerve, how unprofessional & disgusting. PLEASE see attached screenshot of our communication.

This software must have every mobile user and technicians.very helpfull for all mobile devices.ivhave beef using for last 3 years and absolutely fine

I Just want to start by saying Thank you Apple for your Amazing SECURITY LEVEL! And thank you Tenor share for being my go-to tech resource since late 2022 when I've been ditsy and forgotten a password or two. It does happen to even people as perfectly organized as me. Wink Wink lol (sarcasm) DANG time flies. Anyways that being said now we are in 2024 and have grown so much in the service they provide to their customers. They truly are an amazing company and 100 percent HONEST! Wicht is very RARE into days society unfortunately. The best thing about Tenor share is that they will work with you to figure out and master whatever task it is you are trying to achieve. They respond back within 24hrs at the latest at least in my experience and FYI my experience includes over 17 emails to them about all kinds of things I either don't understand or maybe read the description of what program i purchased incorrectly. And even when things have been my fault, Tenor Share has worked with me to make sure I can be successful and i really appreciate that kind of customer service. Thank you again TENRSHR.

Tenorshare stucke for $20.00, the so called software didn't help me. It didn't do anything, it was just a guide. They said they could unlock a Fdr lock on a gateway tablet. No, it couldnt. I went thru multiple directions and it wouldnt go pass the Fdr lock. I factory reset it, I wiped the cache, I did everything it said to do. Now they don't wanna refund me my money so I'm gonna take legal action and get my money back.

No response from support team. Unable to recover data, recovery stuck at 0% for over a day.
Waste of money for the product.

Requested for 100% refund which took me days to get their support reply. Instead, they can only refund 50% for a product which they claim can recovery data?

Comprei acesso vitalício, consegui desbloquear 2 aparelhos e agora o sistema me diz que já usei o limite que seria 5 aparelhos...como assim? O acesso não era vitalício? Agora querem me cobrar novamente.

They claim they solve a lot of problems, but after a lot of back and forth with the team, the software did nothing (my problem was the iPhone was stuck in the Apple logo). The support was claiming a hard problem, but no problem at all after I have recovered using ITunes (I lost my data).

They won't refund the money. Therefore the money back guarantee is FALSE, and they DO NOT solve the issue they claim they can.

"30 day money back guarantee" is a SCAM. Product doesnt work and these STINGY company won't offer a refund, even though i contact them back on the same day. Terrible company.

Bought this app 12 hours ago as i broke my phone and needed to recover datas from that phone.
It doesnt work for recovering data. Tried to recover my whats app but it did nothing but try to verify my number the last 12 hours. Decided to cancel. The 30 days refund policy is totally fake! This app is good for nothing

Update 8 jan; tenor share finally refund my purchase

Their customer service & refund policy is awful. They even don't understand your issue, I am not able to Bypass the phone with this rubbish app, The App is 4Ukey. They just repeat some unnecessary words in response & think it is just a robot. Don't waste your money if not work for you, there is NO REFUND POLICY AT ALL.

Any issue and the customer support is great with reply's. They will work with you and help you solve any issues you have, and most of the problems I have ever received which are very few could be solved that same day.

Refused to refund and keeps dragging on the conversation for weeks. Refund reason: lagging and app quitting

I'm blown away by there customer service it's really amazing that people still help as much as they do.
