I wish I could give zero stars. My husband got me this cute lamp. It didn't work like it was supposed to. It's supposed to charge then work without being plugged in. Well, it doesn't charge. I was OK with that though because it didn't cost much and it did work while plugged in. Three days later, now it doesn't work at all. Might as well have thrown money in the trash can. Piece of $#*!, Chinese crap. Buy American.
I'm always apprehensive buying stuff from companies I don't know anything about. I was very impressed with the items I received, and in only 8 days. Quality was good. Not cheesy. Will order from them again!

I placed m order on 11/29 and have yet to receive my order. They were fast in taking my money and keep giving me the run around. They have changed the delivery date 3 times already and keep telling me to wait another 48 hours. My order is still sitting in the warehouse somewhere. They refuse to give me a refund but they must not know me. I already reported them to BBB and local new channel. I also cancelled my card for any further deduction from afterpay. I am in the process of getting a lawyer

Some of their items are a good bargain, but if you ever need any "support," their "Support" team are literally useless and just give you the runaround. I bought this saw but we didn't use it until a pre-planned camping trip. The saw literally broke the first time we tried to saw a piece of wood less than 2 inches in diameter. They wouldn't refund my $11.19 because, when I got the order, there was a shirt I ordered which was not the measurements posted on their site, so I sent it back for a refund right away. We had no idea the saw would be so crappy at that point, so they WILL refund it...but we would have to pay $7.99 to ship it back to them! SERIOUSLY? No. I'm not ordering from them anymore.

Stick to Amazon. Package is a week late and it's lost. They can't track the package - it's lost! Told to wait patiently for delivery of items. No remedies to resolve except for a $10 credit - ridiculous! No refund or reshipment of goods. I requested that, but was denied. Previous shipments received were poorly packaged with large openings - surprised that nothing was missing! Stick to Amazon. Temu has the worst customer service! Christmas is a week away and they won't refund for my lost shipment.

Purchased items but when packaged arrived it was open and items were missing. I was told they will not refund me for the missing items because they were shipped from their warehouse. I'm not saying they didn't ship them I'm saying they didn't arrive but they don't want to do anything to make it right. I even sent them the packaging showing the post office stamped unsealed and item arrived and damaged condition. Do not recommend them they don't fix the problem.

Awful customer service experience. I haven't received my order, I have been waiting on a refund, or give me a clear answer about what is happening, they keep copying and past the same responses, ignoring my concerns. The worst place ever, stay away of these people. I spent a lot of money and now I am still waiting just to know where my package is, no one is answering my questions, they just keep repeating that my concern was forwarder to a supervisor and they would get back to me in 24/28 hours, it has been 3 days now I jeep getting the same stupid answers.

I placed an order on december 14th. All items were in stock. Today i get an email stating that they cancelled my order under the bogus claim of suspicious activity. If the site is secure there shouldn't have been any issues. I'm going to try one more time to get my Christmas gifts. Buyer beware...

Don't get fooled by the nice pictures and low prices. They are just cheap qualities for more than what they advertised. Shipping takes more than their promised time (2-3 weeks). When reached out to customer service, it was just a bot repeating the same thing over and over. It is proven that there is no real customer service. Don't even bother to return anything because it's impossible. This is another offshore fraudulent company that enticed consumers with nice pictures and low prices but they are all false advertisement and shipped by boat. Do not get fooled and waste your money and time.

Just spent forever trying to find all the right items for my Christmas shopping on their site only to have all of my recent orders spontaneously canceled for no reason. Been going back-and-forth with "customer service" (if you can call it that) for days and they literally keep repeating "the item has been refunded" when the question I'm asking is *why* my orders were canceled in the first place. Very weird and frustrating experience.

I contacted Customer Service in chat 5 days in and the agent stated they were submitting a ticket. I called in today, the said no ticket was submitted. The site says the package takes 2-5 days to get to the shipper (USPS). In this case all 6 items/outfits for the holiday/vacation have been sitting in their shipping facility for 8.5 days at the time of this post. Called their customer service, was told the ticket wasn't submitted and they would send a ticket to the department that will check with the facility that has my package and will have them locate it. WTF is locating it gonna do. She couldn't guarantee that it would be sent within any period of time. I told them the facility is at is 45 min away from the shipper. The facility is located in a small town that has a USPS there. WHY IS IT SITTING FOR 8.5 days at the same place? GIVE IT TO USPS Already and let the items get to the address in time. Their customer service lied first try, their 2nd customer service agent wasn't giving me any kind of confidence that this issue would be resolved. Gave the excuse that it's the holidays. It's been sitting since the 7th! The 25th is the Holiday. There's no excuse it should sit maybe 1 mile away from the post office for 8.5 days. & for the package being late, they give you a $5 store credit. WHY THE FK WOULD I WANT TO PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN?

Do not purchase from Temu. It is a Chinese company using 31 St. James Avenue Suite 355, Boston, MA as their USA address. Phone *******368. All inquiries are referred to www.temu.com/support-center.html. The quality of the products is extremely cheap. Support center inquiry requesting a return label is "we are working on it" and you will receive a return label within 48 hrs. You call 48 hours later and again told the same. After several contacts with the company, I am filing a complaint with MA's Attorney General's office and disputing the charges with my credit card company.

I like Temu so far has been good experience doing almost all my holiday shopping on their app store. I have found excellent bargains for items that cost twice as much at other online retailers. Extensive variety of household, beauty, clothing, accessories, office, and decor items. Shipping delivery and customer service has been all around excellent as well. Watch the sizing of clothing as it can be smaller than typical USA sizes.

I've order a few times before and never had a problem with Temu. It's honestly an amazing app and it takes about a week to get to me. I have gotten everything I ordered for free just by playing there Temu credit games and by referring others. If you love getting stuff for a steal go for it and you won't regret it.

I bought this just to try it out since it was so inexpensive. Something amazing resulted though - - I had recently developed impact arthritis from years of karate makiwara fist training; it had reached a point of constant severe pain. I started using this in conjunction with a grip squeezer, for the opposite muscles/tendons. Surprisingly, my pain was reduced and abated for a while, so I started using them regularly. My hands have now reached a point where there is no longer constant pain. Anytime I feel a pain attack coming, I do a few high rep sets of alternating with this and the gripper, and the pain goes away! I don't know the medical reason, but I am SO happy to have found a DRUG FREE method of relieving the pain. Please try it if you suffer from arthritic pain; it might work for you too, and it's so cheap that you have nothing to lose. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! *I bought this level (6.6. Lbs.) and one higher, but only use this for the pain relief method.

I order several items they sent someone else stuff try to contact customer support told me they would review my complaint get back to me in 24 hours then just cut off the chat with me and wouldn't respond I want my items or my money back period don't trust this site

Answer: When there ready. Maybe never. They are sending me robot answers with the same response. I have to take a account with temu to act as my refund. Y would I do that? They not only sent me garbage, but left me with a $25 dry cleaner bill from the dye on the PKG that came of on my pants and shirt.
