Very easy and reliable shopping and returns!

I've made several purchases from this site now and feel like I can finally give an honest review. I first heard about Temu from my sister who told me that there were amazing deals on Temu for some of the stuff that we were usually buying from Amazon (hair claws, socks, etc.). Of course, I was skeptical at first so for my first order, I just bought a few basic, small items (dog toys, hair accessories, iPhone stand). I paid using Paypal and everything went through fine. I didn't have any of the issues that other people are saying about multiple charges or anything. My first order came pretty quickly (8 days) and all of the items were correct. Since then, I started shopping more and tried out other stuff like clothing and swimwear. The sizing didn't always work out so I started returns for them and that was also pretty easy! I just followed directions on the app and I got Temu credit refunds immediately and my credit card refunds in a week. My conclusion is that Temu is actually a legit site. I feel bad for the people who had issues, but this is a brand new site and the holidays were busy for everyone. I ordered from another brand in LA that never delivered my order either and got a refund from them. I think if you're patient with delivery times and want to save money, Temu is a safe site to shop from. If they make a mistake, I think they really try to fix it, especially now when they are so new. I hope this helps!

Very Shady

I had ordered several items yesterday. I get an email today saying that I had left items in my cart. When I checked they didn't include in my order a few of the things that I really wanted. They had raised the prices significantly over the price when I had ordered. Beware

I ordered a T-shirt on Temu and it was delivered in 12 days, well within the estimated delivery window. The quality was good and similar T-shirts would sell many times over even in discount stores. I save on the gas and time and the order comes right to my mailbox. No qualms at all ordering from Temu even though it is relatively new and unknown. I knew that Temu was legit and totally reliable because it is owned by PDD Holdings, a profitable multinational e-commerce company that is listed on the Nasdaq. It trades under the ticker PDD and was the biggest gainer on the Nasdaq-100 Index. It pays to do some research and not just read reviews, many of which are fake (especially the negative ones!).

Value for money and seamless experience

This is just a review based on my first experience as i have not received my items yet. I first heard about this new app from a friend of mine. I was skeptical on trying the app as the reviews are mix but i was surprised when i downloaded the app, they are very easy to navigate and the price are really, really affordable. I just made my first purchase and got free shipping and also extra 30% off with $19. Waiting for my package to arrive on Jan 20 and they wrote upfront if its late they will give me $5. I don't need the items on a rush so i don't mind the wait as long as they are friendly on my pockets.

Ive bought some good stuff & some very bad stuff. They refund your money without having to ship back. The major problem is the automated custmer service if you have a real problem. It is an absolute nightmare for this reason I would proceed with caution. I will not recommend because of this reason.

Best value for money site i have found

I have purchased a few items for thanksgiving and in preparation for xmas. They are amazing and such good price! I've done a few orders after. Some come very fast, some a bit slow, but in general super value for money. Would love to purchase again. Just leave some room for error cos sometimes there might be missing pieces. Largely ok though.

"FRAGILE" HA!

1st order came in ORANGE PLASTIC BAGS W/ Nothing was true to size. Everything was 1 size smaller Not 1 item was wrapped for protection. THE OUTSIDE WAS MARKED "FRAGILE"...ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I TOOK PICTURES. 2ND ORANGE PLASTIC BAG, JUST AS BAD. Broken was eyeliner color blue--right in half & left in separate bag, which meant they knew it was broken. 3RD ORANGE PLASTIC BAG is missing a light. I only received 1 when I ordered 2.
The very 1st order I received came in a box that was used before, again, I took pictures of a box that said "Fragile" on it, & taped together.
Not happy at all.

Super company

I stumbled across this company and decided to take a chance. I was so incredibly impressed with the customer service. My order was super late, however Temu gave me a credit for the lateness which I feel was not their fault. You can't control shipping. The products were great. Shoes run a little small. I would go 1/2 size up. Other than that I was amazed at the full credit. So I ordered more and no disappointment at all. Thank you Temu for your honesty.

Disappointed

I NEVER received my package. I've been asking over a month for either a credit or a refund. They are not offering either. They constantly give me the same answer. Check your neighbors or USPS. I did both, still no help. I told them I'll settle for a credit and all I got was "sorry for any inconvenience." From looking they have a protected purchase policy but not using it for their customers. They were suppose to be Christmas gifts and Temu has let me down terribly. If I had the money to lose I wouldn't care, but a mom struggling around the holidays was really depressing.

Worst customer service

Worst customer service ever! I was playing their Fishland game, and keep missing my fish food points. I even placed order to get fish food. I contacted their customer service, after 12 hours of chatting they still keep saying sorry but no help. They said I can't even cancel my order. Also in my previous order, all the sizes of clothes I ordered were different and again no support from their customer service. Don't trust this company. Don't buy from them.

I'm addicted!

I have ordered about 7 times since November and am very happy with the products for the price! I've purchased clothing and makeup so far. I had to send back some things from 2 orders due to sizing (my error) and have already been refunded. I have absolutely no complaints! Decent shipping times, awesome prices, happy with the products.

Don't use this company, they will play with your refund and reduce the amount of it, in another words they will steal your money. Quality wise is poor at the least. You will regret certainly if you use them. I think the reviews they are getting are fake and probably work out from the TEMU

Beware of their coupon

They claimed you can get a coupon when you maximize your order of certain amount. They don't honor the coupon when you did that. They said you will receive your coupon when your orders were shipped. My order was placed on 12/25/22@ 11:19pm. I want to use a $25 coupon that I earned from last purchased now (12/29/22@ 6pm). I was told the coupon is EXPIRED.
My orders have not even shipped to me yet, and the coupon they supposed used at that time of purchase already expired? Scam! Be aware of their coupon!

After I made the purchase, site promised items will arrive before Christmas otherwise I will get $5 credit within 48 hours. Now it is almost New Year, so I talked with customer service and was told my payment is unusual and the order is canceled! I always shopping online with this card and never had an issue! They canceled my order without notifying me! It is terrible!
