Temu is a host site for multiple sellers. Most of the products are good quality. Watch for conflicting photos in a listing, note stated sizes (or lack of sizes), headlines sometimes fail to indicate that a choice needs to be selected (check for photo icons that specify size, color, and price differences when you click on them), multiple sellers means different pricing on same/similar items. Delivery time depends on what you buy - your order is given a delivery window. Temu will automatically issue a $5 account credit for late delivery. If items are damaged (take photos) or missing (they will check with the warehouse), go to your orders and use the return/refund button to receive a refund or account credit (with which I have had positive experiences). I have purchased many quality items at great prices, just remember to shop smart!
Beware of downloading the Temu app! To make you a new customer, they send you a picture with $100 gift coupons as a trap to make an account with them, without mentioning the requirements of spending money over $100 or $150 in order to receive the "GIFT". Keep in mind the same products are on Aliexpress for cheaper price/free shipping as well. They have a camera icon as well as google to upload a picture of the product and search all places. Don't believe the picture
These products are so different from the website picture. A total 3 out of 7 items are broken/defected upon arrival. Customer service kept on saying sorry, but when I asked about return process they hang up...call agin, same result.

I have ordered four times so far and everything has been great. Just one time an item was out of stock and I received credit right away. Shipping around the holidays was a little longer than usual but thats to be expected. Still deleverd by last estimated day. The tracking site gives great updates to where your package is located. I will continue to shop with TEMU and share product recommendations and reviews on their site.

Very hard to communicate w them after a purchase
The killer for me though is the fact that i get absolutely pounded with no stop pop ups from them and you can't turn them off--POUNDED
I will not even consider another purchase from them until I can go at least 6o days without seeing their nauseating ads

First order was processed and delivered as expected. Products received were as expected. Gift cards received with the order do not work and no one at Temu was the least bit concerned, nor did they try to help. After several back and forth texts the Temu Rep "Miles" just decided he could not understand me and "transferred" me to another person who never responded. I will use other suppliers in the future.

Watch out when it looks too good to be true it is.
Downloaded the suspicious app and placed an order. I get order confirmed track the shipping and a day later "order canceled" for "suspicious activity on you payment". I re-order it asks for a copy of the CC with last 4 digits. Order gets confirmed then gets cancelled for "suspicious activity". What is "suspicious" is the app and everything. I don't know what they do with the order info. Apple Pay. I also tried to pay with pay pal. App requires your password for PayPal i.e. Does not link automatically to PayPal as legitimate vendors do. BE CAREFUL! STAY AWAY!

First shipment they sent me a bunch of junk products with bad quality and false advertising, like the product will say wool but when you got it it is polyester! Or say it is cotton, but when you get it it's polyester!
They give you coupons, but it expires in a few hours.
They also kept on canceling my orders that used the coupons, so the coupons expired without been used. I asked customer service why they canceled my orders, they would claim it is for your security protection but I feel that is a complete lie. They want my utility bills, proof of residence, and credit card statemets to restore the order, but when I gave it to them, they kept my orders as canceled without telling me why. It's been a month since they cancelled my orders, and they kept ignoring me or playing games with me. But they didn't refund all my money for every order they cancelled. So they took my money and wasted a month of my time. I think they just want to collect money, expires any coupons you have, raise the prices, and cheat you.
Temu promise you free gifts when you invite enough friends to download the app, but the counter resets so fast and many people said they never got the gift.
I feel they are just a bunch of scam artists that cheats you left and right.

This place is total bull$#*! i purchased about $150 worth of merchandise waited a month and still nothing my tracking is just a label they bought but post office is still waiting on items total scam the only thing i can rate this place on is customer servive they were decent which just makes me question it all wtf! Several of the products that I ordered were pictured as sets. When you order, however, you are only ordering one of the sizes. Though not technically a scam, since I did get what I ordered, it is truly misleading. Once again, it was my responsibility to be more careful, but it is disappointing to have the ordering be so unclear. If you look at the pictures below, you will see the picture that is displayed on the website, and the picture of what I actually received.

I did not receive one item I ordered. They replaced my items with cheap items that could easily be bought at the Dollar Store which, at least has better quality items.i was actually excited to get the items that I had originally ordered but am now angry and feeling I got scammed. My original order was $54.98 but fortunately I had a $25 coupon. However, I still think $33.04 is way to much for the cheap crap I received.
I literally threw it all in the garbage because there wasn't one item I'd use. The company is a scam so save your money.

I've placed 4 orders and received 2 so far. I've been happy with everything I've gotten. It's kind of like a Dollar Store, with all sorts of things I can't easily find elsewhere. The cost is more than $1 but extremely reasonable. I'm very happy I found it.

I've made 4 orders and all items were delivered on time and as described. I see people complaining of packaging, wtf do you expect from something traveling so far? Packaging is bounced to be banged up. I've also seen people complain the item was wrong, one lady even posted a review with a Christmas tree sticker. That item she posted is exactly what they advertised it as she just didn't read. Comprehension is key lady. And 3rd I saw a lady having a fit about the post office not receiving her package yet. Correct. They were notified to expect your package and assigned it a tracking number for usps, they won't have your package for a bit as it's coming from over seas. You people are slowwwwww, leaving $#*! reviews because you're ignorant.

I ordered about 15 items and there was half missing. I asked for a refund and they said they verified with the warehouse that all the items was there. Don't fall for the scam they will not send all your items and not give you a refund. Not trustable.

TEMU lures you into their site with low prices, shipments arrive in plastic bags, poorly packaged, half damaged, and for returns they calculate in a way that they will still get some money out of it.

I purchased a jacket and it was too large. I placed another order for a smaller size, which fits. I was provided a return label for the first jacket. I dropped it inside the post office, in their mailbox. It has never been seen again. I've chatted with TEMU customer service 4 or 5 times. I am always told how sorry they are for the inconvenience, and they have informed their supervisor. THAT IS IT. Nothing else happens. I filed a missing package claim with the post office twice and both times they say the package was never scanned. I'm assuming it had something to do with the label I was sent. I have basically paid TWICE for one jacket. If I created the return label, I would think that it is my responsibility to follow up on this. But since the label was sent to me, it should be the responsibility of TEMU. The worst customer service from any company I have ever ordered from. Do Not buy anything from here. I just did the chat AGAIN, and it ended as usual "We take your concern seriously, we have forwarded to our supervisor for further assistance." Then you never hear from them again.

Placed an order for 5 items on December 14th. Tracking is not updated since 14th. Gave me a delivery day of the 27th. No package. 28th still no package.customer service is not helpful. No need for 5.00 credit as I will not order from this website again.

January 2nd... still no package. Tracking STILL HASNT UPDATED. Again, customer service is no help.giving the same excuse...keep say that if no updates on tracking for 15 days you'll get a refund. That hasn't happened...
January 7th... still no package. Tracking still says it's in Evansville as it was on December 14th. Called the number and asked fir a refund and was told it would be applied as temu credit. I said no. I want it back on my card as I will not be ordering anything else of this scam website. Lady said she would put in a request for it to be applied to my original method of payment... 2 days later I get a message telling me that I have been credited 38.59 to my temu account...

Answer: When there ready. Maybe never. They are sending me robot answers with the same response. I have to take a account with temu to act as my refund. Y would I do that? They not only sent me garbage, but left me with a $25 dry cleaner bill from the dye on the PKG that came of on my pants and shirt.
