Not impressed. Colors are boring compared to advertised photo. Yellow dress is not yellow but mustard. Multi color dress is wrong. In photo it is green with orange and looks sharp. What I got was aqua green and peach. Scarf I ordered is lack luster compared to pretty sheen advertised! Also to return you lise money. Less the percentage they advertised on sale! Shipping and handling fees! Beware.
I was never really big on online shopping but my husband started talking about this app that he found from someone at work. He showed me all of the different things that he bought on it like his headphones and bicycle helmet and it was kind of hard to resist when Temu had so many products and categories. But everytime he sees me with a package, he constantly brings up how he was the one who told me about it.

I keep seeing a lot of reviews about the quality of the stuff on Temu, but tbh just manage your expectations cause the stuff here are pretty good for the price. They're for sure better than Wish and they deliver faster than Shein. I've ordered from the site like 5 or 6 times and all the items I got were pretty good. It's easy to use the app, checking out seems safe and I got my orders around a week after ordering. It's a pretty good app for people who want to find good but affordable stuff, but you gotta consider the price point when buying!

I found TEMU before Christmas and immediately fell in love. Made several orders, some big some small. Shipping always on time or early. Merchandise great quality. Recommended to lots of friends, family and co-workers. Ordered $12 worth of things 2 wks ago without a problem. Tried to place a $15 order 4 days ago and found out they now have a $20 minimum. I chatted, called and emailed, all confirmed the new minimum. This is ridiculous since items are so cheap. I could understand a smaller minimum but $20 is too much. I don't want to be forced to order other items. Not cool TEMU! RETHINK THIS OR YOU WILL LOSE CUSTOMERS...LIKE ME

I buy a diferents products with this company and for me is a good provider and cheaper than other company's like to ebay, amazon, etc. The first five starts are the wide spectrum the items and in differents categories the uses of domestic's and work daily. The second five stars is about the easy interface in the phones for you select, review and pay this in a few minutes. Now the two stars is the delivery, that have a long time to receive our goods. The quality of products is another 3 stars for the company because you find goods products and another are regular productos. The prices is the four stars because not all the products are cheap, some products is possible to find at lest price than other's.
It's a alternative seller in some cases for your usualy products that you will need. The average is 3.5 to 4 four stars not more.

First of all, I want to say that I have no issues with Temu. The customer service has been great, shipping has been free, and they've been very responsible about communication. So why did I give them four stars instead of five? If you've been on the site, you realize that it is sort of a Chinese Amazon. They are some wonderful deals, but you need to cross check the prices. For example, there is a snowman cat bed going for $100, but the identical bed with the same brand is only $46 at Walmart. The game Rumicub is $47 on Temu. On Amazon, it's $15.00. Unless the deal is obviously amazing, I'd hesitate before purchasing. Sometimes you get a deal. Sometimes you get ripped off.

I recently bought some items in Dec 2022. My purchase was for $900.00 or more. I sent back the items and never got back my credits. It's showing in the computer that they issue out the credits and never did. I use Klarna and paid around 600.00 dollars. This company refuse to give me my money back. I will call the attorney general and whoever I need to get my money back.Please don't give your money to a company that will not give you your money back. That's stealing!

They, will not send you your coupons as needed. They are no good in that department, I have ordered many pieces,and received no coupons. So I need to get better with that. Better yet! Send coupon out to clients that order on the daily bases. Thanks for listening

So my packages have come open and retaped UPS is or someone is letting people go through your packages and retape them.
So i want to let people know this has happened to me 3 times and really it's petty but whatever. They now want to put the responsibility of shipping charges on you after the 2nd time

I was originally hesitant to order from them so ordered 2 small products. Package came way faster than they promised. I had constant contact from Temu on the tracting. Products were as described or better. I have since ordered from Temu 4 more times with the same experience. On my last order I had a product that I wanted to return and thought that might be a hassle but it was a seamless process that took about 3 minutes. I elected to just have the payment credited to my Temu account because it is faster. Got the credit within 2 minutes AND they told me I did not have to return the product! Hello...yes please...I have now (after testing it out myself) recommended Temu to all my friends who are now ordering from them.

Worst site ever! If part of your order is damaged, you're out of luck. They don't offer exchanges. And the minimum spend to place an order is $20. I got an item for $3 with a special promotion that arrived crushed from shipping damaged. Temu refuses to allow me to exchange it. They said the only option was to return for a refund, and then I have to buy $20 worth of stuff I don't want in order to repurchase the one item. Plus, they won't honor the promotional price. So it will be double the cost plus I'd be forced to buy other stuff I don't want. Horrible. I will never shop here again.

So far as I can see this is a scam I tried to win the 20 dollars by inviting people to try and it won't let you past the 2 dollars to go no matter how many people invite or post on my FB page makes it a scam

I order often. Shipping takes some time but worth it. I use it for business and personal reasons. If something is out of stock they refund your money and give you an additional credit. Plus frequent shopping credits. Their $18 shoes are better quality and more comfortable than my $100 name brands. Forever a customer and I always check them first when I want something.

Watch your cart while ordering, I caught it just in time if I was ordering 1 item it would be increased to 2, more than once this happened. Also I have items missing from my order, and the quality of items I received was just about as expected. You get what you pay for.

I called customer service like 7 times I have ordered from this company before and never had issues this 3 times I ordered and this time I got nothing but rude customer service treatment telling me if I didn't stop talking or I shut up I would be disconnected I will say they have cute items great price but the customer service reps and escalation dept suck so now I'm disgusting it with my bank and giving them a terrible bad review please don't order nothing here take it else where.
Temu is not a online company like Amazon. My recent experience shows that they set up many scam to trick customers into buying their products. When I made my order online on Jan. 8, Temu website kept reminding me I could get $25 coupon if my order was over $40. I tried it. After submitting my order, I received an email from Temu, saying that a $25 coupon will be issued when my order is shipped. Yesterday, I received a message from Temu, saying that my order was shipped and will arrive on Jan. 17. I accessed my account to check if the coupon is available, finding that the coupon was expired by Jan. 12 without any notice! Before the good was shipped, the coupon had already expired! It is clear it is a scam! I called the customer service. A lady answered my phone. She said she could only transfer my claim to the company management team, because she had no authority to address the customer complaints. I never has such a bad experience on any other online companies like Temu. My case made me believe Temu is not a honest company! Be careful to purchase products from it.

They not only sent me garbage, but left me with a $25 dry cleaner bill from the dye on the PKG that came of on my pants and shirt.
