Hit or miss

Most of the clothing I ordered was perfectly fine. Fit great and was made out of great material. The rest was still good quality material but it did not fit. My oldest daughter is 2 and wears a 2t. I purchased a 3-4y and they were still too small. I only got a 3-4y because the size guide said that would fit for her height. Obviously not. And reviews on the website for those items said they fit great. Odd. My younger daughter is 8 months old and wears a 9month. Most of hers fit but a couple were too small as well. I purchased 6-9 month. A lot of the toys I picked out look a lot bigger in the pictures provided. A couple look like they're pretty large, but when they showed up I could hold them in the palm of my hand. And yet some looked exactly like what was advertised. I did order a car radio though, and that is perfectly fine. I do have to exchange it though because I bought the wrong size. The one thing I'm irritated about though is how long it takes for delivery and the fact that after your first return you have to pay for shipping. The items are pretty cheap. But they come from China so I would end up paying more for the shipping than I would the item itself. This is some wacky company and I honestly think it's a gamble. You're either going to be overly satisfied or extremely angry about your purchase. I won't be ordering from them again. I don't have the time or the money to be wasting on this.

Worst customer service
January 26, 2023

Placed my order on Dec 9th says it shipped Dec 11th. HOWEVER, the post office hasn't received my order and tracking was never updated I was told if it didn't arrive in 15 days I can receive a full refund. It's been over 15 days and now they're saying I need to wait for the order to arrive. How can the order arrive if it was never shipped or lost on transit? Now I'm writing to them again and their saying I need to speak with a supervisor. After that he just stops replying to my messages.

BE CAREFUL

I made several purchases and my experience was very good so I continued to buy from Temu however, my last experience was the worst. I ordered a wig for $74 with a discount, then reordered at $80 with a discount twice. Now it's $90. Each time the order was canceled by Temu with no explanation. It still shows 14 in stock. I've contacted Temu several times via chat and phone call with a promise to get back with me. A month later and still nothing. The money was refunded each time but if the item is available that should be stated. Kima Hair is the seller and no way to contact them. Customer service is HORRIBLE. Be careful if the items is something you really want.

I just ordered on Dec. 18th. My order was "refunded" on Dec. 20th. Who knows how long that process will actually take before my credit card account is refunded? When I inquired with customer service why this would happen, I got zero real response. My chat experience started at 2:06 pm. I finally received communication from Darwin, offering to help at 2:35 pm. Whatever, it's days before Christmas, and they had a convenient queue countdown letting me know I started at 252 in the waiting line. I wasn't particularly in a hurry, so I waited it out. I asked Darwin why my order was refunded, and I got the same stock answer twice: "In order to protect the safety of your funds..." Listen, Darwin, I heard you the first time, and you still haven't actually told me why my order was refunded. PayPal was happy to pay it, as was American Express. So anyway, Darwin was no help. He told me he had informed a supervisor and ghosted me. The customer service did not get better from there. The "supervisor" responded two days later with the exact same non-response and ended the chat.

TLDR: You MIGHT be able to get a good deal from TEMU, but I would not count on actually receiving it or getting any actual customer assistance if you need it.

Response but no action

I ordered a coat for my son for the holidays and after a month got a text that the cost was delivered. I couldn't find it. They were good at responding to my emails and suggested I look around the house or maybe the package was stolen. Neither is true. I have a security camera and no one came to the door to deliver or steal a package. The holidays have come and gone and I still don't have the coat.

Nothing arrived

I had really high expectations for this service based on others reviews. They have a huge selection and I spent a significant amount of time buys Christmas presents for family. Order was placed December 7….well it's December 25 and the tracking has yet to update. Nothing has arrived and I can't get any idea of an eta or if the items will ever arrive. A credit was applied to the app but why would I want to buy more items when I couldn't get what I initially ordered?

Be aware of their refund policy.

Made purchase on December 4th and never received goods its dec 20 th already, on the top of that, instead of issuing refund to my PayPal account which i used to made purchase, temu issued credit to my temu app ( they want me to spend the credit money for the product they never delivered on first place). Very dishonest business practices. Buyers be aware. Scammers at its best.

Poor service

I order a couple of Christmas gifts from them and was told they had fast delivery service and tracking. Delivery was fast and I would have my gifts before Christmas. Well the tracking sucks as my package was sent out on the 10th of December and has left the a facility in Los Angeles 11th of December and my packages will be delivered between December 14 - 23. Well today is the 23 at 2:30 pm and the tracking has not been updated since December 11th and is still saying it will be delivered today. Well my mail has already come for the day, so we know it's not coming today. They didn't send it UPS or FEDEX they sent it regular mail. Just incase anyone says Well it could still come. To add salt to injury, they then say if I don't get it by the 23rd they will give you a $5 credit within 48 hours. Try reaching a human to get that $5 credit, not that the $5 will help me out with the Christmas gifts I'm now out and have to go out a shop for at this late date. Something that could of been avoided if the tracking was sufficient and updated. Tried to get a refund but have to wait till I get my order. How funny since the tracking tells me nobody knows where it is! I might never get it. I'm on a fixed income so the refund sure would be helpful in replacing the now gifts I am short. Merry Christmas all. I'm just saying I'm tired of the run around.

Horrible site

Sometimes the deliveries are on time but the rest of the time their warehouse doesn't bother to ship and after weeks of waiting and contacting their so-called "customer service" they stall can't be bothered to stick your purchase in the mail. Yeah they offer a 5.00 credit for late delivery but what good is that if your item is never shipped and you are so tired of the bad service you will never buy from them again?... My rating is DO NOT BUY FROM THEM NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE DEAL SEEMS!

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAID FOT

Here you get amazingly low prices for very low quality items. I ordered a large jacket. The actual size is medium. I just used it once during the cold storm on Dec 22,2022. This jacket will not unzippered. I had to force it open. Never seen so low quality items. I am 6'5" tall, 165" pounds. The hoody is so small it will not close. Picture included. The zipper will not work after 1 use. I had to force it open

I am floored

My first 3 orders were delivered on time, no major issue. Even I had to return some items, I got all my refunds and got to keep 2 small items without even bother to return them. The delivery on my last order was very late, it took almost a month. I did file a complaint before my stuff finally arrived. But I did not expect Temu to give me a full credit for the last order. The representative from Temu told me it was a compensation for the late delivery. I feel grateful for Temu's generosity and gracious response. What a outstanding company!
