Heard about Temu from someone I follow on IG and it has honestly changed my life :O I thought that everything she was saying was super exaggerated about how everything was crazy affordable and that free shipping was pretty much a guarantee BC NO OTHER SITES DO THAT—EXCEPT FOR TEMU APPARENTLY. Already bought a few clothes and skincare products and I'm so happy with all of them *-* Temu ain't good for my bank account but I love it anyway.
This is my follow up review:
TeMu reached out to me after my first review, They acted really fast and improved their poor packaging from plastic to cardboard box and with Red Fragile stick on the box when my 2nd& 3rd shipment arrived.
Return are very easy, just need to print out the shipping label(free) and pack & drop *******@usps or ups location.
Product quality are good. Price are much better compares with Amazon for the same product.
Highly recommended this site with good customer service!

As someone who has his trust issues with sites like this lmao, Temu's shipping game is honestly refreshing to see bc they don't make me feel like they just wanna scam me of my money. Most of my orders from Temu shipped within the delivery window they specify (sometimes it even comes a few days earlier) but they don't just leave u hanging when your order's gonna come late NO they actually give you some credit as an apology and I just think that that's a great way to make your customers feel like you actually give a frick abt them :)

Never received my items and they refuse to refund me. I could leave a negative rating I would. I will be calling them every day to discuss this matter.

I don't recommend purchasing from Temu if you care about having high quality products. The quality matches the price point. Very cheap, poor quality packaging. The cheap packaging probably ruined the merchandise I purchased.

I have a HUGE problem with Tiktok, Shopify, and Instagram sellers puting HUGE markups on their stuff when Temu has them at like less than HALF THE PRICE of these sellers? Why would I pay so much just for drop shipped items when I can get the exact same ones on Temu for cents? I swear Temu really helped buyers find good stuff for less so I supppppper recommend them!

I've been in dispute for 2 months cus temu lost a package then repackaged it with more than half the items gone. They refused to refund to my original payment method and now I'm out $156! This isn't the first time I've had issues with this it's just the biggest.

I stumbled upon this company by chance while browsing my Facebook feed and noticed the retailer came up. Since I was planning my child's graduation party from high school, I noticed many items offered by Temu that would be useful. I placed my first order and was impressed with the fast shipping and delivery not to mention great quality products that arrived. I ended up placing additional orders as I found items I needed. Temu is pretty much like Amazon but cheaper. I mean you still have to figure out if the product is worth it or not, but most reviews on the site are mostly good! The stuff I got were pretty good too, tho some items were kind of cheap-looking but they were also like $0.99 so I'm happy with them! Basically just read reviews first and use your own judgement when it comes to buying anything online! Most of the stuff I got were pretty good that you wouldn't know they were just $5 or so!

Bought this space heater because mine broke. But when it came, my bro apparently got it fixed for me without telling me. Luckily, I hadn't opened the one I bought yet and was able to return it and get a full refund in a few days :D It was also super easy and convenient to do it so thank you for being v v v understanding Temu and super big shoutout to the cs lady that helped me (Mai)!

This business is a scam or the customer service representatives are all nuts from bottom to the top! When I ordered first time everything went smoothly and after two and half weeks I got my order. Items in my order were kind of low quality but I had paid low amounts for them of course. The next time when I was about to order via their website for the second time, there was something like a blockage on their checkout portal that it did not accept my form of payment! I contacted them two times via chat and after allotting my case to a so-called supervisor,I was advised after a few days that I'd better change my form of payment. As a result, I used another credit card of mine and again the payment failed. Next time, I tried my debit card and the transaction failed one more time! Whenever I contacted customer service reps, they were like robots who had the habit of giving me some repetitive, cliche type answers like again change your payment! Or contact your bank! Without trying to solve my issue over payment; as if they really do not listen to or care for their customer's requirements. I really do not have any issue in other online websites over finalizing and placing my orders except for this website. They are soooo unable to solve their customers problems; They are just GOOD FOR NOTHING!

I placed my order on Feb 2nd and it arrived on Feb 8th, earlier than expected. Items were typical discount quality, but well worth what I paid. I was a little leery, in the past orders from overseas took forever, but Temu did great. I already placed another order. And my pup is happy with her bone!

Roughly half of the stuff I ordered I didn't get, almost all of the other half arrived damaged, with missing parts, and their refund process sucks, it can take up to 30 days, not coming back, why advertise and actually sell something they don't have.?

It takes forever for you to feed your fish. It's ridiculous. And why can't I use my own link on multiple accounts? It still counts lmfao. About to delete the app even tho I do make money on it SOMETIMES. Other times they put a freaking expiration date on it EVEN when you try all day to do it. Soemtimes it doesn't even give you the reward when someone uses your code new or not. Starting to not like it.

I have ordered 3 times in 6 weeks, I have received 2 of the orders already with the third to arrive in the next week. The first two orders came within the timeframe promised. The products are WONDERFUL! I have not been disappointed with anything I have ordered, household products, baby toys, I haven't ordered clothes or shoes as I fear the sizing might be different that what we are accustomed to but I will be a lifelong shopper for sure! I purchased several items from them, was missing several pieces. First I was told that they shipped them, even though I took pictures of the packaging that looked like it was opened and re-taped closed. They finally stated as a curtesy they will refund my order, which I thought was nice. I never received the credit. I have been trying to get a response from them and I can not get one. I am told 24 hours, 24 hours and again 24 hours. I finally was then told within 8 hours, still no response. This company is a Scam. Do not purchase from them you will not see your items or get a refund

All items I got are very cheap quality. And the whole refund progress are horrible experiences, the worst return experience ever.
They shipped my same (one whole) order in 3 shipments, but when return it only gives the items in first shipment free shipment coupon. The rest items in other 2 shipments charged 7.99 for each. You have to keep complaining with their customer service every day and explain your situation over and over again. All these took me between 1/6 to 2/10, almost everyday. And have to bare them rude attitude.
I will never and ever purchase anything from them.

Answer: When there ready. Maybe never. They are sending me robot answers with the same response. I have to take a account with temu to act as my refund. Y would I do that? They not only sent me garbage, but left me with a $25 dry cleaner bill from the dye on the PKG that came of on my pants and shirt.
