I've been on Temu for a while now and it's always so wild how they always seem to have promos and discounts that slash the prices crazy low! Plus I can easily pay using ApplePay! The amount of money that I've saved shopping everything on this website I CANT EVEN and it's even better because you save even more with their free shipping promo. All i can really say is DAMNNNN
Wasnt happy with the item that I got and wanted to get a refund for it. The websites customer service was super great and helped me thru their free returns process so it was easy to return my order AND i got a full refund on my PayPal! The return process took around 1 week to do so not too bad.

I bought these earphones because mine broke but I didn't expect it to come this soon! The site says to expect delivery within 15 days, but my package arrived a few days before the date mentioned on my order and I was super excited The earphones also work really well and sound even better than my old ones, so I'm really happy that I got them. Ive been using them everyday since I got them from walking home from school to working out and even while doing some chores!

Products are great especially for the prices. Services are good too. You can track your delivery using the app and you can chat with customer services through the app anytime too. Products are pretty standard. They're not luxury products, but they're legit! The price is good too and payment is easy since Temu allows you to pay with PayPal.

I kinda like using the e-wallet thing more than actual credit cards but I hated that I always had to have a card for whenever I wanted to buy smth online but that's what made Temu IT for me! Apple Pay, PayPal AND Google Pay? Temu got me covered hahahahah I linked Temu to my PayPal and my charges come in instantly! Great for buying supplies for my small business btw!

I have 3 bank cards used all 3 ordering items when 3 banks send fraud alerts on all cards big red flag every item purchased was double charged over 200$ on 1 card needless to say App deleted no one in my family is allowed to order from TEMU AGAIN. Terrible doing business with your rip off company check your statements people!

I used to shop on the more popular websites but they were really expensive and I'd either have to not buy the item or dip into my savings. So happy that a friend of mine recommended Temu because she said that it was where she did her online shopping to save money. She was so right! I couldn't believe the prices that I saw the moment I checked it out and I kinda regretted every buying from those other websites in the first place. I wondered if it was too good to be true and if they were just pushing low quality knockoffs BUT THE ITEMS WERE SUPER LEGIT! There's no going back once you've tried temu, seriously changed my life.

Temu seems to offer good price with a high ratio of defective product. Out of the total 13 items we ordered, 3 of them were defective, that is almost a 25% defect rate. Return process is relatively easy but we've used Temu credit option only so far. Not sure how long it takes if we request refund to the original payment method.
Our other big concern with this website is their pop-up promotions which are pure scams. We've got "buy $30 get $10 coupon", and "buy $60 get $20 coupon" offers. After we receive the code and try to redeem it with our next purchase, it says "you have to buy $30 to use this coupon code", which means the $10 or the $20 are not true coupons at all. If you buy again today, you will be prompted the same messages to induce you to add more items to the shopping cart. Be careful with this site!

I think Temu is a pretty reputable site! I did some research and found out they're linked to a really big corp overseas that's known for their affordable price items and have a Boston-based HQ too, so its not a SCAM. From my research, they seem pretty legit! People just have to put aside their prejudice against them. I bought a couple of stuff from the site and the items were good + the prices were cheap so they're a fairly okay company IMO!

I placed an order a week ago. For some unknown reason it was split into 3 orders. I received one pkg this week with several duplicate items and some missing items. My total was over $50 and I received $1.00 worth of cheap merchandise

After 10 days of submitting my order today I get message that they don't have the items that I ordered and my refund will take up to 30 days.

I did my research before buying, apparently Temu is base in Boston and not some rando country. So i decide to give it a go. The website is sooo easy to navigate that I even got my mom on it (she's obsessed with the site now obviously). All you need to do is sign up and the site shows you these cool product recommendations right when you open it so shopping is super easy. You get to discover a lot of products you never knew existed! They offer really low prices too, like the ones you usually get when you buy wholesale but you don't need to buy a lot tho. You can just get one item at the fraction of the price that dropshippers usually give!

Been wanting to get into making smoothies lately so I bought a mini blender and I've been having so much fun with it! My daughter saw the exact same blender on those dropshipping IG shops sold at 5x the price, but the Temu one works just as well. Even better that the price is a fraction of what dropshippers sell. The only difference is there's no logo or brand on it but honestly love the minimalist look.

I ordered a quantity of 12 wallet/watch gift sets for when I visit my family out of the country on February 6th. I ordered on January 18th and received an estimated delivery from January 26th-30th. I finally got a delivery notification that it was signed and delivered to a post office location in California on February 1st... I live in Oregon so when I went to inquire about why the package said it was delivered to a different state. USPS said that it is being returned back to the sender. I tried to request a refund from Temu but have received runaround. Overall, it's been a very bad experience purchasing on Temu and I don't recommend anybody to purchase their products from this site to avoid further headaches and issues.

Tbh the shipping was really late but I get it cause it was from overseas which really takes a while. I ordered smth from similar shops too and shipping really takes a while. I got my order late, but everything arrived in great condition so I'm not too mad about it esp since they gave me delivery credit for the delay Overall, it was a pretty good experience shopping in Temu, just gotta estimate the delivery time better in the future! Plan two weeks ahead to make sure u reach their 15 days delivery!

Answer: When there ready. Maybe never. They are sending me robot answers with the same response. I have to take a account with temu to act as my refund. Y would I do that? They not only sent me garbage, but left me with a $25 dry cleaner bill from the dye on the PKG that came of on my pants and shirt.
