Put in a decent order for my company, paid through Paypal that has already verified my payment credit card, after Temu accepted my order and Paypal purchase, a few hours later, they refunded it asking for verification of the credit card I used through Paypal, they wanted me to send them a credit card statement to verify that I an the actual owner of the credit card, Paypal guarantees this this as they have done this with me already. Complete garbage, I will spend my money as I have at AMAZON, trusted purchasing site for products, stay away from temu crap!
The order and shipment was excellent, items arrived on time, the products are good quality and the prices very reasonable. I highly recommend TEMU, they keep in touch through texts or email about the tracking number.

Have been on Temu for a while now and I don't think I'll ever go back to other websites bc they don't take care of us as well as Temu does. Even if shipping takes longer than most, they still balance it by giving us affordable prices and great quality products so I don't really mind much. Category selection is also better than others' + free shipping

Def not my first time on this site bc I've been using it for revamping my entire life <3 Wardrobe, bedroom, and even my dog meo getting a makeover! Temu fr has the widest selection of legit yet affordable products I've ever seen. It's super easy to pay too since it connects to my PayPal and ApplePay so it's basically a one-touch payment. They'resuper secure with my details too since they take me to the official apple gateway!

Sneakers came in 3 sizes larger than ordered. Mask did not light up and the couch cover was just ugly. Returned them to Temu month ago. Have spoken to several agents asking about the credit. Still waiting. Not expecting it back at this point.

I'm a savvy senior with plenty of online purchasing experience. At first, I was cautious with TEMU, I was first impressed with their website, well executed and description of items, options to pay are numerous including PayPal. I firstly bought 4 or 5 small items on 1 order to check their shipping. TEMU surprised me by being attentive to my order all thru the shipping process via email and texts, even included a USPS tracking number. Order arrived in a timely manner and products were good quality for what they were. I have since made 3 more separate orders, all were satisfactory all around. No complaints from me. I will surely order again in the future without worry.

I shop using ****o* for past 11years. I shop online on average of 2 to 3 times a week. I still shop there until I started using TEMU.
I will tell you from my own persoanl experience with TEMU the "Good and Bad"
FYI, Starting since 2/2023 I shopped around 5 times on TEMU on veriety of items and spent about $400 dollars.
-GOOD-
1. Wide veriety of items available (some items are really uniqe and make your life easier)
2. Prices are super super low for the quality and the design that your getting. (I never understand people who complain about $10 smart watch because you can't speak to text) Come~on.
3. Free shipping from China in about 2 weeks through customs with "Tracking" information from USPS. I think thats amazing. And Tracking that actually works!
4. Easy to use app interface (I think its one of the best) Fast responds on every clicks,
Fun and intuitive stuff like spinning wheels, bonuses, free gifts, instant text updates and etc.
I can still list more positive items about this site. But I will just stop here. You can try them out and see for your self.

1. Only thing I dont like about TEMU is the shipping time takes to long. Coming from ****e to 2 weeks is not easy, but knowing that how, where it's coming from and the value for the money? I will just accept it and continue shopping.

Went to the TEMU website. It asked for credit card upon sign up and stated I would not be charged. Entered card info and within 5 min was charged 2 times. Listed charges went to Orrmvbfnv.com & Nyusgf.com. Total fraud amount $43.

Temu is a lot like Wish. They are selling cheaply made stuff for low prices. So, most is so-so. Occasionally they will have something really good though. If you purchase clothes, purchase way bigger than you need because they will shrink big time. In response to Temu's response, they do not make sure their sellers descriptions are accurate. That is why I have had to use the return/refund me option so much because they do not keep after any sellers to have accurate descriptions even after you report inaccurate descriptions. Don't get me wrong there are good sellers who give accurate info and accurate pics. Most do not though. Luck of the draw as to which you will get.

I have ordered many times and have received all products ordered. Never had a problem with any cancelation. It does take a little longer for shipping but I have no complaints. Prices are great and have always had free shipping. I have and will recommend Temu.

At first I was skeptical about this company because of the price for their products. But after my fist order, I was hooked. The quality of products are top notch. The products come timely and when I was not satisfied with the product because it was the wrong size, returns were easy. They gladly send a return label so I can send the product.

There are some regularly priced items that are ok, but if you order the really inexpensive stuff, be prepared.
I did get a decent bath mat but could have paid the same at WalMart.
But take a look at these fairy garden items. I'm not sure what kind of fairies they use in China, but mine do not fit on these things...I figure that I wasted at least $30.00 of $50.00 spent. The junk will go on the garbage. I wouldn't even donate this junk.

I was surprised Temu had real time tracking since the app looks so simple but it really helped figure out where my orders were coming from. Delivery was a little later than their 15-day estimate but they did give me $5 delivery credit for it which was nice. Products are pretty okay looks the same from the image (see my photos) but the price is really the big draw here. 4 stars because they do take accountability for their late deliveries so not really a bad shopping experience!

Answer: When there ready. Maybe never. They are sending me robot answers with the same response. I have to take a account with temu to act as my refund. Y would I do that? They not only sent me garbage, but left me with a $25 dry cleaner bill from the dye on the PKG that came of on my pants and shirt.
