First time customer, spent 123.00 gave my e-mail and downloaded the app for 100.00 off they only honered 30.00 then after taking the cash from my account they suspended the order and wanted me to send photo of my bank statements... what? Said they suspected fraud? DO NOT waste your time or money for something to good to be true, they will take your money and then say it could take 30 days to see it back in account. I filed a fraud alert with my card issuer, rep told me I wasnt the first.
Most items are of decent quality and priced much lower than retail. One positive aspect is that there is no fee to return something if it i not as advertised, or damaged. I saw dresses I paid twice as much for at other online stores. My favorite purchases have been a robe, a dress, and lots of kitchen equipment. I order about once a week and opening the orange bag is something I really look forward to. Often I find items that are helpful and which I didn't know I needed.

They charged me for my order, marked that they delivered my items, I checked my mail box and mail office in all compartments. It got sent to the wrong mail box and I don't have my items. They need to fully reimburse me to change my mind about why I should use this app again.

I love the stuff...I really do... I ordered twice in 1 week & so far everything is awesome. My problem is, I simply cannot find new people to click on the links daily. This is even after joining temu groups on Facebook. Also, they are now 1 by 1 blocking me from sending requests. Another thing is, the little games seemed to be rigged after winning 2 prices...the items are lovely, but the site is a bit frustrating.

I've always liked online shopping for its convenience, especially when I have an entire messy family to take care of. It's now four days since two separate "in stock" purchases. Items were almost immediately marked as shipped, but USPS shows "Awaiting Items".

Lowkey mad because their delivery partner wasnt careful with my order but kudos to their purchase protection that let me return the items even if the damage was minimal. I just clicked on the customer service button on the app and a rep helped me wih the return. Returns were super simple too since u just print out the waybill they give u and drop it off even got a full refund for everything.

I ordered 3 blankets, and a Christmas stocking was a free gift. Got confirmation that items arrived and all I got was a cheap dollar store Chinese fan. I made a dispute with my credit card and got a refund.

This seller had some great and positive ratings and reviews but a part of me was still skeptical about buying this product BUT I HAD NO REASON TO BE. The seller absolutely came through! Pictures and descriptions were very accurate and I got a great product free of any defects or damage:)Temu gets their photos straight from the seller I think so that's why the photos are so accurate. They are from Boston selling things from overseas, cheap price but takes up to 14 days, some sellers are not perfect hence i did refunds for those, other than that no complains, just will be more careful when i look at sizeee

Don't get me wrong, for the most part, I like my items some are super, super, cheap,cheaper than dollar tree. Temu, customer service is horrible, you don't get to speak with anybody just an automated typing service, so basically no customer service, just an automated response of someone typing the same thing over and over with no resolution of the issue., I was told, they're going to connect me somebody that can help me, which that NEVER took place they, sent me coupons that are not valid and they're not expired, they just dont work. I've only shopped twice,I had to return some shoes that were too big which it was my fault, I got half of order in 7 days I ordered a half size up similar to Shein, things do come quicker customer service is no customer service.Still no help with my problem, so my issue is not resolved guess they don't care and I did not get my free gift that was supposed to come with my first order of over $40

Be aware of Temu shopping platform. Our 1st 2 couple orders were perfect given Temu handled the problem correctly. When we received BAD products, they're gladly to issue our refunds. However, when we received our 3rd order with POOR quality items, we were responsible to shipping charges for any returns, which I found it unreasonable practice on Temu part. I've voiced my opinion with Temu's management with no prevail. So we decided to leave Temu for good. So shop with your own risks.

I bought several graphic tees from temu. I received my order's, the t shirts are not true to size, the shirts get wider, not longer. Can't wear the t-shirts out in public, they don't cover your belly. Very disappointed, I gave them a chance. Not recommended.

The wig was used and it smelled so bad it was nappy and dirty I reached out to temu and I haven't heard from them yet the wig was 15.89 disgusting not satisfied be careful what you buy from them the prices or cheap but the product is used

Model 62-AC charger is supposed to be a 36 W fast charger. However it could not charge my Samsung tablet. In my estimation it is worthless.

SCAM. They take your money and then you never receive any items. Look at the photos for tracking- it's not even been shipped: 15 days later and it's still a label waiting for the package to be delivered to USPS.

I've read the reviews, although I haven't tried to return anything, so far my experience has been great. Shipping has been spot on, for me a day or 2 early. I have ordered lots of products. If you read all of the description of the product you shouldn't b shocked if you get something small, they do tell u sizes. However, clothes and shoes r not to size unfortunately, that's why only 4 star. Big women's clothes need to go one size up from what you wear. I am a 2 x, but have to buy a 3 x. And some tops r smaller up top, but I'm also a size d, so I'm bigger also. Amazon lies about sizes too and Amazons shipping is now taking longer even as prime. I'd rather shop with Temu for the great prices. And those saying cheap material. Well look at how much your paying. If it's too low then you know it's made with cheaper material and u Can't expect to pay $5 and get a product worth $50. Oh and my coupons always come off, so far anyway.

Answer: When there ready. Maybe never. They are sending me robot answers with the same response. I have to take a account with temu to act as my refund. Y would I do that? They not only sent me garbage, but left me with a $25 dry cleaner bill from the dye on the PKG that came of on my pants and shirt.
