I am very pleased with Temu. I have purchased 188 items since Dec. 3rd with 8 orders. My first order was before Christmas and because I figured this was coming out of China I didnt expect it by Christmas. It came by the 17th. I have purchased mainly inexpensive stuff. Socks, artificial floral, hair pieces and accessories,Christmas stocking stuffers, household items, and some clothes and shoes. I was hesitant with my first order because I had never heard of them, but they had a Christmas projector light that I wanted for a good price, so I took the chance. I'm really glad I did. They can have really great prices, the shipping has been like any other store and I've been really happy with my purchases. You really need to READ the description. Sizes are in cm most of the time and not in inches so again READ the description. The clothes are probably out of China and run small. I'm 5'2" and 150 and bought a dress in xxl and it was still a little tight, but it really is pretty. I've bought a couple pairs of shoes and they run true. You should read the item reviews, some will have photos and you get get a better idea about what you're buying. I've been given 2 promo credits and received both with no problems. I have had no problems with Temu, I have been a little disappointed with some items, but it's because I didn't READ the description. Their artificial floral stuff is amazing, very realistic. Go ahead and try it, I don't think you'll be disappointed

SCAM!

I wish I could give a 0 star! I didn't receive my package, and it said it was delivered on the app and on USUPS! I called and it said it was all refunded! I never refunded it! I am beyond words and absolutely devastated, I bought all that for mom and her birthday and now she gets nothing. I don't even get refunded until A MONTH! I will NEVER shop on TEMU again, as much as I was so excited to buy from temu, never again...

Saw the ads on Temu and went on to buy some items i need, safe to say this is my new favorite,my only downside is just shipping takes a while, they are hella cheap for some items, not All though i must say, so do your comparison, havent tried to refund any items yet

I am still fighting for my refund (worth of $150+) after a month. Twice, I contacted the "Customer Service" via the Chat, I was told that their manager is working on it. Another 2 weeks had gone by, nothing happened. And another ticket had been created with the new chat. Note that you will not be able to copy a record of your chat, nor it's been sent to you like at Amazon. So beware of it.

It offers $100 bonus for installing and using the app on the cellphone. I did that and made a purchase from my cell phone. However, I do not see the $100 bonuses. Is this a case of false or "tricky" advertizing? I do not know but the end result is the same. I did not get the bonus that they advertized. BE AWARE!
Customer support was useless.

Temu sent me a green 1 PC Foldable Washing machine. The basket that goes inside the tub won't stay in place after starting any cycle. Comes loose and makes alot of noise and potentially ruin the machine.

I love Temu! To be honest, It is better than Amazon. I often see some item sold in Amazon too. But the item in Temu is cheaper than Amazon and same quality. I often visit Temu first when I want some stuffs! It is reliable. It would be better if Temu has image search.

Order sent to wrong address

I placed an order on February 20,2023. I put all of correct info in my profile. Received email that order was being shipped as 2 packages. I had no problems until I looked at where the packages were being shipped to. Lo and behold they were not going to MY address, but to an address in FLORIDA! I live in INDIANA! It took 2 days, 3 different "out-sourced" representatives in order to cancel the 1 package that had already shipped. I cancelled the other "package" as it hadn't shipped yet. BE CAREFUL!

My first shopping was okay I did give or disposed of like 7 items of very low quality. Although it wasn't that bad they refunded 4 items. Then I did a big shopping for $153.00. They split the order into two different packages fine, I got the biggest package but the second I never got it. The order was placed on February 1st... Still waiting. I did ask for a refund because I never got my order, but they did give me a store credit... I place another order and still waiting for it to be shipped. 3 days going into 4. I realize instead of shopping from them I rather go to the store or shop on Amazon at least they work quickly to resolve any problems. Temu not cutting it. Too low-quality items have long shipping delays I rather pay for shipping and get faster... In my opinion, I did email them today six times to no avail. I'm done they can keep the money and at least save me a headache.

0 stars. I am very disappointed in this company. I ordered items in Jan. Promised delivery date Feb12-18. It is Feb.24, still no package. Terrible. No Birthday gifts for 4 family members. Horrible. They keep creating tickets saying that I received my package when I did not receive my package supervisors keep saying that there's nothing they can do that can create another ticket they've been denied 4 times I want my money back or my package recent to me this is ridiculous this is day 4 going on since they said they were gonna do something they keep emailing me saying the problem's been resolved is do not cry they lie they still your money I would not recommend them as They are probably Stealing money off my credit card as we speak They say they do not argue with you but he says let me continue talking to you I don't want to give you my supervisor or I'm not arguing with you and keep arguing the customer is right if a customer says they did not receive a package for $29.40 straighten the package or give them their money back so they can reorder their package if they want to go through you anymore I would not recommend them their packages are not insured therefore the USPS Or UPS GTL deal or any other delivery company will not take their side and give you money for the package not being delivered as they are not insured and I have shown them that there is an empty mailbox I'm about ready to send an empty Box back and get my money back that way
