I've always liked online shopping for its convenience, especially when I have an entire messy family to take care of, but no other sites can compare to Temu for me. It doesn't even matter what's happening in my home whether my kitchen blender broke or my kids break something or even if I realize that I need something, I just know that I can find whatever I need on Temu for a really bargain price (and all the parents out there know how important it is to save money where you can)

One major reason that I love Temu and always find myself coming back to it is because of its 10/10 selection. They literally have anything for everything and it also makes me feel super safe knowing that they get their stuff from different suppliers and manufacturers and that they absolutely c a n n o t stand counterfeit products! It's nice to know that the chances of me getting something fake af is super small but also that if I do, that Temu will come down on that seller so hard and avenge me teehee (bc no one likes getting scammed :(( ((((((()

I supposedly had "won" a 100% rebate and each item said 100% rebate. I spent $61.56 with NO REBATE. I contacted them- but no solution provided.

THE WORSE SITE EVER

I order a lot of things and I can't tell what is what EVERYTHING look alike I order under workout garments extra large no where near that size I'll never ever order from this site again I'm very very I spend a lot of money here the only thing I see is they change there name when they say you get what you pay for is very much true this site is real BS I HATE IT HERE AND I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK A.S.A.P

I bought two of their surveillance cameras they were both junk they will not stay connected to the ior the Wi-Fi or the Bluetooth I try to insert one of the memory cards it will not go in because the hardware on the inside of the case of the camera are not even lined up very cheaply made I purchased several different things from them and I will not ever purchase anything else it is a waste of money a waste of time go to Walmart and get your merchandise because you're going to get better. And once they get your phone number and your email they do not stop trying to contact you to buy more of their products it's very annoying. They act like they're giving you a prize bonus the price bonus is no more worth what you can go into their website and get the same thing for the same price. They give you a little price bonuses 4 cents 6 cents but when you try to actually claim it to use it all of a sudden now they can't find your account or it's impossible to use. I honestly feel it's a scam.

I purchased 50 sets of dangling rheinstone earings to be used as icicles on a Christmas tree. They are beautiful and will be perfect.
I decided to purchase them after spinning Temu's discount game which offered a $50 rebate on my purchase. I never got the rebate. Also, I noticed that if I wanted to return them, I would only receive $20 of the $70 I spent. Not an honorable company.

I had ordered about $73.00 worth of stuff, arourd 40 items. I received a small portion, maybe $20.00 of them. The packing was awful, looked like somebody had opened it and repacked it in a flimsy hand wrapped plastic bag, it was awful. Delivered by USPS in my mailbox! The large items had disappeared! Never again will I deal with them.

Didn't receive my items

I had been using Temu for a while and loved it. Items had nice prices and delivery didn't take too long. However my most order was not delivered to me. I received either someone else's order or only a partial order as two of the items I received were similar items I ordered but the rest weren't. I have tried to contact their customer service to explain this issue at least 5 times just for their customer service rep(Jessica) to accuse me of lying, say that I received my package(I didn't) and that if I have issues maybe I should have packages sent somewhere safer? That last part shows me her $#*! didn't actually read any of the messages I wrote. Then after she responds she closes the ticket and I have to start all over and keep only getting her as my customer service rep. It takes her 3 days just to copy paste a generic and offensive message to me. I just wanted my package which I can't even get since several of the items are sold out now and when won't help at all. So it just feels like they're scamming now that they have more customers and people can't do anything.

Update: Still never received my refund from TEMU or any actual help. The order number was attached to this review so they could look it up instead of asking me to contact them, but I did email and contact them as they "politely" asked me to do below and they just continued to call me a liar, tell me I received my package and refuse to refund or reshoot my items. They kept saying that they "checked" with the warehouse and have proof the correct items were sent out. I asked to see proof but they couldn't provide it. I told them they were probably sent to whoever's package I received they told me no? Then I even contacted USPS about the package mixup because the package was insured. USPS sent an email for me to forward to them saying to refund the package and they took blame for it. TEMU still said no. I asked them if they could open a claim on USPS since they were the shipper and I didn't have the information to do so. Something that wouldn't cost them a dime and is the whole point of the package being insured. They again refused and told me I received the correct package? Like they won't he'll at all and it's ridiculous.

Disgrace

So the marketing strategy they have is the carrot being held in front of the horse, and after chasing you never get the carrot. After spending 100's of dollars and referring many people they still won't give me the free gift they promised. Missing out on years of sales and they are pissing off because they keep moving the carrot. Only thing that make sense is there building fast to sell them dump all the trash on the new owners. Because they could fulfill the free gifts and be some great company that does better then Amazon and Walmart combined but they choose to do people wrong instead. They have the backing the mother company is PPD Holding worth 120 Billion. But anyway that's as honest a review as I can give

Never Got my Order

Waited 3 weeks then finally today says speed-ex the delivery service they use said undeliverable. This is for 2 orders I literally get packages daily from Amazon and a few times a week DHL, UPS, FED EX never an issue since 1996 when I moved here. I think the company they are using is stealing packages however they aren't quick to refund they said an investigation first. Meanwhile it clearly states under track my package FAILED DELIVERY SENT BACK. They know I didn't get my package.

I received my order with 1 item missing and 1 that only had 30 pieces of the 46 pieces advertised. I wrote a detailed explanation to CS asking for a refund on both items. Jessica in CS wrote back to me telling me that unless I return the missing items, no refund will be given. O_o (not kidding), then she closed the ticket, so I had to do it all over again. How do I return an item THAT WAS MISSING from my order? She never addressed the item that only had part of what I paid for in it. Temu is doing this more and more. I've bought several items (beads, stickers, etc.) that had a specific number of items that were to be included in them. Clearly they don't think we'll count them. I do. She's done this to me TWICE now and I'm on my third ticket. Each time demanding that I return the items I didn't receive in order to get a refund. I will file a report on BBB and FTC on their fraudulent sales practices.

Poor policies

I had 2 orders with this company. First order was delivered with no problem. The second was lost and labeled as Invalid Address by Shipping Company. I reached out to TEMU and chatted with a representative who told me that now it's my problem to deal with their Shipping Provider. Basically, they are washing their hands of the problem. They refused to cancel or refund items. And that $5.00 credit you are supposed to receive when an order is late, is definitely a JOKE. I will never order from this poor poor company again. It's definitely TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE!

I have placed about a dozen orders with this company. They have not screwed up one order or return.
I had a couple items damaged by the mail and they refunded me promptly and also sent a postage paid return label. The only thing you do need to be careful with is clothing. They apparently come from different manufacturers with different measurements. Be sure to click on the size chart for each item you order. I have had to order anywhere from an XS to a L. The items are described accurately in dimensions and quality.

TEMU is a scam

TEMU sold me counterfeit products. They refuse to cooperate with recovering my financial hardships involved with their fake product.
I have been emailing this so called customer service lady "Elizabeth" with no positive outcome. I continue to request that she forward me issue to a competent person in the organization. But this request must be above her competency.
My attorney is preparing a multifaceted lawsuit.
We hope to rename the company to reflect a better organization once I take over ownership after my lawsuit forces the company into bankruptcy
