I ordered in the moring of 3/7 and finally it said it is shipped on 3/13.
BUT, during 2 or more days it just staying as "shipping label is created from USPS", and no tracking at all.
It is not actually shipped.
Now 3/15 and still it is not shipped.
I placed my cart for next order items but I don't think I will order those at all.
I will not use temu again.

Strong chemical odor

I bought 1 pair of shoes and 3 pairs of zip up compression socks. ALL have strong chemical odor even after being outside for 3-days. The prices were really great and the shoes were cute but the odor is so bad I don't dare bring them inside with humans or pets.

Will always be grateful that Temu never gives me a reason to worry that what Im getting is actually fake or an imitation bc of how strict they are against counterfeit items. Temu always made me feel spoiled bc of their prices and products and stuff but their customer service just made me feel straight up appreciated hahahah this was my first time encountering an issue on Temu regarding my order I mean I just needed a clarification for smth and the customer service crew was right there when I needed them. How could I say no to Temu when they offer me this good of a deal! Tbh idt anyone could really hehe it definitely saved me from going broke when i was shopping for christmas gifts for my family and friends and im already back on this site to buy gifts for upcoming birthdays this year (and a few things for me as well obvs). Temu aint like them other sites that require you to have a minimum order to avail their free shipping offer and that's why Temu is def my ride or die (+++ i don't even have to feel bad because Temu has their carbon emission initaitve to reduce their carbon footprint)

I lowkey hate my friend for telling me about this app because i basically scroll through it all day everyday but its kinda hard not to when you can find literally EVERYTHING on it its like whatever i need i just find myself opening Temu and scrolling through everything i basically treat it as my go-to shopping app even if i'm just window shopping lol the best part is that i can make my orders build up my orders til they reach the $99 free express shipping so my orders get here faster

SCAM on returns.

To return defective merchandise have $1 you have to submit pictures. Example is a defective flashlight that after 23-hours of charging is still dead and will not turn on - and they insist on pictures to even "consider" allowing it to be returned. Free returns is a SCAM on Temu!

I ordered two dresses which came to a total 19.30. The shipment was supposed to be delivered in 2 weeks. I kept tracking it and was expected to be delivered via USPS. One fine day I get a text stating that my shipment was delivered to a neighbor. I checked with my neighbors and no one has received a package. So I asked for a full refund. They are stating that since their records show it was delivered they will not do a refund! Absolutely scammers. Do not trust them one bit. This was my first time and will be the last time!

The prices are great IF the product comes undamaged. The fact that EVERYTHING is shipped in a flimsy bag without any reinforcement guarentees damage. BuT
The product I ordered clearly stated "Do not bend or fold" on both sides. Your workers then proceeded to put it in a bag with other products and FOLD MY PRODUCT to close the bag, when they could have closed it flat with no issues.
Your workers damaged my product before it even got shipped. If it had been even in a cardboard sleeve, it would have not been folded and damaged to the extent it is, which is unusable.

Temu is the only site that doesn't make me feel like Im online shopping mostly because of their free shipping and carbon emission reduction initiative. Online shopping has always been smth that made me feel guilty bc of how it aids climate change and how im spending more money just for shipping but Temu removes those completely and i really appreciate it esp bc there are sm things that you can only really buy online :)

A 10/10 experience!

Just made my first purchase from Temu and was so pleased with how easy the whole thing was! Everything was laid out so simply and it also suggested some great recommendations that it was like the app knew that I had a little toddler who likes legos and coloring books! They were also crazy affordable with how much the prices were slashed + free shipping for all my orders? What more can I ask for?! My orders just got here earlier and it makes me so happy to see my baby happily playing with his new toys <3

I always felt guilty whenever I go crazy shopping online bc I was always like wow I'm contributing to climate change:< BUT THATS WHY IM SO HAPPY THAT I FOUND TEMU I thought that it was just yet another shopping site but they actually have a carbon initiative that makes sure they offset their carbon footprint for every delivery which I love! Just got the new headset that I have been wanting for a while and IT WAS LEGIT SO CRAZY HOW FAST THEY CAME! I just ordered them A WEEK AGO and its already here even if the site said that they'll delivery between 7-15 days since my order is coming from overseas. They let you track your order too so you can see when it's arriving. Super excited to use it tonight and WILL OBVIOUSLY SHOP IN TEMU AGAIN if they keep shipping my orders THIS FAST!

I really needed a new hair dryer because my old one broke and I just couldnt resist the prices of the ones that I found on temu. I was scared at first bec China products but I ended up getting this one and am sooooooo happy with how good it is! Its as good than my old one and works rly rly well. I was wary when paying too, but I didn't have problems paying with my card. In fact I have another order for a matching vanity set arriving soon!

I decided to give this site a try and that was a big mistake! I made a big order but only 2 things made it. After 13 days of getting a message preparing to ship, I then got a message that said they sold out of %90 of my items and were issuing a refund( which they did) the rest of the order still didn't leave after 17 days (still preparing to ship) so I just canceled it while I could still get my money back with no problem. This company jumped out too fast and wasn't ready at all, it's unorganized, customer service just repeats your question than gives you a generic answer that doesn't help, HUGE INVENTORY PROBLEMS-HUGE STAFFING PROBLEMS and this was my first order ever with them- A few things I ordered from amazon instead and just gave up on temu completely. Pay attention to how many reviews here state " I NEVER RECIEVED MY ITEMS"

I called to find out when will the send me my order first the lady that answered the phone said her name was Katie then she lied to me saying that I will receive my order in two days. I asked her how come I will be in two days if my order hasn't shipped yet, she said yeah I promise you will receive the order in two days and then I ask her what's your name again and she say her name was Sandra I said you told me another name before and then she hung up the phone on me.
