I placed an order on March 10th and on March 14th. Neither order has been shipped or even processed. I tried the online chat to find out what the problem is and if I will be getting my orders. Online customer service was of no help at all. Looking at the items I ordered there is nothing on backorder to explain the delay. They got my money via PayPal. They got paid so I want and expect my merchandise. Was a happy customer up until now. Not sure I will use again.
This company do not sent all the stuff you order from them. Be careful money don't grow on tress..

Not proud of it but this wireless speaker was definitely an impulse purchase on my part BUT it didn't end in tragedy bc I actually like it :O Got this off of Temu without any expectations whatsoever but what I got was amazing sound quality and great bass with a super long battery life for such a small speaker. I trust the products from Temu since getting this one and i'm even waiting for another order to arrive!

Bought this because I thought the design was cute but I wasn't really expecting a lot, especially because it was so cheap online but when i got the stuff, they looked EXACTLY like what you see online so it's really legit! They claim that they deliver orders in few days but after 4 days, not even shipped out. There is no detailed tracking system in the app too.

In the beginning of February I found myself in the hospital. With nothing to do but watch TV and infomercials I turned to the internet and found a really cool store online. I ended up buying a lot of stuff from them over the next few weeks. My first bag came within a little bit of time after I got out of the hospital. Waiting on my orders I was starting to wonder if they was ever going to come but I was still with inside the window that the company gave me then one day I got a bunch of text messages saying everything was being delivered. I went to the mailbox and lo and behold the bag took up most the mailbox it had to weigh about 7 lb well I went back to the house and opened it up there were tons of products in the bag and I was so excited. Then I started receiving text messages saying that products that were late I was getting $5 per each shipment that was late I ended up with like 30 bucks on top of the 30% I already got off on the products I first ordered. The company really treats you right and everything shows up just as described. If you're buying for yourself or buying for your online business you can't go wrong.

It's all cheap garbage, looks good in the picture, but it's like buying cheap garbage out of a vending machine! So sad I wasted my money!

I want one item to return that I purchased, called customer service and she guide me from a to z about the procedure for a return and send the return sticker promptly, one item, a massager, was given free saying I do not need to return it however they reimbursed the money, the lady was polite and courteous, with no show of confusion or an anger attitude

WHY DIDN'T I LISTEN? I have read temu revies where the person has been waiting on their items for 1-2 months! I didn't want to believe it because my first 3 orders with temu went well. But I currently have 6 orders with temu that they have yet to ship to me. Some of the orders I have been waiting on for weeks and weeks – and they HAVEN'T EVEN SHIPPED! Instead of shipping my orders, I get almost daily messages where they cancel multiple items from my orders saying that they are "sold out". But when I check, the items are not sold out, not even close – they are still listed for sale! I BELIEVE THAT TEMU HAD NO INTENSIONS WHATSOEVER TO ACTUALLY SHIPS MY ITEMS, THEY JUST WANTED TO TAKE MY MONEY! (Update: I finally cancelled my orders so I can get my money back! I don't want to keep waiting for items that never come!)

I made an order and received a message that my package had arrived. The package was not deliver to my mailbox or porch, l looked everywhere for this package. I checked with the post office like they instructed. It had shown as delivered but I did not have the package. Post office ask for the insurance number to start a claim. I have been back and forth with emails about this with TEMU but apparently they do not insure the packages and said it was my responsibility to ask for signature on delivery. There was no where on the web site stating that I had to request this. Bottom line is did not receive my package and they keep my money. I know it could be a delivery problem, but they should have insured the package or self insure, either way be aware that it is your responsibility not theirs to get the package deliver properly. I did find out that the customer is never right with TEMU.

It took 3 days to pack and ship after the order is placed. It will take another 10 days to deliver to your place. That means once you place the order don't expect delivery for the next 2-3 WEEKS (if you are lucky).
I will not recommend anyone to order on their site. AMAZON Prime is a BETTER CHOICE.
Don't be Penny-wise fool and save a few dollars.

I got to find sooo many nice things on Temu that let me customize my bedroom <3 From bedsheets and pillowcases to study lamps to even little cute things I can put on my desk, Temu really had so many great things that let me express myself! I ordered my first order in November it it was fast shipping.
Since then I have ordered about 5 more times.
I placed a order on the 28th of Feb and was supposed to receive shipment on the 11March to 17 th of March so far it's still in preparing to ship and $145.00 was refunded because 38 of the items was sold out.
No explanation no customer service.
And I can't cancel the rest of the order, because I can't get my money back only Temu credit.

Bought a wreath and shirt from this site. After ordering site all of a sudden with Chinese characters. Wreath cheap but expected to be. Shirt polyester old lady type shirt, will donate. Very shortly after order had fraudulent charges on my debit. Was afraid of that after seeing the Chinese characters.

I received my long awaited order from this company yesterday. I must say, they are master packers. The box was beautifully arranged, not a single wasted space between items. But let me also say, what a TOTAL waste of money on these cheaply made goods, no instructions whatsoever on things that need to be put together, not even pictures on the boxes...WOW, I regret spending my hard earned money on this CRAP I received. Answer: When there ready. Maybe never. They are sending me robot answers with the same response. I have to take a account with temu to act as my refund. Y would I do that? They not only sent me garbage, but left me with a $25 dry cleaner bill from the dye on the PKG that came of on my pants and shirt.
