Recently ordered my so cargo pants the fit was great but way to short. There was no option to add length only size. Will cut them off for shorts, but options would be nice for the length you need. The pants were very nice

As in other reviews, the first 2 orders arrived very quickly, in about a week.
I placed 4 more orders, the first of which was placed on the 9th of October, but still 10 days later the order has not been dispatched.
Interestingly, the second and third orders were also placed on October 11th and 13th, but the orders are not being shipped.
The reason is probably one of two things.
Either the seller didn't timely update their inventory, or only offered fast order fulfillment to new members to keep them hooked.
For the first problem, TEMU needs to tell the customer which product is delaying delivery.
They should give their customers the choice of whether to issue a partial refund to expedite delivery.
Waiting 10 days doesn't make sense. That's a processing level far behind Aliexpress.
The problem is that all 3 orders are being delayed.
I'm sure the last order, the 4th order, will also be delayed for quite a while.
In that sense, I doubt that they provide fast shipping only to new customers.
I will cancel all orders worth $250 if they are not shipped in 5 days because I have a trip planned in 2 weeks.

They are legit.
ALWAYS check online reviews for companies. MANY are scams that rob you FAST- as soon as you "click".

But as I was reminded about global commerce, keep in mind: CHINA CHEAP GOODS AND SLAVE LABOR.
North China is in the business of modern day slavery with hundreds of thousands of Qyghurs (minority ethnic group) enslaved.

As long as the world desires these cheap goods, China will continue to mass produce while engaged in inhumane treatment of civilians.

Don't expect a refund

I have been ordering from temu for over a year, I placed an order on 3/8, I waiting 14 days and it never shipped, so I canceled and tried to order again, just for them shipping was delayed and they didn't know when it would be shipped, well I needed these things for a baby shower on 3/25 so I just wanted a refund so I could buy the items somewhere else, they refused only wanting to give me temu credit but they aren't shipping anything so it wouldn't do me any good so temu just lost a loyal customer.

Happy at first, NOT anymore

I have ordered from Temu on several occasions and never had a problem with the delivery or the products that I purchased. HOWEVER, the last 2 orders are being delayed and one of them has a product that is now out of stock. If it was processed and shipped on time the item would not be out of stock. Seriously considering not ordering from Temu again. NOT a happy camper. The $5 credits are ok but, if we pay for something we want what we pay for not a credit to use and shipping will be delayed again!

When I placed my first Temu order that order came so fast it was unbelievable even quicker than things on Amazon.So then I placed more orders this was about 2 1/2 weeks ago now all I get is a lot of notification spam them apologizing of their delay and things that should be on stock out of stock because they have waited to long to send my order that the product run out of stock.Who in their sanity wants to have this kind of shopping experience is super frustrating.I don't want to pay to be annoyed and frustrated.Yet I see all the free loading YouTubers being served so kindly yet they are getting free things while I am paying for my orders I have to wait while others (free loaders) get their order first.I don't think I will be ordering from them anymore and that's how you loose customers.

Still waiting

The old saying you get what you pay for rings true for my dealings, I wasn't disappointed with what I got but the problem is I didn't get all I ordered. I paid for it because my bank statement says I have but my postman says that's all I have, so has my order been split, lost, not coming, well since I can't contact them I guess it's a mystery to me and everyone else reading this that's all except the company., even the pictures of the things I am still waiting for are gone don't have a clue.

Package never arrived!

I ordered $143.33 worth of products from temu. I waited and waited due this package to arrive and it never came. I look at my tracking and it says that it was delivered to a different city abd state. I have contacted temu several different time and tickets have been made. They say that it was delivered there abd uses picked it up at that point abd brought it to my give. However, there is no tracking information for uses. Everyrhing as far as actual tracking information stops in Greensboro NC. I have asked for the additional tracking information and they can't provide it abd refuse to do anything about me not getting the package. Their customer service is terrible.

Slow...scammer access

Something Changed w/ Shipping

I loved this site so much when it first launched last year. I made at least 12-15 orders over the past several months and had almost no issues with the small exception of an ill fitting dress and a broken necklace but for the most part a wonderful experience. I posted on IG and sent tons of friends to the site. However, over the past two weeks or so, something has changed. Every order I have made lately has notices pop up that procurement of items is causing delays, shipping keeps getting delayed, etc. I understand that they give a credit, but these orders are just sitting there not even shipped out. In the past it only took a day or two for items to leave their warehouse and about 7-10 days to receive. Now they take a while to even ship out. Not sure if they got a huge influx of customers due to all the social media activity or not but I have since cancelled 4 back to back orders and have decided not to order from here until they get their shipping issues under control again. Back to Amazon, Shein and shop miss A for now.

UPDATE (as of 10/23/23): I have added back two more stars to this review as the shipping issues seems to have improved significantly these past few months. My items generally ship out approx two days after ordering and received in approximately 8-9 days total depending on the items ordered. I'm relieved that they have addressed the issues. Just an FYI, they generally use Ontrac for tracking shipments and sometimes you will receive a forbidden 404 code when you try to track but it hasn't caused any issues receiving the packages. If you clear your cache and browsing history, it usually will remove the forbidden notice on tracking.
