Have bought several purchases from Temu. All are Chinese made, and inexpensive. One item was damaged, emailed them, they refunded the money and did not have me ship it back. But, you have to look closely at the photo of the item. I was unaware they sold athletic sneakers with the tongue of the shoe being seamlessly attached to the body of the show. That leaves a small opening for the foot. Also, they offer a $100 shopping voucher to install their app on your phone or computer. I did not do this because like any other major company they collect data. If I want to open the site, I always type it in my search bar and open it like that. Some of the plastic household items were cheap and I decided to discard. A personal item I purchased required installation of an app on my phone to use. Went back and looked, it does show that in the photo add. My fault for not seeing it.
What happened to my 30$ credit I won? It vanished. Called and spoke to chat and got the run around and no 30$. What gets me is i was told this offer is for new customers...then why was thr wheel offered to me as an existing customer? Lost a good customer! Back to Amazon I go.

This site is not as good as it seems but not as bad either. It all depends on what you are going to order. I have used It for different purchase and while I can tell you I am very satisfied when it comes to gadgets, home decor, furnishing accessories and assorted amenities I am totally not when it comes to clothing.
Accessories like bags, hats, scarves etc are pretty good indeed but dresses, pants, hoodies etc. are, at most, not.
1st thing, rarely, what you receive is comparable to what shown in pictures. Quality in terms of fabrics, manufacturing, design is at most very poor and what you receive looks very very different from what you expected. You could call it misleading advertising for sure! I do believe that at most what in pictures is not the actual product, images maybe are "stolen" from other web sites and used as "scam" to sell items...you would easily notice that very often what is shown is JUST LIKE (too much alike tho) some famous brand design clothing (i.e. Killstar brand) so you are really tempted to order to end up disappointed when you receive your parcel. Same thing happens with stunning clothing with such an awesome design you cannot believe your eyes...and yes, you should really not in fact! Must say that I have been surprised, positively I mean, on a couple of occasions when what I received was really worthy it and my buy has been indeed a super buy...but it happened so rarely that it is totally irrelevant. Shipping has always been on time must say so nothing to except there. Advertising is quite aggressive, they spam a lot. They reserve a lot of offers and prizes to customers but you receive tons of email a day and it is a little too much some times. Shopping there is fun anyway...and their algorithms working on your likings and preferences work damn well...so well that you are always tempted to buy (not suitable for compulsive buyers tho)!
Prices are low and, when you order, a final recap (showing how much you have supposedly been saving with that purchase on Temu instead of a different website) is always shown in the attempt to make you believe your buy have been something to be considered a real great big deal.
Keeping all this in mind the site is overall ok if you buy the right stuff

Be careful with this temu, once u select ur order they will send u directly without ur confirmation its so bad, I just select one item I didn't checkout the cart but then after a day a notification pop up says ur order shipped, wtf really temu?

Shipping takes so long and when you inquire all the customer service agents say the same thing. Nothing is done and items are low quality. Most of the items that I bought are either broken or are garbage. I'm just waiting for my last orders to arrive and I'm deleting the TEMU app. I'm never ordering from them again. TEMU SUCKS! Please do not support TEMU and spend your hard earned money somewhere else. If I can rate them 0 out of 5 I would have put -0, that's how bad they are!

No doubt you find items really cheaper but the service is really horrendous. Have seen reviews from other buyers about missing items and till I experienced it myself. The package arrived but one item was missing. Made a report thru my account and was asked to wait till they check on their side.
So, a refund for the missing item was denied because temu claimed the warehouse has confirmed it was packed and shipped!. When asked for proof; none.
Asked for the weight of the package, customer service was unable to help or provide any information. Because the weight difference will determine if any lost items amidst the custom check by the the time local post received the package. So the customer service agent wasn't helpful hence I request for a phone call to speak to someone personally. The agent lied thru her teeth saying TEMU has no hotline. I took a picture of the original packaging and show the customer service agent and she said it's not acceptable. The missing item is longish and I tried to reason with her it can't be in this packaging because it's small and won't fit in. In all its the 2nd time I have missing items (in 2 weeks).
If every package there 1 or 2 missing items, how much money goes into TEMU account? They only pretend they did sent it (but actually didn't). IMO, it's cheating on customers in a very sly way. I hope more ppl stand up and voice out if you have similar experience. Many remain silent as they think the amount is not big. But it is for this reason TEMU is getting more audacious. If some authority can intervene and check the whole company protocol and audit to see if there are loopholes in the operation.
Update: a day after review was made, another pack age arrived today (16.2.2024). This time to protect myself, I took a video showing from the beginning before opening the package, opening it and taking the items out one by one. AGAIN, one item was missing. Something smelling fishy here. I sent temu the video and awaiting for their review. So my advice is take videos before you open TEMU packages. Helps as an evidence if the items are broken or missing. Else they turn their words against yours.

There is something clearly wrong with a company that has a fairly equal distribution of horrible reviews and positive reviews. It tells me that when you get your merchandise you are happy but when there is a problem their support service and guarantees are useless. This is compatible with my experience. When something goes wrong, and eventually it will, you will get no support and turn into a very dissatisfied customer.
Temu's guarantee states, " Temu works with reliable shipping partners around the world. We guarantee that your package will reach you safely and on time. If there are any problems during the transit of items you purchased, such as damage, loss, or delay, rest assured that we will do our best to solve the problems and provide the best solutions." Temu contracted with a carrier to deliver a package. The address given to Temu clearly states an office building address with a Suite number. The Temu chosen carrier chose to deliver the package on a rainy Sunday and, when the whole office building of some thirty separate offices was locked, they elected to leave it on a sidewalk outside the office building. Temu was contacted and despite their guarantee this was their response "We have investigated this issue and our team has confirmed that the correct items were delivered to the correct address. Please check your mailbox, around your house, and other possible locations. Sometimes packages can be left in unexpected places" and they refused to accept responsibility. Temu is wrong on multiple accounts. Let me list a few. First they chose unreliable shipping partners. Second the package did not reach me safely. Third, the address given to Temu clearly states an office suite and the correct delivery would be to that office and not to leave on a sidewalk outside the building. Fourth, there is a documented picture of the package being left on a sidewalk so the location it was discarded is documented and to check other locations is demonstrably fruitless. Fifth, Temu's refusal to follow their guarantee and use common sense is demonstrated in their repeated refusal to just use common sense. Temu hired the delivery service and they expect that the customer should just forfeit the funds utilized for the purchase that he did not receive. This leaves no other recourse than to challenge with the credit card company. There are two major lessons from this experience. First, DON'T BUY FROM TEMU. The price may be a bit cheaper but the aggravation and lost packages more than erase any savings. Second, if you feel compelled to buy from Temu make sure you use a credit card so you can contest the expenditure and expect no help from Temu. Temu's response is inadequate as I have responded to Temu.com to get the standardized answer. Then Temu proceeds to challenge this review by claiming it is an unvarified purchase. Obviously, Temu has a scripted obstructionist policy to frustrate and try to block negative reviews.

Impossible to trust facing liars. They never apply credits neither rewards. They abuse the credit card with duplicate transactions. They should use the credits under the TEMU account however they charge the bank credit card. Total trust abuse.

You are certainly on your own with no recourse, no one to talk to, if there is a problem there will be no recourse. Our merchandise was sent to the wrong address and spent 1 hour with the chat bot trying to resolve the problem. My wife made the order but the chat bot says there is no record. We have an invoice and an order number. Asked for a phone number to resolve the problem and was advised there is no customer service number by the chat bot. It advised us to sign into our account. We have no account with Temu. We made the order, paid for the merchandise, and was billed by our credit card. We will follow up on the dispute with our credit card company. BUYER BEWARE

I've been shopping with Temu for almost a year now. Yes, I was skeptical at first but when I received my first Temu haul and the quality of the items I had bought I was impressed with everything. It doesn't even take long to receive your order. I'm now on my 6th Temu haul i just can't stay away if isee a item on television from a higher priced company i just look it up on Temu and they have it for over 80% cheaper. They are 100% legit😁

Answer: When there ready. Maybe never. They are sending me robot answers with the same response. I have to take a account with temu to act as my refund. Y would I do that? They not only sent me garbage, but left me with a $25 dry cleaner bill from the dye on the PKG that came of on my pants and shirt.
